Bienvenido a su hogar lejos del hogar en la comunidad aislada y cerrada de Corte Bella en Sun City West AZ.

Hermosa casa de temporada ubicada en el campo de golf CB con vistas al quinto green. Vistas panorámicas y hermosas puestas de sol desde el patio cubierto. Patio delantero cerrado para mayor privacidad y comodidad. Inmaculada casa de dos habitaciones, dos baños con den privado, gran sala, cocina abierta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y barra de desayuno. Corte Bella es una comunidad cerrada de más de 55 años y ofrece piscina comunitaria, centro de recreación, restaurante, campo de golf, canchas de tenis y pickleball, canchas de bochas, clubes sociales, spa de día y actividades para todos.

Estancia mínima de 30 días y un solicitante debe tener 55 años o más. Tendrá acceso al Centro de recreación y muchas otras comodidades dentro del complejo. El golf no está incluido en el alquiler, pero se puede acceder a él a través del club por una tarifa. También hay otros 9 campos de golf en el área de Sun City West.

Home away from Home

The minute we walked into this property it felt like home. Beautiful house and outdoor space, along with great homeowners, made our second stay here very pleasurable.

What a beautiful home! Everything about our stay was perfect. The home has everything you need for a stress free and relaxing stay. The backyard was our favourite place to hang out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course and the amazing sunsets. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need and the community is filled with activities for every interest. And, the home owners are so kind, welcoming and available for questions. Absolutely perfect!!!

Lovely house

The owners were great answering any questions we had. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Close to all stores yet very quiet and private in gated community.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home located on the 5th green of the Corte Bella Golf Course. More importantly, the owners are excellent communicators. If there was ever an issue, they got back to us right away to help us. They are wonderful.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

We loved our stay in Corte Bella. Nice, active community. It was all we were hoping for and more!! The home was very well cared for and the backyard view was a great place to watch the golfers & enjoy the sunsets with friends/family. But the BEST is the owners, Kathy & Gordon. They were extremely accommodating and welcoming. We greatly appreciate their kindness. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

This Corte Bella beauty was home away from home for 2 months. The home was clean, well appointed, and fully equipped for an extended stay. We enjoyed many hours on the patio enjoying the spectacular view. Gordon and Kathleen were premier hosts. Looking forward to our stay again next year.

Short but Sweet

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with great location even though it was cut short because of the COVID-19 virus. Kathleen and Gordon were very generous in giving us a refund on the unused portion of our stay. We would love to rent this home again.

A perfect winter escape

This A+ review will probably backfire on us because this home is destined to be in great demand and will probably already be booked when we want to come back. We were lucky to stay here for 5 weeks and quickly felt at home. Lovely decor, well stocked kitchen and baths, comfortable beds, a number of Corte Bella community amenities to enjoy, amazing sunsets from the patio, very accommodating hosts. Sun City and Surprise have a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shopping and Golf Courses and access to the greater Phoenix area. We learned how to use the 303 and other alternative routes to avoid Bell Road. Thank you Kathleen, Gordon and Karen!

Amazing Golf Course Views

Amazing home, golf course views, and community were enjoyed during my November stay in this Corte Bella home. From relaxation on patio, recreational options in the Corte Bella community, nearby hikes, and the owner’s check in with me immediately upon arrival, this home is highly recommended.

Hi we are Kathleen and Gordon Murray. Originally from Montana, we currently live and work in Colorado. After several years of research and visits to Active Adult Communities in Arizona, we were thrilled to be able to find our seasonal home in Corte Bella. We were impressed by the smaller, secure community and the availability of all the great amenities that Corte Bella has to offer. It is a very friendly and active community with so many options for everyone.
