Esta hermosa casa está ubicada en la comunidad cerrada de Esterillos Estates, a solo 5 minutos en coche de la playa ya 10 minutos de fabulosos restaurantes y mercados locales.

La casa está aislada, con una piscina privada, rodeada de jardines y copas de los árboles. Hay dos habitaciones grandes en la casa principal y una cabina separada (a solo 5 pies de distancia) con una suite principal. Un dormitorio tiene una cama Queen size con muchas puertas corredizas de vidrio que puede abrir para una brisa fresca y acceso a la piscina. Hay excelentes vistas del exterior desde esta habitación. El segundo dormitorio en la casa principal es una habitación grande con una cama King size y un sofá cama, por lo que es ideal para una familia con niños pequeños. Hay una puerta corrediza de vidrio que se puede abrir por la brisa. A veces, los monos juegan en el árbol al lado de la ventana del dormitorio. La cabina tiene una cama King size y un baño de lujo, también con puertas corredizas de vidrio que dan a la piscina, jardines y copas de los árboles.
El mirador con vista a las copas de los árboles es el lugar ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o disfrutar de una bebida al atardecer. Hay otra mesa de comedor al aire libre justo al lado de la piscina.
La casa tiene una sala de estar y comedor totalmente amueblados y está equipada con lavadora y secadora y SKY tv. La cocina gourmet cuenta con horno, estufa, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora y muchos otros electrodomésticos para su comodidad. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado. Hay una pequeña caja fuerte para objetos de valor. Se proporciona café, azúcar y agua embotellada a su llegada.
La casa es de fácil acceso ya que está a menos de 2 horas del aeropuerto. La ubicación hace que sea fácil ver muchas atracciones que Costa Rica tiene para ofrecer. Las excursiones de un día incluyen el Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, una excelente pesca desde el nuevo puerto deportivo de Quepos o desde Los Sueños en Herradura, recorridos en canopy, paseos a caballo, clases de surf, excursiones en mono, caminatas por la selva tropical y mucho más.

Danny y Felipe, los administradores de la propiedad, viven cerca y son extremadamente receptivos. Pueden organizar excursiones y ayudarlo con todas sus necesidades.

The property was absolutely gorgeous the rooms were very good size. The pool was excellent.We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and wildlife park shopping was very close as well as restaurants. Afew minor problems with the icemaker and dishwasher not working the owner sent over a bag of ice which was appreciated and sent maintenance for the dishwasher which he had trouble repairing overall a very good experience I would definitely stay again

Beautiful

We stayed for 4 days. The house is beautiful and well stocked with basic necessities. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is clean and very beautiful. I loved it here and would definitely stay here again!

We had the most magical time here. We have been to costa rica many times but this area was magic - you are completely surrounded by nature with morning visits from 2 types of monkeys, a resident sloth in the tree behind the pool, blue morpho butterflies, humming birds, toucans - just so much beauty. The house was perfect with everything we could of wanted for our vacation- we can’t wait to come back

Beautiful get-away

We had a wonderful stay, the house was equipped with everything we needed and the pool was amazing. It was so nice to sit poolside and see birds, monkeys, iguana, and best of all, a sloth right next to the cabina! We look forward to staying again in the future.

The host and the property managers here are amazing. The house was perfect. As we woke up in the morning we saw birds flying around and it was amazing. The view from the pool is incredible. The location of the house is great. It's a very safe community.

Lisa did respond to messages. We were not able to go home on our last day, she gave us some extra time in the house, then told us the road was open, it wasn't and we had to find another place to stay for two nights. It took her over 45 minutes to respond if we could stay there and we had been sitting on the highway for 2 hours. The ice maker and water dispenser fell off of the freezer door and we had to try to put it back on. Though they had 2 internets frequently we could not do what we wanted to do and one day waited for the guy to show up, and didn't take naps waiting for him then he didn't come and they said all was fixed outside. The outside room did not have hot water in the shower. When the maintenance man came to clean the pool he did come in and cleaned a lot of dirt out of the kitchen faucet because we had very little water pressure. It was amazing how much pressure there was once cleaned. An earlier day someone came and did whatever without telling us and we wanted to point out the problems. Upon arrival the pool had many bugs and took 6 pool length scoops to clean it. With all that happened we would never recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time, highlighted by a half hour show put on by a dozen or more capuchins, viewed from the patio. And a sloth spent at least 6 days in the trees right outside our bedroom!

Best trip ever!

Our time in Costa Rica was amazing!We had the time of our life, The location was just minutes from the beach and the pictures don't do this place justice. Having a pool right out the back door was priceless. This is definitely the best vrbo home we've ever stayed at! I'm so glad we brought our whole family, but this could also be a couple's getaway paradise.

The place was a dream. So clean and relaxing. Exactly what i was hoping for. We loved opening to doors that lead right out to the pool. We saw lots of iguanas, monkeys and huge leaf cutter ants. I definitely recomend this home

Great place to spend vacation

Very nice place, upon our arriving everything was very clean. There is a lot of space for everyone (we are a family of 6). we had a problem with water, but within a few hours it was resolved. we also had the luck to see many Monkeys and Koati in the forest near the casa!

Quiet, clean and serene. Saw white faced monkeys pass through the back yard. Short drive to Esterillo Oeste for groceries, beach and eats. Esterillo is very low key, which we liked, and is a terrific walking beach.

Spring Break 2024

Lovely property with exquisite surroundings. Wild animals such as birds and monkeys came close to the breakfast porch - this was spectacular. And then there was "Jerry", the resident pizote who joint us in the mornings for breakfast with a good gulp from the pool. We would definitely like to return in the near future.

