Este encantador apartamento de 60 metros cuadrados, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños y 2 baños, está ubicado en el corazón de París. Ubicado en el barrio de la República, disfrutará de esta zona famosa y animada, muy típica: restaurantes tradicionales, cafés en las aceras, comercios de alimentos, comestibles, panaderías (croissants, baguettes). El supermercado más cercano también está en su calle: 30 metros del apartamento.

Apartamento completamente reformado, muy luminoso, decorado con todas las comodidades modernas, y duerme Max. 6 personas. El interior es cálido y confortable. Dormitorios: NUEVO y ropa de cama de alta calidad. Dos baños diseñados por un arquitecto. Cada uno equipado con una ducha a ras de suelo.

Es un edificio muy TRANQUILO con un LIFT (raro en el centro de París) y un amplio patio alrededor (sin calles / tráfico = sin ruido).

Su ubicación central es perfecta para pasear y descubrir el encanto de París. Un pie, puede ir a muchos distritos famosos: como el Marais a solo 5 minutos + Beaubourg y su museo de arte moderno "El Centro Pompidou", o Châtelet-Les Halles, Montorgueil con su famosa zona peatonal (rara en París). Para ir de compras, encontrará tiendas de moda en el barrio de Marais.

Quiet and peaceful stay

The apartment was very clean and well set up. Dish washing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher and laundry detergent was all supplied. Communication with Laurent was excellent as was the folder with instructions and lists of restaurants close by etc. It was very quiet. The location of the apartment near the Metro Republic was excellent. This metro station serves several metro lines which makes it extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great stay in Paris

We loved the apartment. Spacious for Paris and exactly what we needed. We had a group of 4 and the space worked well for us. The apartment was so quiet sleeping with the windows open was no problem. It does get a but warm at night with no AC and hot Paris days but open windows and fans helped.

Great Apartment!

Overall, we had a great time in Paris, and it was wonderful to have a home to go to at night that was so comfortable and also in a great location. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed all the nearby amenities and close proximity to the train station.

Great visit to Paris

The location and the apartment were more than satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was a big part of that. We used many of the owner recommendations which also added to our enjoyment. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for accommodations in central Paris.

A delightful apartment

We had such a delightful stay in this apartment in the 10e arrondissement! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults; there's plenty of space and has all of the amenities you might need. The hosts were helpful and communicative, and also left a binder of local recommendations for restaurants and shopping that we referred to often as "the bible." The apartment itself is lovely and airy, with lots of natural light. The building has a peaceful atmosphere that was relaxing in the mornings and when we had downtime. The building location is convenient with cafes, restaurants, shops, and a metro stop just minutes away. It was perfect for our needs and we would happily stay there again!

Excellent apartment and location

The best thing about this apartment is the easy location to everything, but the space is very nice as well. Laurent was a great host - easy check in and good communication. Also the apartment was so quiet at night, which was very nice. Great for a group of six people. Small and a little warm at night because we came at the hottest part of summer, but that is Paris!

Wonderful Apartment in a Perfect Location

My family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen & 1 child) stayed for a week in April 2024. It is a fabulous base of operations: everything you need, nothing you don't. We loved the location and the space. You are steps from a bustling area, a Metro stop, and a grocery store. The apartment itself was nearly silent, which is amazing in a bustling city. Book this place now!

Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed this quiet, comfortable apartment located very near Place de la République. The VRBO description was completely accurate, and the host communicated effectively and promptly, though he was unable to meet us for check-in, and his friend left us a key instead. But it all went smoothly, and we would stay there again if we returned to Paris.

Great location and clean property

We had a very good stay at the property. The host responded quickly to any questions. It was clean and very close to many train stations and a quick walking distance to many cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Our only minor issue was that the top floor of the building was undergoing construction so there was noise on one day of our stay that we were planning to sleep in a bit. I would just confirm whether construction is still taking place so you can plan your days accordingly and maybe do site seeing during the day. I would definitely stay again.
