Este condominio en el último piso tiene impresionantes vistas de la montaña del abuelo. Tiene una gran sala de estar / comedor de espacio abierto con un televisor de pantalla plana, una chimenea eléctrica con una maravillosa repisa de madera y un sofá cama Queen. La unidad es de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y tiene capacidad para 6 personas. El maestro tiene una cama King y un baño en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y baño contiguo. El balcón está equipado con muebles de exterior de calidad. Disfrute de la cocina totalmente equipada y lavadora / secadora en la unidad. Tendrá acceso completo a la piscina cubierta, jacuzzi, sauna y sala de pesas ubicada en el vestíbulo. El vestíbulo ofrece Wi-Fi para todos los huéspedes. Sugar Top tiene un sistema de transporte si no puede estacionarse en el lote principal durante las temporadas ocupadas. Tenga en cuenta que el servicio de transporte del estacionamiento está a cargo de SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals no tiene control sobre el sistema de transporte. Sin embargo, no hemos tenido ningún problema con esto. Nuestros condominios SugarTop son para no fumadores. Absolutamente NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS.

Presidents Day ski trip

In the clouds

Very clean apto very well equipped, everything in the kitchen if you like to cook. Beautiful view, sunrise to die for....the only thing I did not like was the bed, I like hard, firm, stone mattress but the master bed is very soft...but that is just my preference...other thing was the parking, it was mostly half empty and we still had to park down and take the shuttle...we walked down most of the time. Great place, I recommend will comeback in the summer. Thank you.

Nice place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had plenty of room for a family of 4 and had all the needed amenities in the kitchen. The only thing that was a little annoying was the parking and shuttle service. The staff were all very nice and when returning late a couple of evenings we were allowed to drive up to the building and use the registration parking spots to take sleeping kids up to the condo then only one person had to go park the car and ride the shuttle. The shuttle was typically very prompt. The issue is the shuttle is not 24/7, not sure what time it stops at night, but it doesn’t start until 7AM. We needed to leave around 5AM for our drive home so I had to walk down the road to the parking lot to get the car.

Ski weekend at Sugartop

The condo was clean, comfortable and in very good condition. The beds were very comfortable and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over Grandfather Mountain. We would rent it again.

The view was fabulous but the check in and shuttle service was a little bit of a hassle. Also, the hot water heater was bothersome. The building needs painting and units need updating. Otherwise, had a great experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The Property Management (off site) was very helpful and informative when selecting property at this location. The Property was available for early check-in however we didn’t take advantage of that. The weight room and pool areas were very clean and well kept.Cons: The actual “living space” was ok. The pictures are exact however the cleanliness could have been better especially since we are still in the COVID season. There was spiderwebs on the vent in the king-size bedroom bathroom. There was an excessive amount of long hair in the king size bedroom bathroom shower and on the flower (it was so bad, we had to rinse the hair out of the shower and sweep the floor prior to using it). There was heavy dust on the vents especially in the kitchen. The mantel above the fireplace looks like it’s about two seconds from falling. The fireplace doesn’t produce heat; therefore, don’t get your hopes up on getting warm from the fireplace. The sheets in the king-size bed were wrinkle like it had been slept in or hadn’t been changed prior to us arriving.Therefore, overall, the pictures on the website is what you will actually see therefore I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars HOWEVER the cleanliness I would definitely give a 1 out 5 stars.

Great stay on top of the world!

Our stay was great. Everything was as described. The shuttle service seemed a little cumbersome at first but they do such a great job at it that it wasn't a hassle at all. The hot tub and pool really made the stay so much better.

Amazing View!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sugar Top. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. The room was nice and clean but you could tell this was an older property. We had to check in off site and then when we got to Sugar Top, they let us go through the guard gate to park in front of the property for a few minutes to unload our stuff, then we had to park down a ways away from the condo. A shuttle would bring you back up from the parking lot to the condo which was not convenient at all. Especially if you forgot something in your car at night. The shuttle does run 24/7 though. The pool was nice but you cannot have any drinks (including water) or snacks on the pool deck which I thought was kind of silly. We did have a really fun time at Sugar Mountain but not sure we will stay at Sugar Top again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We showed up to the condo with the greatest expectations in mind. We took our stuff to the condo and it was immaculate. Clean, airy, and it looked like the we left it last year. We are repeat customers and will continue to be for years to come. Everybody was warm and welcoming from the ladies at the rental desk to the staff at the condominiums. While attending the GMHG, I actually sold off (for rentals) 3 or 4 more future customers to the Sugar Mountain.

Parking was no fun, especially for two seniors. Didn't feel welcomed as a renter by the condo staff.

Place was great but they will hold your security deposit for up to 30 days per there email they sent me when I asked about when it would be refunded. I am going on 21 days with no REFUND even after they told me 5 to 7 days. This almost feels a little SCAMMY to me. I can understand the security deposit and I would charge one myself but to hold money up to 30 days after you left "And yes I have a VIDEO showing all was good on my way out the door" is just makes me feel they are hoping people will forget about it. If I don't have my money soon I will be opening a claim on my card. ("Once everything checks out our inspector sends it through to accounting. Accounting has up to 30 days to refund the deposit, however, with this being our slow season it should only take 5 to 7 business days for it to appear back onto your account. ")

Great condo but parking is a pain

We enjoyed the condo itself (very clean & nice) but the overall building was inconvenient with little kids having to wait for shuttle to go to our car.

Sugar top

Mantle at a severe angle, probably will fall off soon and they will try to blame a renter. Is there any insulation? The floors and walls, window sills are very cold. Tub faucet about to fall off, bathroom popcorn ceiling cracking and pealing. Built in the 80s and looks it. You have to unload and then park down the hill and get a shuttle back up. It was clean, but we wouldn’t go go back.
