Hermoso y nuevo loft de 3 dormitorios + dormitorios con literas -2 baños frente al lago en las montañas del norte de Georgia - Lake Chatuge - Hiawassee GA. La belleza virgen de este lago rodeado de montañas es realmente impresionante. Tenemos un gran porche cubierto que es perfecto para el café de la mañana y las cenas de la noche.

El dormitorio principal tiene cama king con televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "y puertas francesas que acceden al porche cubierto, el segundo dormitorio tiene cama queen con televisor de pantalla plana de 40" y puertas francesas que acceden al porche cubierto, el tercer dormitorio tiene cama queen con pantalla plana de 40 " TV y el altillo tiene literas y una cama individual adicional con TV de pantalla plana de 32 ". Desde que la casa se terminó en enero de 2019, todos los colchones y las cómodas camas son nuevos. Queremos que se sienta realmente mimado.

La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (la gama es de combustible dual, tiene quemadores de gas y horno eléctrico), las encimeras son de granito de cuero. Está equipado con todas las ollas, sartenes, utensilios, etc. que pueda necesitar.

Nuestra casa tiene un muelle privado, a los nietos les gusta pescar y nadar en el muelle. Infórmenos con anticipación si tiene la intención de traer un bote para que podamos mover el nuestro. Estamos en una hermosa cala, así que no hay mucho tráfico ni olas. Tenemos 2 kayaks para su uso. Varios puertos deportivos locales también ofrecen alquiler de motos acuáticas y botes. Brasstown Bald (el punto más alto de Georgia) está a poca distancia en coche, así como muchas rutas de senderismo y cascadas. Hay varios campos de golf locales, incluido Brasstown Valley Golf and Spa. El recinto ferial del norte de Georgia se encuentra a unos 3 km en coche o a 500 m en barco, donde se celebran conciertos durante todo el año. Pase sus días nadando, pescando, esquiando, haciendo senderismo y jugando al golf.

Family Vacation

We go to Lake Chatuge every year with my husband’s family for the 4th. Great location and we enjoy being being on the water. The house was wonderful and great layout. We enjoyed the porch sitting. Good spot to hang out with your family!

This property is beautiful. It sits on a cove of the lake with lovely views and the home itself is magazine-worthy! It is well-appointed with bedrooms positioned for maximum privacy if you are traveling with a group. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay and would highly recommend this wonderful, comfortable home.

Beautiful home and great location.

This lake house is very impressive. The location is attractive and exceptional. The interior is pleasantly decorated and comfortable. Great Getaway

2 Couples had a great time boating, grilling and chilling. The house was immaculate. Looks and feels brand new. Darlene was great to work with and gave lots of suggestions for local eats and boat rentals. Love the experience. Will go back!

Wonderfully Relaxing- everything we needed

Fabulous home with everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing time! Great screened in porch, back porch, fire pit, dock, fireplace, kitchen, -- ZERO issues! Wonderfully decorated and even had Christmas decorations for our late celebration! Loved having a well stocked kitchen- the crock pot was very handy! Can't say enough good things- we will definitely return.

Beautiful lake home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and had plenty of room for the group. We had everything we needed to make the home usable. The porches are a great space to hang out for all ages. The kids had a great time swimming off the dock. The location is very nice in a quiet cove and located less than 10 minutes from the grocery store, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent lake getaway

The home has wonderful outdoor seating, one of the main criteria in our search for a lake house. We spent nearly all our time outside. Great kitchen, comfortable living room seating, plenty of outdoor seating. While there are beds for 12, the home was still just right for two. We enjoyed nearby trails, gardens and marinas. In a pandemic, we wanted outdoor activities, and this was a perfect vacation spot for us.

Beautiful Lake House

This place was fantastic. Brand new lake home with 3 full bedrooms and a spacious loft that could sleep 5 to 6 kids. The gorgeous outside deck is were spent most of our time. We will definitely be back to this gem. And Darlene is a great host. See ya next year.

Amazing getaway.

We were two families traveling on this trip. 8 total. The property was better than expected, but absolutely beautiful decor. The kitchen as well as the rest of the house was extremely well equipped with all the necessities for a VRBO home. Staying on the lake was magnificent and we certainly made use of the dock and the kayaks. We spent many hours just Swimming around and floating in the water in front of the house. Sunset and late night kayak to see set stars was absolutely spectacular. The hosts were excellent and very attentive to ensure an easy arrival. Thanks for opening your home to us. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!

Fantastic Week

We enjoyed this property so much! We traditionally take an annual family lake vacation, but this was our first vacation at Lake Chatuge. This property did not disappoint. We had easy access from the fairgrounds for our boat and plenty of room to tie up on the dock. Our adult children loved the kayaks, and we enjoyed the quiet cove. The house is immaculate; the furnishings are absolutely gorgeous; the kitchen is well-equipped; and the outdoor areas are amazing. We spent the majority of our time on the back porch, only coming inside to eat and sleep. The Hiawassee area is very laid back, and we enjoyed easy access to everything we needed. Visiting Bell Mountain and Brasstown Bald were nice excursions off the water, and we pretty much had the lake to ourselves during the week. We will definitely consider a return visit to this beautiful home!

Lake Change Cabin

This house was amazing! A perfect spot to spend with family. Everything was new and clean! Loved the kitchen and furniture. Would have liked to have had two or three queen beds upstairs for more sleeping. Also, need more area to store trash (larger trash cans downstairs would have been nice).. We had a lot of it when baking and cooking. Also, steps to the lake up the hill to the house would be nice as it is rather steep. The dock was perfect and everyone enjoyed use of the two kayaks. Loved the gas fire pit on the back porch and grill and enjoyed the gas fireplace inside the house. Close to everything in town. A decent view of the lake from the porch. Never saw a neighbor even though the houses were close. Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

Thanks for the great review Lisa. We have been in line patiently waiting for the crew to get to our steps and pathway leading to the dock. I want steps and a pathway , not necessarily because of the steepness .....I'd just like to have a designated path so people aren't all over the yard. Last update, we are 2 weeks out. Keep an eye on the VRBO site. I will post pictures. Although there is plenty of room upstairs for larger beds, which would sleep several more people, we'd prefer to keep our limit at 9. That's less wear and tear on our home. I've never had this problem with the amount of garbage before, we may actually consider adding a 3rd 40 gallon garbage container. I'm really glad that you were able to cook at home every night and enjoy our home, that's the exact reason for the large back deck, grill, smoker and lots of furniture. We hope that you and the family can visit with us again soon.

Simply amazing!

We have stayed many places around Hiawassee, but this was by far the best. The location was perfect and close to everything. The house was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Darlene was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. It is easy to get to. No steep roads.

We dreamed of having a lakehouse for many years. We fell in love with Hiawassee and have never seen a more beautiful lake than Lake Chatuge. We were fortunate enough to find our own little spot of land on the lake and have our lakehouse built exactly how we wanted. No detail was overlooked. Just ask my husband - I drove him crazy.
