Our host(s) were very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. The house was in a great location, clean and the AC worked great. We did realize after the first shower that one person at a time, due to water pressure and water temperature (on demand). Not an issue once we figured it out. We enjoyed our stay and would again if we ever return to Costa Rica

Second Year!

Loved this house, backyard, pool and barbecue!Kyle, property manager, excellent in replying to any of our messages and dealing with any problems. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a secure location, close to beach, restaurants and a grocery store!

Enjoyed our Stay

Overall we rate it good. Enjoyed having the pool. Beds were comfortable with good linens. Fridge had to be replaced while we were there. The only thing I didn't like was having to bother Kyle (property manager) regarding fridge, dishwasher, burnt out lights, not enough cutlery, chipped plates. The listing did say there was beach towels. No there wasn't. Listing asked you to use plastic around the pool. Condo only had plastic plates and bowls. Glasses would be great to have. We stayed at this location in 2019 and some miner things that I missed like place mats. The neighbours backing dogs which were annoying when we tried to sit outside for dinner. I have a suggesting of removing the oversized coffee table in the living area. Takes up too much space. Everyone enjoy their time there. Nice complex with 2 pools.

Great Place

Great place to stay in Bejuco. Met our needs for the week. Pictures and amenities were accurate. Convenient location for our trip to Costa Rica. We would stay here again.

One of our best VRBO stays

We have stayed at several VRBO houses but this beautiful house in a gated community is one of the best. Robert, the owner, was quick to reply to any emails. The landscaped backyard had a lovely pool and plenty of seating in sun or shade. This was a birdwatcher’s paradise. The garden gazebo provided a an area for dining or relaxing. A gas barbecue was ready to use. Every room in the house had its own air conditioning controls. We hope to return next year.

Great place. Safe gated community. All issues were handled quickly and professionally. I would gladly return again. Beaches and restaurants were fantastic. Pool and outside space were great. Used every day.

A very swanky home

The property is a dream villa and only a short walk from the beach in one direction and shops and cafes in the other - also a bargain Amazon outlet store for returned goods! The property staff were super attentive. Swimming pool(s) are ace. Some of the shower taps could be better. I do not know what the previous poster was writing about in regards the neighbour through the hedge. It sounds a very disturbing experience but we saw and heard nothing untoward. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic stay! Amazing service & location.

This house is beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and super clean. The pool and bodega area were equally nice and very private. There was an issue with one of the air conditioners shortly after we checked in and the maintenance guys were there within minutes and had it fixed quickly. The property management team was friendly and communication was very quick. They recommended Don Toro’s beach restaurant and it was terrific- don’t miss it! Hotel Delfin had a very nice oceanfront restaurant too. There’s also a plaza with a grocery store and several nice restaurants just across the main road. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house

The only downside is the neighbor across the hedge, who exposes himself, jerks off, and tries to use binoculars to catch a glimpse of males swimming in the pool or exercising in the backyard. Otherwise the house is very nice, and the pool is a good size. The large common pools and a hot tub is a nice option too. The faucets in the house could use some maintenance.

Absolutely beautiful house, fantastic and spotlesslyclean throughout. Gorgeous and delightful pool and bbq area. It was more than we even expected it to be. Our sincere hope is that we can return sometime soon! Don’t miss this place, you will love it!

Perfect for an extended stay!

We stayed at Casa Oasis for 10 days and really enjoyed it! The house was clean and comfortable. We got a lot of use out of the private pool in the backyard and the community pools. We loved having a grill and full kitchen! We had spent a long time in CR having adventures and wanted to end with a king, relaxing stay in Bejuco. The location was perfect for beaches, and central to Manuel Antonio, waterfalls, Jaco (though we didn’t visit Jaco). The community is quiet and secure. There’s a grocery store just outside the community and across the main road. The property managers are so kind. I also was in touch with the owner who was so friendly. I brought up a couple things to him and he was so appreciative and responsive at making sure this rental is up to par for a perfect stay. We were so grateful to stay in this beautiful home!

Loved the property, it was exactly what we wanted and needed for our stay. The beach is wonderful as always and was the centerpiece of our visit to Bejuco. Highly recommended!

The house and the condo are very beautiful

We were two times the house is very comfortable nice and the neighborhood beautiful we can use the tennis court in the nights free charge only two things that we report should be change as normal maintenance of the house. Full recomended the beach is beautiful and for children does not have heavy waves. We can take bicycle rides for roads near the beach about 1 hour.

A great week!

What a fantastic house and location! We had 4 adults and 4 young kids. The room with extra beds accommodated all the kids and the adults had their own suites. Plenty of space! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and we’ll maintained. The backyard and pool was a hit. Short drive (if you’re bringing a bunch of supplies) or walk to the beach. We would highly recommend it and would love to come back!

Esterillos is central to two large marinas (Quepos Marina and Los Suenos Marina) and is well known to be a fishing mecca. Surfing is also very popular in the area and there are surf shops offering lessons.
This home is 2 hrs from San Jose airport and 30min from the booming beach town of Jaco.  
If you are looking for a place to recharge and explore look no further, this is the place for you. You can literally walk for miles in either direction along the beach and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The west end of the village features a unique lava reef, that emerges at low tide forming natural pools and showcasing the famous mermaid statue. The east side gives the town its name, thanks to the estuary, which is also an excellent spot for fishing.

We may allow small pets on a case-by-case basis. Please message us if you would like to bring your pet. We do have a few simple rules regarding pets.
1. Dogs must always be kept on a leash when outside – Absolutely no exceptions.
2. Nuisance barking is prohibited, any barking that exceeds 5 minutes, please bring your pet inside.
3. Pick up any deposits your dog leaves.
4. We require any extra $25.00 fee for cleaning purposes when pets are brought into the rental.
5. Any damage caused by your pet will be deducted from your damage deposit.
