Overall amazing place. The only bad thing is the floor could have been alittle cleaner. We get sand thats bound to happen but we put our son down as soon as we got there and he crawled around and his legs were black from the floor. The parking spots are really tight as well. But overall we will definitely come back!

Family friendly place

Great pool for kids, clean, quiet rooms, easy check in/out process, got a few texts from management making sure we were doing ok. Surprise bonus- a common area where guests can share their beach supplies. Highly recommend checking it out before going shopping. Kitchen was fully stocked with so many utensils/appliances. Would definitely stay here again with our 3 kids! (Age 10, 8, 5)

Great stay! Easy access to the beach!

Everything was great. Loved the location and view. The elevators can take long depending on the type of day but that isn’t enough to stop us from renting again!

Great location and loved the condo.

Loved having the food trucks on the property for a quick lunch. The only complaint is the parking spaces. Can’t open driver and passenger doors. Passenger has to get out so you can hug the concrete wall. We parked in the open area where it was slightly larger. Vaca was perfect!

We enjoyed the our stay at Seawind. Convenient location. Clean rooms and beds are comfortable. TV didn’t work in the bunk room but that was not a big deal for us. We’ll be back next year!

Beautiful!

Check in was awesome! Place was easy to find. Elevators were quick. Luggage carts for easy unloading/packing. Excellent pool area... lots of chairs. Our condo was perfectly supplied. Loved having 2 bedrooms with 2 connected bathrooms... allowing privacy for both couples. We were so happy with Seawinds... hope we get the chance to stay here again!

Nice location

This was our first time visiting the area and it seemed we picked a great location. Conveniently located to everything. The commode had a leak and was fixed immediately. Code for door was not set properly but was rectified quickly. We would stay here again!

Excellent location. Nice beach front condo with a balcony. We did have a little plumbing issue and had fans, dehumidifiers and maintenance there every day... But the owner did made it right for the most part. The bunk bed room is really small but serves its purpose just fine. Not a big condo anyway, but if you have 3 or 4 people, its perfect. Easy to access the beach. Walking distance to everything you need. Overall great experience. I would rent here again.

Great getaway for the family

Place was in a great location. It was nice, quiet, and very family friendly. We did have a minor issue where the main/guest bedroom toilet flusher broke during our stay. The management team was quick to respond and maintenance had it fixed same day it was reported. Looking forward to coming back again!

Not Very Clean

I had to call the rental company to get the code to the door. They didn’t send it to me before the check in time. Once we got in the condo, it was dirty! The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. My 1 year old had black feet from walking from the door to the balcony door across the condo. There was sand everywhere. Even all in the furniture. I was just going to clean it myself, but the cleaning supplies they supplied were all damaged. Not able to use them. All the dishes were dirty. They had food on them left from the previous renters. I called the rental company and the lady I spoke with seemed annoyed that I called. She sent someone to clean the condo while we was out for the morning, but once we got back, nothing changed. It was still dirty. It’s a beautiful place! Perfect location! Just needs to be cleaned better.

Girls Trip

When we entered the condo, didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned. The balcony was dirty trash laying around. We tried to call after hours because the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold know one answered. But over all very nice place to stay.

The bathrooms were pretty disgusting. Black mold around the toilet bowls and what appeared to be brown stains on the tile in front of the toilets. After checking the stain with a paper towel it was either old urine that was never cleaned or something worse. Normally this type of thing would just be annoying to me, but with small children it makes it a nightmare. We had to clean the bathrooms before my kids could even go in there. It made me nervous about the cleanliness of the rest of the place, but all in all the place has the potential to be great if it was better cared for.

Elevator big issues

I know it says there may be delays with check in, but room wasn’t ready until 5:30, master bed broke, only had one elevator for most of the week, no cabanas until Thursday, only the uncomfortable chairs, with little to no attendance.

Great view! Wonderful place for our family

Place was super nice! We really enjoyed the stay and would stay again.. only negative I have to say about the stay is nearly the whole time 1 of the 2 elevators were broken down. Our average wait to the 10th floor was between 20-35 min each time. Parking was a hassle sometimes. . Secondly, the kitchen cooking pots and pans could really be updated. Other then that it was a beautiful condo. Definitely plan on going back.

July 2021 Family Beach Trip

This location was so close to all of the attractions, some within walking distance. The walk to the beach was short. No issues with the elevators with short wait times. The condo was spacious with a beautiful view. The owner was very courteous and prompt in responding. We were pleased with our stay and definitely recommend.

Great location

The property was great. Convenient location. The only issue we had was only once elevator working when we arrived but was fixed. Also parking spaces are too close together. Other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our time here.

Nice stay

Everything was nice and as described. Perfect location convenient to all central places. Unfortunately, pool and gym were closed. I would make few suggestions to make the stay more comfortable. The toilet seat, shower curtain bar and frying pans need to be replaced.

Spring break

We arrived during our spring break. I had to call to get the door code it was never sent to me. I would recommend putting in a bathtub stopper to use. I have small children who do not use showers. Also having 3 kids ages (7,4,2) have some plastic wear options for cups/plates. So nervous having glass. Dishwasher and laundry were great bring your own soaps. Be patient with elevators. Overall it is a great location and easily walkable distance to many restaurants. Surf style across the street also has a market place great for some quick groceries!

Great vacation!

The property was as described and clean. Perfect size for my group. The only issues were they were doing construction on the unit above ours and they would start at 7:30-8 am everyday. This was our vacation so we were hoping to sleep in, but they had other plans! Also, apparently the guests in the unit beside us had set an alarm on the alarm clock before leaving because on the second day, an alarm started going off and was still beeping when we left. It could be heard through the master bedroom so we slept with the patio door cracked a little to let the sound of the ocean drown out the incessant beeping sound and all was solved. However, you’d think they would have the cleaning crew unplug the alarm clock when cleaning the unit to avoid this kind of mishap and disturbing other guests. Other than those two issues, the unit was great, perfect location and beach access. Be warned, Alabama is not a state with a mask mandate so most people you see aren’t wearing masks in common areas. We just wore ours around and took them off on the beach. Also, we didn’t go eat out much because the restaurants were so crowded and no masks on the servers, so I imagine the cooks weren’t wearing them either. This wasn’t an issue for us because we cooked in the condo most of the time. All in all, great spot and we will definitely be back again!
