The buttons on the tv remotes didn't all work. Cable is outdated should have some streaming capabilities I think. The dishwasher is REALLY old and loud. The front door locks were old and we actually got locked in the condo and had to call maintenance. It was clean but could really use some updates.

Enjoyable stay

I enjoyed our time at waters Edge if only it had not stormed everyday. The unit had everything we need. The blender was broken and it was replaced the next morning. The sand was soft fine white sand with a great pool. Too bad the water had seaweed so it was not clear and blue as expected. Great time with family.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it! In my opinion, the location of the condo was perfect. The 6th floor have the best view of the ocean. We were close to one of the two elevators and trash chute, which was very convenient. The pool is huge so we never felt overcrowded in it. There are bathrooms by the pool which was very convenient. There was also an ice machine but some days it was out of service. Make sure to get towels on a set of beach chairs and umbrella early if you want one in the front row. A lot of them had reserved names on them. The condo was very clean. Having two rooms with king beds worked out great for us as well as the bunk room. We could never get the TVs in the bedrooms to work but it could have been user error. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return to this resort and stay in same condo!

Family Vaca!

While we appreciated the condo itself, we found the cleanliness to be lacking. Upon arrival, our feet quickly became dirty from walking barefoot. Consequently, we opted to wear flip-flops indoors. The kitchen items like pots, pans, and utensils were also unclean; for instance, a knife from the block appeared to have been used and returned without proper washing. We ended up washing everything before use. It seems that the previous tenants may have faced similar issues despite paying a cleaning fee. I do not think the owners are getting the service we are paying for. We did utilize the beach chair service provided with the condo, but were surprised to find out that there was an additional $15.00 charge to have our chairs placed in the first row by the beach. This extra charge was not in the welcome book so I am not sure the owners are aware of the extra charge. Furthermore, the equipment in the fitness center was either broken or in dire need of maintenance, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, resulting in a very hot environment (90 degrees). We reported these issues to the office, who assured us they would inform the HOA. Despite these concerns, we have enjoyed staying at Watersedge before, appreciating its pool and beachfront location.

Wonderful place!

We loved this condo and will definitely be back! The door lock malfunctioned due to a storm and we were able to get ahold of someone immediately who gave us a new code. View was amazing and the place was just the right size for us and our 3 kids!

Enjoyable Stay!

The condo was bright and cheerful and was just as described in advertising. My grandbabies sleep in the same bed configuration at home so that was lucky. (Double bed on the bottom with twin on top.) The other bedrooms were very nice. Two suggestions I would make is that some of us of a certain age might feel more comfortable with a handicap bar in the guest bath and that you might add a few DVDs for young children. We enjoyed our stay!

Very spacious!

The size of this condo was fantastic. Our two kids had separate rooms and plenty of space to play and take breaks from each other at night. Washer and dryer were very quiet, which was helpful since our 3 & 4 year old were ready for bed around 7 each night! The balcony door wouldn’t lock, which caused major anxiety being on the 6th floor with young kids. We were assured it was getting fixed, so I have no doubt it will be.

A little pricey, but overall the stay worked out fine. It was clean and roomy. I must have misunderstood that there was a bed in the room with the bunk beds, because there wasn’t. Enjoyed the pools and proximity to the beach.

This place was even more than i expected. Location was great for our family, beach Front with easy access and pools to enjoy. This penthouse was the best condo in the building for its view and size. Will come back.

Perfect Property for our Family

We loved this property so much, great location and beach access. The pool was a winner when the wind was blowing cold at the beach. Everything was easily accessible and we will totally rebook this exact trip all over again. We are planning on a summer trip now. The ice machine was a nice addition and pleasant surprise since there was no ice in the ice machine upon arrival, I assume due to Covid cleanliness, etc. Over all, just a great family trip! The kids loved every minute of it and that's what counts the most.

Hassle free

Beautiful condo had no issues. Love the thoughtfulness of the owners to have welcome donuts and for sending a locals guide for food. We stay clear of chains and always opt for local food so the guide was wonderful.

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach.

Our family had a great long weekend at this condo. The beach was gorgeous and the amenities very nice. One of the pools was already heated on the first weekend of October, which was nice for when we tired of the sand. The property owners communicated very well, though I'm happy to say we didn't really have any problems to communicate.
