Se alegrará de haber elegido esta unidad por su excelente ubicación en el perímetro del complejo Nihilani, que ofrece vistas lejanas del océano y privacidad adicional. Esta casa adosada de un solo nivel, en el segundo piso, está decorada con buen gusto y tiene excelentes ilustraciones también. Con casi 2000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, hay un montón de espacio para que todos puedan estar juntos, así como tener privacidad para el tiempo de tranquilidad. Center of Princeville, great community pool for kids

We loved it! Plenty of space, central AC (not always common in Hawaii), the pool with great kid features, garage paarking........everything we needed! We'll be back for sure.

Clean and roomy

The home was very nice and clean. Lots of room to move around. Lanei had great views. Everything you would need away from home. Plus a few extras in garage as loaners to make your trip more comfortable and enjoyable.

The only issue I had with the condo was the housekeeping. The house cleaner needed to do a better job cleaning the condo. There was thick dust on the blinds and lamps. Other than that the condo was spacious and enjoyable.

Amazing

Princeville is such a great destination for a relaxed and chill week. It forces you to slow down. 15 minutes from Hanalei Bay so we could come back and forth easily. Less than 5 minute drive to grocery store and shops. The pictures on this listing don’t do the apartment justice! It’s so spacious and easily accommodated 5 of us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet. We also had two lanais which was great to watch the sunset. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys, And beach chairs. Two car garage underneath made it so easy. And last but not least, I had to have central AC bc of breathing issues and it worked great. We will definitely be coming back to this property. When you walk in it’s stunningly large and beautiful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The property on the outside is beautiful. Everything was nicely manicured. Pool and hot tub a bonus! The inside, different story. Dirty, dirty, dirty. King bed comfortable. Queen bed awful hard, like sleeping on a board. It is advertised as a AC unit, but you are limited to how cool it can be. Shampoo was watered down? Very limited amenities. Kitchen has a coffee pot, not a keurig. Fridge dirty. Dishwasher does not work, pretty dirty inside. Pretty sure the water pressure does not allow a good clean cycle, the detergent capsule does not dissolve. We were charged a cleaning fee, but pretty sure there is no cleaning in between guests. They did have bikes, chairs, snorkel gear and beach stuff in the garage which was nice.

There is ample parking, it is quiet and private. The house had everything you need to have the perfect Kauai vacation. The pool, hot tub and grill were a nice bonus. There are several beaches within walking distance or a short drive to the worlds best beaches. We can’t wait to come back.

Left us disappointed

The online listing looked great and so did the location. When we arrived to the area, we were very pleased. The neighborhood was great and the pool was awesome!! Once inside our rental, our excitement dwindled. The overall cleanliness of the unit was poor. There was hair on the shower drain, sticky juice on the kitchen floor and MOLD on the ceiling vents. Additionally, all the walls in the unit were beat up and desperately needing paint. During our stay, the garage door broke making it a pain getting the car in and out... we were told it wouldn't be fixed until our last day at the rental. Lastly, and frankly the most disappointing, the end of our stay was ruined by Painters. They had begun planting the outside of the building and covered all our windows/ doors with plastic wrap (yep, no views and no breeze for 2 whole days and pressure washing for another day). We couldn't even use the lenai for coffee/ meals. In fact, the patio furniture was stored in the home's dinning room...making it cramped. The property manager notified us prior to our arrival of the painting (within a week), but it would have been too late to find another place. With a very thorough cleaning, some maintenance and upkeep, this place could be great.

Home away from home but...

We loved our stay at Nehalani 9C, the 3 bedrooms was perfect for our familly size. For the most part the townhouse was tidy upon our arrival but definatley requires some more indepth cleaning like the walls and bathrooms. The unit is also getting dated and could use some upgrades in the bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. The clothes washer and dishwasher both make noises that get you concerned like somthing is going to break. The bathrooms you can see issues with the grout in the showers and the towel bars keep falling off. The other issue was the pool and bbq area was closed for painting for the majority of our trip which in our mind was somthing that was included in the rental of this unit and the bbq would definatley have been used. We were not notified about the pool area until we were kauai. We loved staying here and felt at home and would consider renting it again, the issues are minor but at the price you pay per night you would expect everything to be perfect. The Canadians