Great place for vacation

We rent the house for 38 days. We had a very good stay. The location is perfect. We have access to all commodities we need. There is a beautiful beach very near. Lisa is always available if we have questions and samething for Felipe (the Manager). And don't miss Rancho Coral restaurant at the beach; the foods are very good and the staff very kind. We recommand this place.

Highly recommend this beautiful, private property

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave! We swam everyday in the pool, sat out and watched the iguanas, butterflies, and birds, and basically just relaxed. This home is spacious, open, well-equipped, and comfortable plus we felt very safe while there. Good response from owner and property manager. You cannot go wrong with this home!

Great property for 3 couples. Each bedroom and bath complete privacy. Needs hand rails in showers. Tile was very slippery when wet. Pool was great for cooling off with the extreme heat. Ran out of water one morning but Keylor had it fixed by noon. Good restaurants nearby.

The house and property is magnificant. Very clean, well maintained centrally located and in a very safe gated area. On one day a family of squirrel monkeys surrounded the house on all sides. They stayed in the area for several hours. We saw a coatimundi and capuchin monkey near the house. Macaws and numerous hummingbirds were seen at the house. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Costa Rica.

Beautiful home in gated community

House was beautiful and spacious. Three bedrooms and three baths more than enough for our family of 4. Wifi worked well and kids really enjoyed the large pool. Saw sloth and monkeys in the trees surrounding the property. Property is very secluded, but feels safe with 24 hour entry and exit guards to the subdivision. Property manager was extremely helpful with dining suggestions and was readily available if we needed to communicate. Five minute drive to grocery store, several restaurants, and beautiful beach. Long drive to Parrita (20 minutes) and Manuel Antonio (40 minutes).

Spectacular!!!

This home is so much more than what you’re expecting!! Even though the VRBO’s pictures are well done, they don’t do justice to what you’re about to experience. If you want to be in the heart of the jungle, you’ve chosen the right place!! This home is spacious, clean and has an over abundance of sun and natural light. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and warm pool! It’s perfect for all ages. Lisa, the homeowner/host was amazing! There’s no question. We will return!!

Great home in Bejuco!

I saw this house before the new owners bought it and liked it so rented for myself. All I can say is, “WOW” The new owners have put so much love and care into this house. They have updated the house not only with new paint, but they have added furniture, brought in a nice t.v., and bought new linens for the bed and bath. I already knew the location was the peaceful and private retreat we wanted, but what a great surprise to see how much they had done. Even though the beach is so close by, we still loved having the gorgeous pool. Also, there is now a market and some great restaurants right up the street at the Bejuco Town Center, making the location even better. Can't wait to return!

Very nice home in Estrellos Oeste

We just returned from our stay in this home, and the VRBO description is accurate. It's located in a gated community that's protected by armed security, and we felt very safe there. All of the rooms are very large with tile floors, and are nicely appointed. The master bedroom is separated from the main house by an exterior (covered) walkway, but this wasn't a problem at all. Air conditioning is via newer mini-split a/c systems with separate thermostats in each space. The pool is on the small side, but is very nice and well maintained. However, those considering renting this home do need to realize that it is located about 35 min north of Quepos and 20 min south of Jaco, a few minutes off the main highway between these two towns. This worked out great for us, but given that it is a bit remote, you need to have a rental car (as we did) in order to make this location work well. There's a small grocery store, several restaurants, and a beach located about an 8 to 10 minute drive from the house, but these are not realistically within walking distance. One of the assistant managers, Chris, checked us in, and later assisted us with ideas and planning out our activities for each day. He speaks English well, and was very helpful with all of this. All things considered, everyone in our family of 5 all thought this was a great place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed being there!

Perfect Paradise!

After booking this property, I immediately received a message from the owner thanking us for booking with her and that she will be in constant communication with us before, during, and after our stay - and she was on it!! Before our stay, Lisa provided us with HELPFUL information regarding booking, closest airport, renting a car, directions to take with and without tolls to the house, what to watch out for and best places to eat.. ( I highly suggest economy (BILINGUAL) attached to SJO. In Costa Rica, insurance is mandated) Checking into the residence you get to the meet the guards on duty and get to know them personally (ALL BILINGUAL!). One of the property manager guided us straight into the residence, toured us around the house, provided all the information to the house, and gave us the best places to go for food, shopping, and how to make this trip the most memorable. The property manager provided us with his cell number and he was in constant communication making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. (ZERO FAULT TO OWNER) We did run the dishwasher during dry season and it knocked out water to the residence, but we quickly contacted our property manager and within minutes maintenance was out working on the issue. Within under 30 minutes water was completely restored. Throughout our stay (7 days) we spent most of the time completely relaxing by pool with sounds of nature! While relaxing we got to experience so much wildlife of Costa Rica - we ended up naming the lizards, monkeys and toucans! The house is 10 minutes away from the grocery store that you can get ALL your food and beverages, and the best local restaurants. I highly suggest El Patio ( ate there 5 days) because of their customer service and authentic food/drinks. The main tourist attraction is 20 minutes to Jaco for your souvenirs for friends and family. We all are absolutely are rebooting for next year

We've been to several areas of Costa Rica, but the beauty of the Central Pacific Coast won our hearts. We had the opportunity to stay in this development one Christmas and loved the privacy of the homes, the location that is not only 5 minutes from the beach, but also a great location for all sorts of adventures, and the security of a gated community. Casa Colina sits atop a hill and is completely private with a sparkling infinity pool. But not too far from restaurants and markets.
