Perfect property for family of 5

We stayed there with 3 teenage kids. Our daughters shared a bedroom and our son slept on the pullout sofa in living room. Less then a mile walk to Grace Bay beach. Graceway Gourmet and Gace Bay IGA were 2 close options for groceries. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. We rented a car as we like to venture out to orher beaches and restaurants. The house was clean and it was so nice to have our own pool and grill. Would highly recommend staying at this property and we hope to go back again someday!stsocked for cooking

Wonderful Property

From the time I booked the property the experience began. I was contacted by the host with a hearty welcome and a list of recommendations for our stay in Turks and Caicos. The property was immaculate, and we were given a tour so that we were familiarized where everything was. Ken, our host kept in contact with me along the way to see how everything was going and to see if I needed anything. We also had access to his property manager, Norman, who was friendly and helpful as well. We felt very comfortable even though we were not in our familiar surroundings. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Perfect in Paradise

This was our first time on the island and it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Hopewell. The villa to well maintained, clean and comfortable. My kids loved having the pool. The beds were comfortable. Ken and his family were attentive and responsive. Definitely will be back!

Best VRBO we have stayed at!

My wife and I stayed at Hopewell Villa for two weeks with another couple the first week and our two adult daughters the second. The two bedroom house and outdoor area with a beautiful pool and outdoor area with soft furniture, lounge chairs and umbrellas was perfect. The air-conditioning was excellent with individual controls and there are ceiling fans as well. The house was well-stocked with items like laundry soap, Bounce, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, spices, salt, pepper, soaps, shampoo, conditioner for shower, etc., which most VRBOs only provide very limited quantities, if any at all. At Hopewell, if we needed more it was provided. Kenoris and his family are excellent hosts who made our stay perfect. The beds were wonderful. There is a good sized living room, table for 6 and well-appointed kitchen with everything needed to make your own meals. There is a BBQ outside for grilling fish or meat and vegetables. The villa is within walking distance of Grace Bay, with its white sand and turquoise water. Beach chairs/umbrellas, masks/ snorkels provided. Restaurants/bars (many on the beach), coffee shops, grocery stores, a bakery, just a short drive away. We rented a car, which allowed access to the whole of Providenciales. All of the beaches were only a 10 to 20 minute drive away. Kenoris was very helpful in making suggestions of beaches to visit and restaurants to go to. We highly recommend Hopewell and will rent this villa again in the future. It is perfect!

Great Place to Stay

This place was great. Private and Quiet. It takes about 2 minutes to get to the Salt Mills area with a car. Its probably too far to bike and walk all the time to the beaches and bars/restaurants. Get a rental car, go where ever you want, whenever you want, and enjoy. Driving around was very simple. The house was super clean. Everything worked. I just can not recommend it enough.

Wunderschönes Haus

Ein wunderschönes neues Haus mit eigenem Pool, alles sehr sauber. Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden und schöner Aussenbereich. Zum Strand nimmt man besser das Auto oder das Fahrrad. Ein Restaurant ist in der Nähe. Ein Telefon liegt im Haus, um mit dem Vermieter bei Bedarf Kontakt aufzunehmen, der nebenan wohnt. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, leider zu kurz :)

Beautiful, private + secure. Great location!

My partner and I loved our time at the Hopewell Villa. We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed every moment at the property. This was our fourth time on the island and the third VRBO we’ve stayed at. In addition to the great sense of security, privacy, lovely interior, and amazing outdoor patio w/ pool, the game changers for us was the indoor laundry and the filtered water. We are “carry on” travelers and pack light. Having laundry on premises was amazing. AND there was detergent and dryer sheets. So helpful!! During past trips, we paid quite a bit for bottled water. With the filtered water from the fridge, we saved many trips to the grocery store and money. The AC at the property is also great. We only used it in the bedroom at night (took advantage of the screened windows and breeze in the rest of the house!). The bedrooms have plenty of space for clothes and other items, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable and SOFT. Lastly, the location was great. In the past we stayed south side on Venetian Road and mid-north near Turtle Cove. This location was convenient being in close proximity to town. Made it even easier to enjoy the local, off-resort restaurants and shopping. Finally, Kenoris, Norman, and Natasha were very friendly, helpful, and responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

