Nuevo hogar recién terminado frente al lago en el hermoso Lake Chatuge convenientemente ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo cerca de Hiawassee, Young Harris y Blairsville, GA, así como Hayesville y Murphy NC, también a solo 2 horas en automóvil de Atlanta y Asheville.

La casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, ¿mencioné frente al lago :) mira hacia el noroeste que ofrece impresionantes puestas de sol, amplias habitaciones con colchones de espuma viscoelástica, chimenea a gas, muelle privado, área de chimenea junto al lago, kayaks para su uso y disfrute, WIFI, paquete de TV por cable con televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones, cocina totalmente equipada para cocinar y servir con encimeras de cuarzo, lavadora y secadora, toallas y ropa de cama, estacionamiento cubierto en el área de estacionamiento grande, unidad circular y cubierta grande de gran tamaño con Asientos en el patio. Lot se encuentra muy bien con pendiente gradual y es un paseo corto y fácil hasta el lago. También se puede acceder al lago caminando desde la parte trasera de la casa para evitar escaleras si es necesario.

Estamos ubicados a una milla de la Marina Ridges si desea alquilar un bote durante su estadía. También estamos ubicados a una milla de una rampa pública para botes si desea traer su propio bote.

This home is exactly as pictured. The memory foam beds are so comfortable and the furnishings and decor make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening while grilling our dinner. Wow!!! What an enjoyable experience. You will not go wrong renting this property.

Had a wonderful week at this amazing property while visiting family. Weather did not cooperate but we still enjoyed everything about this house. Plenty of room for our crew of 6 adults, 1 infant and 1 toddler. Great covered boat slip for our boat and for fishing! Big kitchen that was well stocked. Bedrooms all nice sizes with nice beds, all king and queen. Very nice bathrooms. Large beautiful deck that we got to see a couple of nice sunsets from while playing games at the picnic table. Check in was very smooth and property manager always responded in a timely manner to my questions. Have stayed at several properties on Lake Chatuge over the years and this was by far our favorite. Can’t wait to come back!

Great home

This was our third stay at this home. We love the comfortable beds, 3 king and 1 queen size. It’s seems rare to find even one king so having 3 available is awesome. It’s great to have lake towels provided. All the amenities provided are great. We rented a boat from Lake Chatuge Marine and were pleased with our boat also. We had a wonderful family vacation. The only negative that I can say is I wish they left a few extra washcloths per bathroom. We just had to be sure to wash them when we washed our lake towels at night so it wasn’t a big problem, only a minor inconvenience. I have found this in most other rentals so you would think I would learn to bring some from home! The available amenities included ample supply of dish soap and dishwasher pods. There was enough paper towels and toilet paper our 5 night stay with 4 adults and one child. There was even some pantry items available like zip lock bags and plastic wrap. These may have been left by previous renters, if so I appreciate them being left for use by others. I have been to other rentals that have absolutely nothing available in the pantry. I want to thank the hosts for all you do to make our stay special.

Beautiful home on the waterfront with great sunsets! Home was super clean and comfortable. For anyone interested in accessibility for a handicap family member, the lower level of the home was acceptable for our stay and provided a complete indoor and outdoor experience for us. Handicap rails in the shower would have been helpful but we brought what we needed to improvise. However, upstairs access for meals for them had to be made through the outdoor front entry using our portable ramp, so planning for that obstacle was necessary. All in all, I would highly recommend this home to anyone. It was well appointed and had a well stocked kitchen. TV’s and WiFi worked great throughout. Location was great and not far to town. The owner, Michelle, was tremendously helpful in assisting us in our decision to bring our special needs family member…and it worked out for us! We would gladly stay again.

Amazing lakefront spot

We had an amazing stay at this rental. Plenty of room in the bedrooms, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well equipped. Kitchen was great as well as living spaces. The backyard, deck and dock was our favorite spot. The kids loved kayaking early in the morning. We rented a boat and docked it overnight which was really convenient so we didn’t have to pack everything up and bring it to the boat rental place. Over all I would highly recommended this house, great for a small group!

Amazing stay on Lake Chatuge!

We loved everything about this property. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything you needed. The beds were really comfortable and enough space for the whole family to spread out in. The air conditioning worked great (a must for the family), and it was a easy dock to get in and out of for a rental boat. We will be coming back again!

The house was wonderful! Lovely deck to drink your coffee in the morning and to gather with family. Beautiful lake view, dock, kayaks, paddle boat, chairs, corn hole- plenty to do and enjoy! The house is very roomy too- great big kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Well done!

This is such a lovely home! Over numerous years, we have rented multiple VRBOs on Lake Chatuge. This has been our very favorite and our group has stayed here at least 3 times.It is clean, well maintained, well-appointed with kitchenware and provides ample parking. They have pool table, and kayaks to enjoy as well as many other vacation games. We hope to be back next year!

We have lived in Hiawassee for many years and love the area. It is a small quaint town with many attractions and has a lot to offer such as Brasstown Bald, Bell Mountain Scenic Overlook, Lake Chatuge, Anderson Music Hall, Georgia Mountain Fair, Hamilton Gardens, and Young Harris College

I have always wanted to be on beautiful Lake Chatuge. This location is centrally located near downtown Hiawassee, Young Harris, Blairsville, Hayesville and Murphy and is only a 2 hour drive to Atlanta or Asheville.
