Nestled in the peaceful Arcadia community between Watersound, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach, this thoughtfully designed townhome offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience for your next beach getaway.

One of the home’s best features is the easy beach access located directly across the street, making beach days effortless. No long walks, no driving, and no hauling gear—just a short stroll to the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf on the deeded beach access with private beach chair rental available (March 1 - October 31)!

Abide on 30A offers approximately 1,600 square feet of thoughtfully designed coastal living space, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The home blends relaxed beach style with modern comfort, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups looking to experience the beauty of Scenic Highway 30A.

Main Living Area
The main living level is designed for comfort, connection, and relaxed coastal living. This bright, open-concept space seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can gather throughout the day.
The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, featuring bright cabinetry, quartz countertops, warm brass accents, and modern appliances. A large island with seating for four provides the perfect place for morning coffee, quick breakfasts before the beach, or gathering while meals are prepared.
Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six beneath a striking statement chandelier. Surrounded by large windows and soft coastal drapery, the space is filled with natural light throughout the day.

The living room anchors the space with a large sectional sofa ideal for relaxing after a beach day. Soft neutral tones, warm wood textures, and touches of ocean blue reflect the calming colors of the coast.
