¡Bienvenido a las impresionantes vistas al mar! Es un magnífico ático de 1 habitación (setenta y cinco pies sobre el nivel del mar en La Vista Azul Resort) con una espaciosa cocina abierta y un concepto de sala de estar. Se abre a un amplio balcón que le ofrece una impresionante vista del agua turquesa de la famosa playa de Grace Bay. El dormitorio tiene su propio balcón. Tiene acceso a piscinas al aire libre con bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio y amplio espacio de estacionamiento. Hay un ascensor a dos áticos en el piso superior. Este moderno ático tiene aproximadamente 2300 pies cuadrados. El amplio balcón de la sala de estar le permite disfrutar de un amanecer y un atardecer mágicos con una vista increíble del océano. Hay un ascensor que conduce al ático. El dormitorio también tiene su propio balcón privado con vista al mar. Million dollar view

We had a fabulous trip to T&C. This huge condo was perfect for our stay. The view is more magnificent than pictured in the listing. We also enjoyed the proximity to Turtle Cove for restaurants. We are well travelled and this was one of our favorite VRBO’s ever!!!

Location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Marina. About a 10 min drive to Grace Bay. Location was clean and secure. The Balcony was great! Great communication! Highly recommended ..

Quiet and good location

It was quiet and easy to access the beach. Restaurants were close. The property was also quiet. A car is needed to access many locations on the island. We enjoyed the outdoor space the most.

La Vista Azul Paradise Nest Penthouse

The views from the outside patio are great and the patio is large and comfortable. The location provides good access to snorkeling at Smith's Reef, uncrowded beaches and some great restaurants.

Paradise

This property was everything the listing and the reviews said and more! The unit size was perfect for 4 adults to feel comfortable and not on top of each other. It was super clean and had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen and great grills outside. The outside deck area was phenomenal - we started every morning out there and spent every evening out there, enjoying the amazing views!! The pools were both great and no issues getting lounge chairs and umbrellas when needed. It was great having the beach chairs and umbrella in the unit for us to use as we explored the Island and visited many of the beautiful beaches that Janus recommended. The people were very friendly and we felt safe at all times.The beautiful weather was especially appreciated, as friends and family had snow back at home!The restaurants near the property were all great - especially Magnolia's - some of the freshest seafood we have ever tasted and again gorgeous views.I highly recommend the 4 hour catamaran snorkel trip we took with Ocean Vibes - the boat was pristine and crew was so friendly and helpful! 5 stars all the way and we will be back!!!!

Room With A View!

We enjoyed a 10 night stay in the penthouse in early December. The pictures of the view from the balcony do not do it justice - we were on the balcony almost exclusively when we were in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked as well as toiletries in the bathroom and laundry detergent pods. We enjoyed both the pools and the hot tub. We watched the staff drain and scrub the hot tub each morning as well as clean the pool and the public restroom. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Josephine was quick to resolve a few minor issues we encountered early in our stay and was delightful to work with. There were four of us, all seniors, so a car was a must. There are restaurants in the neighborhood, but we still required the car to get to them, especially at night. We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Nest.

Awesome Ocean View

We had an amazing stay in March with our teenage daughter. The property was clean, very spacious, well decorated & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The huge balcony with beautiful views of the ocean was our favorite--we ate breakfast every day on the balcony. It was quiet being on the top floor and we enjoyed the pools too--never crowded and very relaxing. We walked to Smith's Reef beach--less than 10 minutes and enjoyed the snorkeling at the reef. We also had a car and visited several other beaches (Grace Bay & Taylor's Bay) while we were there. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, but everything was close, so we did drive to other restaurants too. Janus was a great host and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic…the view, the balcony, the location…all of it!

Let me tell you how amazing the balcony was! The pictures do not do it justice. If you can’t be right on the beach, an awesome view is the next best thing. We spent all of our “home” time out there. When you have to work on vacation, it makes it better when you have a great space and amazing view. The property location was so convenient, however parking was a little tricky in a larger vehicle. The hosts responded quickly to questions and took care of the few minor issues that came up (like noisy neighbors). The condo is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs and umbrella, snorkel gear in assorted sizes, beach towels, even an assortment of sunscreen and bug spray (very helpful). The pools on property were lovely and we were thankful for the separate adult pool and loungers. There are several yummy restaurants within walking distance and we enjoyed each one. This penthouse condo is in our favorites list and we will definitely rent this place on our next trip!

Anniversary Trip

Everything promised & more!!!

Janus property is phenomenal!! !.. the terrace, just as advertised,. commands a spectacular view of the magnificent turquoise water that makes T & C a tropical vacation like no other!!.. everything is in working order & Janus made sure to supply a crib for our little one.. our concerns were his concerns! Perfect place in paradise!

We had an amazing time here. The place was just as described. The host even had beach towels and snorkel equipment that we could use. The balcony is absolutely amazing. The views from there are breathtaking. We would definitely stay there again.

Why my place?
1. It is a safe environment. You and your family’s safety is our number one priority. The property is secured with CCTV covering the entire common property and security during the night.
2. Central Location to all tourist attractions
3. 5 -7 minutes walk (1.5 minutes drive) to Turtle Cove Marina , restaurants like Mango Reef, Baci, Magnolia and Sharkbites Bar & Grill.
4. 10-15 minutes walk to nearest beach access - Smith Reef Beach ( snorkeling area) and from this beach you can continue to Famous Grace Bay beach
5. Island Fish Fry (local event every Thursday) is just 15 minutes walk and 1.5 minutes drive.
6. Main grocery store is 5 minutes drive. All other stores is 10-15 minutes drive
7. 10 minutes drive from and into the the airport
8. Entire ocean views of Turtle Cove Marina and Grace Bay Beach.
9. Two pools to enjoy while on vacation with a hot tub.
10. We are always available online and physical before, during and after your stay.
