Waters Edge 509 is a gorgeous three-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting panoramic gulf-front views of the famed crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the first guest bedroom, a twin-size bunk bed in the second guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Waters Edge 509 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. With new furnishings, all-new décor, fresh paint throughout and awesome balcony furniture to enjoy the stunning view, Waters Edge 509 on Okaloosa Island can easily become your favorite vacation go-to. Upon entering this 1,231 square-foot condo, you will find a guest bedroom on the right with a twin-size bunk bed with a flat-screen television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The guest bedroom on the left of the entrance includes a queen-size bed as well as a large flat-screen television and DVD player for endless entertainment. The guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway and offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen on the right, featuring beautiful granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. A washer and dryer combination is nestled off the kitchen, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The kitchen leads to a spacious dining area and living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
