Immaculate and Luxurious

Immaculate and Luxurious from every vantage point! Set up with Mike was smooth and simple and Vlad who helped with onsite arrangements, cooking, etc. was very professional , accommodating and friendly. The Architecture and layout of the property including the massive beautifully designed terrace were stunning. All guests from our visit highly recommend this property!

Villa La Estancia

This was our second stay at the Villa. The owner, Mike, was great to work with from the beginning. The unit was awesome! You can't ask for anything more. The pictures online are accurate, but don't do it justice until you see it in person. We spent most of our time on the patio! You can beat the view. The icing on the cake and a huge reason we went back is the concierge, Vlad. He takes care of any request you have, from airport transfers and excursions to having your grocery list there when you arrive. He's also there with fresh guacamole and salsa when you arrive! Do yourself a favor and schedule his catering company to cook for you! They take care of everything and it is 5 star worthy! Thanks Mike for sharing your Villa and Vlad with us!

Auburn Friends' trip-April 9-14, 2025

This Villa was perfection for our group. So spacious, so beautifully decorated, so many amenities just within the Villa itself. The views were fantastic. This was my 7th trip to Villa La Estancia but the first in this particular Villa. Now I am spoiled for life. The personal concierge, Vlad, was terrific and served us freshly made quacamole, chips and taquitos along with margaritas upon our arrival. Such a treat!!! I love this resort as it is luxury without being stuffy, many amenities on property such as a little market and deli along with many restaurant options, a lovely jewelry store that I frequent every trip and a great spa. Location wise, one can walk to the marina if you want or down the beach to the marina, otherwise it is just a short taxi ride. I have stayed at several other resorts in Cabo and up the corridor but always return to La Estancia and will continue to do so. We appreciate the owner sharing such a beautiful home with us.

Perfect Trip

Myself and 4 college friends and their wives all stayed here for 4 days/nights. We are all in our low 30s and it was perfect. Close to the Marina and town (approx. 2 USD each for cab ride). The place itself is immaculate and has wonderful views. The real gem here is Vlad the concierge. We did not do the all-inclusive so we cooked our breakfasts and some lunches. Vlad had the place fully stocked for us when we got there so we were able to spend more time relaxing instead of going to and from Costco and Wal-Mart. Also, Vlad suggested restaurants for us and made reservations and we enjoyed each and every one of our dinners. Everyone already wants to go back. We will definitely book here again.

AMAZING!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! What a Beautiful property...the photos don't do it justice! Booking went smoothly with all questions promptly answered. We were there during Hurricane Hilary and didn't even mind being in such a spacious place with everything we needed. The private concierge, Vlad, well, my group couldn't possibly find the words to describe how wonderful he and his family were! All helpful, friendly and lots of fun!! Many of my guests arrived and departed on different days during our 10 day stay. All transportation was promptly arranged. We arrived to a fully stocked kitchen and bar and Vlad had margaritas and appetizers in hand when we walked through the door. He arranged an amazing Chef and Staff to prepare meals for us. Both meals were above and beyond expectations! He also helped us find "Beds & Cribs"...a company that supplied all we needed for our 14 month old Grandson! Simply put...."Beautiful Property and Amazing Service". We can't wait to return to 3806!!! Thank you Mike and Vlad ~Kelly Green

Amazing!

We stayed as a family of 10 and had a wonderful time! The unit is better than the pictures! The balcony was spacious with a amazing views! Vlad was wonderful, communicative, and so helpful throughout our stay. The cleaning staff came everyday and were superb! The private chef that Vlad recommended was the best! We had a wonderful family vacation and can’t wait to come back!

A patio that dreams are made of!

We loved our stay in this villa. It was spacious and clean and the deck space was gorgeous. 360 views of Cabo from this villa! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. The VLE staff was courteous and wonderful, as always. Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely breathtaking and the service fromVladimir and crew was superb!

From the moment we walked onto the property and into our villa, the entire experience was unbelievable. Not a single thing disappointed and the privacy of the unit allowed our 8 teenagers to have fun without worry of disturbing others. The grocery shopping and I’m home chef is A MUST! Will most definitely return and arrange more “in-home” meals to be prepared’. Hard to leave But already looking forward to our return!