A Great House on a Beautiful Island

My husband and I and another couple enjoyed 4 weeks at Hopewell. The house is great! Two large bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, nice eating area and sitting room. The air conditioning throughout worked well. The outside area is huge, including a pool and fire pit. Perhaps more important, there is a large shaded area with soft seating and a table and chairs. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and appreciated. While there are three residences - one mirroring “our” rental property on the other side and the owner’s home in between, it was extremely private. The owners were close at hand and responded almost immediately to any inquiry or request but we almost never saw them otherwise. The house is well-located - close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores, though not generally within easy walking distance. We would return and would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location and space

This was my second trip to TCI and this property met all of our expectations and then some. Owner was very responsive to our many questions prior to arrival. Check in was smooth and welcoming!! Location was excellent - close to some of our favourite places on the island. Space was perfect for two couples and the home had everything we needed for our stay. Pool and outdoor space was also awesome. Definitely recommend this property to others and we will be renting it again on our next trip!!

Fantastic private home & pool!

Owners were responsive and helpful. Everything was clean. Pool is in pristine condition. Home is pretty close to everything. On-site manager was helpful at check-in. While we used to bikes everyday to eat out, go to the beach, play golf, and go shopping (which was awesome), the bikes could use some general maintenance. Will will stay here again the next time we visit. 5 star VRBO.

Fabulous and Responsive

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Hopewell Villa. The place was clean and had a lot of space. We enjoyed having the kitchen which had an ice machine in the fridge and some things we could use to cook (like a crockpot). The outside area is huge, with a fairly big pool, 4 chairs to lay outside, a shaded area, a grill, outside shower, and a fire area. We rented a car, which was very much needed and recommended by the owner. The island is lovely and the owner will provide recommendations or answer any of your questions promptly (even when you are there at the villa). The internet was reliable and there was TV we could use while we were there at night. The owner also provides 5 beach chairs and two umbrellas (it was too windy for us to use those while we were there though). Thank you so much for the nice stay!

We loved our stay!

Great home very clean and loved the pool area! Very private and secure. Good location as we traveled around the island every day. Convenient to all of our needs. Owners representatives onsite in adjoining home. Very accommodating. Had issues at first when the water heater blew, but owner was quick to respond and get fixed. Will definitely book again when in Provo.

Great house and host

The house is immaculate with upgrades and furnishings that look brand new. The pool is a good size. Bring bungee cords and you can tie their beach umbrellas to their lay down chairs if you want shade. I use bungee cords to strap kids car seats to our rolling luggage. Kids loved the pool. They provide beach umbrellas and chairs are very handy for the beach. You're not going to last too long out there without shade breaks. It's a short drive to all the Grace Bay beaches -which are the best. They are great hosts that will be in touch to answer all questions during and before the trip. They provide a cell phone that you add money to. Their cable box gets lots of channels and live USA sports. Very nice for EURO Cup. We stayed at another more expensive house before, that had no sports channels. The Dad can fix things if needed. We had hot water issues and he replaced/fixed the water heater and we got a small discount from them as requested for the inconvenience. We felt very safe in the area and cared for. The house is technically a townhouse in the USA, but the wall that is shared is solid brick or cement. You pound on it and it's not hollow like USA sheetrock. You will not hear them at all or see them when in the house or pool. It's a private house with your own big parking area and pool area. The beds were very comfortable. They provide lots of quality towels and very nice decor and furnishings throughout.

Hopewell Villa

We recently returned from our trip to Provdenciales . We stayed at Hopewell Villa for 8 days. Ken was very helpful prior to our trip in providing us with information about the island as well as helping us with covid testing questions, etc. We were greeted by Ken’s dad upon arrival. He resides on the property . Very helpful , showed us the villa and answered our many questions. He is available for guidance during your stay. The villa was well stocked, providing everything we could need . It was extremely clean and well kept . The private pool was wonderful! Hopewell is in a convenient location , close to Grace Bay beaches and shopping . We were sad to leave and will definitely be back again !
