La casa está a pocos pasos de la playa en una cuadra tranquila (4ta casa de la playa) y ofrece dos porches con vistas espectaculares. Ubicada en el lado norte de Ocean Grove, esta casa está perfectamente ubicada y se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de The Stone Pony en Asbury Park. Magical Ocean Grove

We absolutely loved our stay in Ocean Grove at Nichols House. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, with lovely touches everywhere. The bedrooms were bright and spacious and the bathrooms all looked newly renovated and updated. The location could not be beat, with views of the ocean from both porches. Raj, the owner, and Allacen, the property manager, were very welcoming and attentive. 10/10! We will definitely be back.

Steps to the beach

House just as advertised. Lovely interior, very comfortable beds. Everything worked well. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Asbury Park. Only four houses away from the beach. You could see the ocean from the second floor balcony. We would definitely book here again.

perfect week in Ocean Grove

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful OG rental. It was clean and neat, quiet and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Close to beach, downtown OG and Asbury park. WE enjoyed riding bikes, sitting on the porch and going to the beach. Hope to be back next season.

Steps to Boardwalk and Beach, Awesome!

Comfortable right away, clean and fresh. The decor makes you feel that you are at the beach. Three updated bathrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, updated kitchen. I could go on but look at the pictures. It truly is steps to the Boardwalk and we loved that. It was nice to meet Allacen also, the propert manager, who will respond if you have any questions.

A PERFECT place to stay at the Jersey shore!!

We just spent a week at this lovely Victorian-style house and already are thinking about going back next summer!! This delightful house is absolute perfection!! Just three houses from the beach on a quiet street filled with Victorian-style homes. It's beautifully decorated and filled with light. From the porches you can see and hear the ocean! The four bedrooms and three full baths gave our group of six lots of space and everything we needed. Downtown Ocean Grove, with shops and restaurants, is a short walk. Asbury Park, with its own beach, many restaurants, and lots of other activities, is a short walk up the boardwalk. Plenty of parking is available on the street. The kitchen has everything you need. The appliances are all modern, all your needed cooking supplies and utensils are there, and a grill is behind the house. The dining room table seats eight, so we had plenty of room. The beds are all very comfortable. The second floor bedrooms connect to a balcony/porch with a view of the ocean! The bathrooms are roomy; the showers are modern and large with great water pressure and temperature control (something many hotels can't provide!). The house comes with lots of "extras"--there are four beach badges to use, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. There is WIFI, and TVs are the living room and bedrooms. The owner, Raj, and property manager, Allacyn, are friendly and helpful! Thank you for a PERFECT week!!

Perfect getaway

We stayed at this beautiful home 2 weeks ago for 4 days. The property manager, Allacen Jennings, could not have made our stay any easier or more enjoyable. The house has a perfect location for all the local attractions. We walked to everything you could possibly need. Breakfast at Toast to all the bars/restaurants in Asbury Park are easily walkable. Main street in Ocean Grove is a must do. We are looking forward to our next stay at this Home.

A perfect stay on the shore

We were coming into town for our friends wedding and were looking for a play between Asbury Park and Belmar. This was the perfect location. Plenty of comfortable beds for our entire group and just a short walk to Asbury Park with wonderful restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the ability to walk along the boardwalk. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. We had no issues and would definitely recommend to friends!

Wonderful stay

Amazing location! A few houses to the beach. Plenty of beautifully renovated bathrooms for our party of 8. Nice updated decor and furnishings. Highly recommend this rental.

Great Beach Lication

House was lovely and very near the beach. Only drawback for third floor guests was that they bumped their heads on the sloping ceilings in the third floor rooms.

Lovely Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great Memorial Day Weekend at the house. We had some issues with an upstairs air conditioner. The property manger and owner were on top of it and actually ended up buying a new one for us. The house was very clean and for an older home it has been updated beautifully.

A great off season weekend!

The house was beautiful and was in a lovely historic neighborhood. The victorian houses were beautiful! The house is steps away from the beach and is a short walk to Ocean Grove's Main St or to Asbury Park. The weekend turned out on the chilly side but we still a great stay! We stayed off season so it was very relaxing and quiet. But there were still things to do even if everything wasn't open yet.

Absolutely lovely

We were in need of a restful week and that's exactly what we got. This house is so sweet - as are the owners and property manager - and to be able to walk to the boardwalk with your morning coffee can't be beat! The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we needed. The beds were comfortable and well made up, bathrooms were fantastic, with all the white fluffy towels you could ask for. We parked our car and didn't move it once - just walked and biked and hung out on the two porches and felt happy and relaxed. I can't thank Raj and Allacen enough for their responsive nature or their kindness.

Stayed for 1 week. House was perfect for my family. Owner and property manager were wonderful. Great location, 1/2 block to beach and close enough to walk to Asbury Park. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house. Amazing location.

This house was perfect for our family of four to stay with my parents for a shore getaway. We could all sit around the dining table to play games (there's a whole vintage trunkful) and also lots of places to get some alone time. Just a few houses from the beach, we could enjoy morning coffee on one of the two porches looking at the ocean. It's just a short stroll up the boardwalk to Asbury Park and few blocks to Main Ave with great shops and restaurants (all BYOB). Ocean Grove is a "dry town" so plan ahead if you enjoy adult beverages. Either way, you can't go wrong staying at this property. Great communication with host made the trip stress free.

The Calming Place...

We needed a break from our day to day lives this spring and chose Ocean Grove for change of scene.This lovely home has everything we were looking for, close to the water, simply and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds and bathrooms are great, as are the living and dining areas on the first floor. We highly recommend this house and look forward to returning again soon!

Great Luxury Getaway

This house is even nicer than in the pictures. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, good linens and towels. It was spotlessly clean. 3 full bathrooms, with one on every floor and newly renovated. The views of the ocean are spectacular and the location is key. We walked to Asbury for dinner and the beach is a few houses away. I will be back!

This is a wonderful home. It is less than a block to the beach and a short walk to Asbury Park. The house is fully equipped (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, etc.). We were so impressed and can not wait to come back. Thank you for the best stay ever.
