Perfectamente ubicado en Magnolia Cottages by the Sea - ¡Camine hasta la playa y la piscina!

Increíble casa de campo, 2 habitaciones ~ 2 baños, cerca de la playa y la piscina ~ ¡Porche cubierto!

Encantadora, recientemente decorada, de 1 planta, 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, ubicada muy cerca de la piscina (climatizada en el clima más fresco). El maestro tiene una hermosa y cómoda cama tamaño queen con baño privado y vestidor. (Suministramos un pack-play y una silla alta para un pequeño.) El 2do dormitorio como una litera con un gemelo sobre un nido completo y un doble, walk in closet y TV. El segundo baño se encuentra entre el salón y el dormitorio, muy conveniente. Cuenta con un excelente porche con cómodos asientos / área de descanso y ventilador de paleta. Además, en la parte trasera de la casa hay un patio de pavimentadoras con sillas Chiminea y 4 Adirondack.

Hay un bonito cobertizo ubicado al final del camino de la pavimentadora de ladrillos (2 autos caben muy bien). La parrilla de carbón está disponible en el cobertizo junto con 2 bicicletas Beach Cruiser y 4 sillas de playa (buena calidad, tipo de lona, aluminio, peso ligero). Suministramos 6 toallas de playa, sábanas y toallas de buena calidad, bolsas de basura, papel higiénico, toallas de papel, jabones y champús. Está a unos 3-4 minutos a pie del acceso a la playa, que está justo enfrente del vecindario. La piscina (climatizada en el clima más fresco) se encuentra a 5 casas de distancia y está entre la casa y la playa ~ y hay dos baños. El código de la piscina, el código de playa, el nombre de usuario de WiFi, la contrase��a de WiFi y el código de bloqueo del cobertizo se encuentran en una hoja de información laminada dentro de la casa.

This was our second visit to the Flirty Flamingo. Both visits were great. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee and again winding down before bedtime. The house was clean and comfortable and an easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

Amazing 30A Rental!

We have been staying at Flirty Flamingo for the last few years. It never disappoints!! It is just perfect for my husband and I. We have a little fur baby that just loves watching the squirrels from the front porch. We will definitely be back next summer! 💕

Perfection!

The house couldn't have fit my family of 3 (plus our small dog) better! From the seamless communication to check in to check out, everything was perfect. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. This was my family's first trip to the 30a area so we were unsure on where to stay and this was the perfect spot. You are located close to everything 30a has to offer. The private beach access was great as it was just a short walk and it was never crowded. We will definitely be revisiting!

The home and location was wonderful. It was clean, nice amenities. Only thing I'd point out is that the private beach access isn't accurate- the beach that leads to is exclusive to the condo complex so you have to walk down to the public access. It's close but the description isn't accurate

Relaxation on 30A

We enjoyed our stay at the Flirty Flamingo. Access to the beach was easy especially with the bikes that are onsite. Beach chairs were plentiful along with an umbrella. The screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out for morning coffee and evening desserts and games or just listening to music. Our dog loved the porch as well. A nice clean place to relax and unwind.

Property has been recently updated and is very nice and clean. Kitchen was well appointed with all you ever need for any type of meal prep. Short walk to beach and close to Publix grocery store and some good restaurants.

Perfect getaway

The Flirty Flamingo is the perfect vacation getaway home. The location is perfect with quick access to the beautiful beach and is close to all the great restaurants and shopping without the crazy traffic. The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated and absolutely gives u the home away from home feeling. I would highly recommend booking this house for a vacation and will be back as well.

Beautiful 30A Destination

The rest of our family (7-12) rented a 5-bedroom house for the week. We spent a lot of our time there all together but my husband, son and I absolutely loved our perfect, quiet oasis at the Flirty Flamingo. The rest of the family was envious, too. :) Beautiful 2-bedroom with every little detail figured out. Very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with every amenity you will ever need. Screened front porch was a wonderful way to start our mornings. Thanks. We’ll definitely be back.

Flirty Flamingo Cottage

The property was exactly as listed. The rental process was smooth and easy. There was always a quick response for any questions. Checkin was quick and easy. The cottage was so comfortable and inviting. The owners paid attention to so many details to make it fell like home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items you could need. It was clean and decorated so nicely. Great place to rent for a fun stay at the beach!!

Great Location

We rented this property because we wanted to be along 30a but also wanted to socially distance. We didn't want to be in the extremely busy area of Rosemary or Seaside so this was perfect. The neighborhood was extremely quiet at all times which was nice. It was a short bike ride or golf cart ride into Rosemary. The beach was great till the last 2 days of our stay when they decided to do LOUD construction on a house right next to our beach access so make sure the house is complete before renting. We were also informed the day before coming that we didn't have a working dishwasher which was very inconvenient since we were planning on doing most of our cooking at home. Although we didn't have a dishwasher, I will say the kitchen is great and has every type of cooking tool you will need. The best stocked kitchen that I have ever rented before. We had both of our dogs which was great to find a place to accept them so we were happy about that. They also don't allow you to use the porch door as an entrance/exit so if you plan on drinking coffee on the porch, I would make sure to not close the door behind you or else you will be locked out. The house could have definitely been cleaned better though. Overall I will say our stay here was just fine. It did the job for a week vacation.