Gorgeous views!

7 adults and an infant. We had plenty of room for everyone to be really comfortable. Vladimir and his team took great care of us. The chef prepared dinners were spectacular! Can’t wait to return!! We highly recommend this place ❤️

Amazing

This property was exactly as advertised. Had a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and could listen to the waves day and night. Would definitely rent again on our next trip to Cabo. The private concierge, Vlad, did an amazing job. He had our kitchen stocked when we arrived. Margaritas and snacks were waiting. He gave us a full tour of the property and explained how everything operated. When we needed additional items from the grocery store he delivered those as well. He recommended two restaurants; both were a hit. The resort had a beautiful pool for the family. We were always able to find lounge chairs. Also spent a lot of time in the beach lounge chairs, where we had hotel services -- food and drinks.

Amazing Penthouse Suite

Beautiful Mexican Style Hacienda Penthouse Suite on the top floor. Incredible outdoor space overlooking the Sea of Cortez. We have been traveling to Cabo for over 20 years and this place is one of the best we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend....Thanks Mike and Vlad

Fantastic Blend of Outdoor/Indoor Living.

Great property, location and resort. The outdoor space in the Penthouse is incredible and the indoor space flows nicely. Beach access is outstanding and the center of Cabo is only minutes away. Highly recommended...thanks Michael and Vlad.

Excellent Service, location and view

Incredible view, very well equipped and perfectly clean. We loved that it was close enough to walk to The Office, Edith's, etc. but far enough away to be peaceful. Vladimir, the host, is amazing! Super nice guy and always there to assist. The crew he arranged to cook for us was phenomenal. Overall one of the best experiences we've had traveling!

Views from the top and 7 star service

Massive Mexican Hacienda Style in the sky on top of the top floor of one of the nicest and most high end resorts in all of Cabo. From the moment that you enter the residence you get perfect views of Lands end and the sprawling Sea of Cortez. The team of individuals taking care of every need including pre-stocking, daily breakfast chef service and on out last night dinner service, were complemented by fun Cabo activities and lazy days at the pools and swim up bars. We highly recommend this experience!

A Beautiful vacation

A beautiful property ! Very spacious and clean and perfect for our graduation celebration ! Vladimir made sure we had everything we needed from Chef for wonderful dinners, fishing and sightseeing. We will for sure be back to this propert very soon !

The best stay I've ever had!

Our stay at Mike and Karen's penthouse was incredible. From the moment we arrived onsite, where we were greeted with chips and quacamole and margaritas, up until soaking in those very last moments of the incredible ocean view on the terrace, everything was perfect. We had seven ladies for my bachelorette and wanted something relaxing, convenient, and fun. From the generosity of our hosts with a welcome drink to the incredible hospitality of the staff (especially Vlad and Rocio-they are amazing people), we loved every minute of it. And the place itself? Stunning, spotless, and luxurious. It's really hard to put it into words how perfect it truly is. It's a great set up for friends or family. None of us wanted to leave. The resort is also beautiful, with everything you need right onsite...beachfront, pools, restaurants, poolside bars, water activities, you name it. I highly recommend grabbing a water taxi on the beach right outside the resort and taking it to Lover's Beach. We had a blast doing this. I really feel like this place made our vacation the trip of a lifetime for us. We took in every sunset and enjoyed laughs and meals together at the table on terrace. When we wanted to escape the sun we could easily pop back inside. We also had plenty of room to spread out. I only hope to make it back some day not too far in the future, and I'm definitely fighting those post-vacation blues after this stay. Thank you, Mike and Karen, for allowing us to stay here for such a memorable trip. Cabo and Villa La Estancia now have a very special place in all our hearts.

Fantastic unit and excellent service!

La Estancia is a great property and this unit is absolutely amazing. Clean, great views and Vlad on hand to meet you upon arrival and help you during your entire stay make this unit a step above the rest. Great for large families or several couples there is plenty of room and an amazing outdoor patio area that is massive with views to die for!
