Durante su estancia en París, hospédese en el hotel Thuriot de la Rosière, construido para Gaspard de Fieubert: canciller de la reina Ana de Austria y consejero de Luis XIV. En el siglo XVIII, se convirtió en propiedad del Cardenal Fleury Preceptor y Primer Ministro de Luis XV. Este lugar es parte de la historia de Francia en el corazón del distrito 4 es un lugar tranquilo, pacífico y pensado para los viajeros. La primera habitación tiene una cama de 160x200 y en la segunda habitación de 190x200. Un sofá cama para dos personas está a su disposición. Excellent location, easy walk to metro and shops

We really enjoyed being on the ground floor this time instead of walking up multiple flights of stairs like we did at our other stays on this trip. The ac was a nice bonus. The location was excellent, it was an easy walk to the metro and shops.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed ourselves. The space is eclectic and invites the guests into the old world charm of Paris living. Ground level seemed noisy at times but it wasn’t an issue and it was rather humorous. Our host was attentive and polite. Yes, I would definitely stay here again. The location is phenomenal!

Great place to stay in the Marias

Despite being small, it worked well for 2 15 year olds and grandparents. Everything we needed was there. It is close to every place we wanted to go. Easy Metro access. We would stay there again. We were a little confused about checking in. We thought we would be met by someone. Instead we had to figure out mailbox and lockbox. We’d had a long day of travel and were very tired so probably not at our sharpest😆

Perfect base for enjoying Paris

This was a delightful property for our family of four. We didn’t notice any odd smell in the property mentioned in other reviews. It is small but well laid out. We could easily walk to three different metro lines through the charming neighborhood streets. Nearby Rue Antoine had all the basic shopping options for food. The kitchen was equipped with basics for making breakfast and dinner. The washer dryer unit was super useful. We threw a load of laundry in at night and pulled it out in the morning. Two cons: the trucks in the morning are quite loud and woke us up before 7 every day. There were no English instructions for using the dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machines. Just a few manuals also in French. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place!

Efficient Apartment in Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment. It had everything we needed to live for a full week. The location is great with restaurants and groceries nearby and the metro stop very close. It was a perfect base for our adventures. The place is definitely small for a family of four, so make sure you're comfortable with each other before staying. Maybe ideal for two people but worked fine for us. There is some street noise with this lower level unit which can occasionally disrupt sleep.

Fabulous location in the Marais

The best parts : Location in the Marais, close to the Seine, great restaurants (try Vins Des Pyrenees!!) Kitchen and laundry facilities (including washer/dryer combo) Great for families (not much privacy in bedrooms) Good water pressure Things that could be improved : There is a musty smell in the apartment. Some nice scented reeds or candles would help The linen and towels are a bit tired and cheap. The pillows don't fit in the pillowcases and aren't great quality Some coat hooks would be good to hang winter coats and other clothes Overall, i would definitely stay here again. A few little touches would really improve the experience.

Proximity to Le Marais excellent - proximity to street horrible!

We spent 10 days at this apartment and really appreciated the following things: - Location! Close to Le Marais, subway and the Siene - Well appointed kitchen - everything you might need - Laundry - drying a bit of an issue, but glad to have it in the apartment - Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood - Comfortable beds - firm mattress - Amazing blow dryer - Didn't need to contact owner but instructions/videos on checking in were great Cons: - The "bedrooms" are directly on the sidewalk, noisy evenings/nights and trash pick starts at 5:00 AM everyday. - Smell of mildew continually got worse everyday - Kudos to the photographer on this one - nowhere near the size presented in the photos

Christmas 2023

Great location. Property was clean. We stayed at the end of November and given the time of year, the place felt cold and damp. Instructions on how to use the washing machine, heating, where to dispose of garbage and recycling etc would be helpful. Upstairs tenants were very noise along with traffic on the street. Foyer light shines through one bedroom window. Overall it as a decent stay!

L’apart était parfaite. Vraiment propre, bien équipée ds la cuisine et de literies. Des lits tres comfortables. L’emplacement est absolument parfait. Tout est facilement accessible soit a pied ou transport commun. La seul recommendation constructive serait de poser des toiles ds les fenêtres de chambres. Bien qu’elles sont grandes et appréciées le jour, les lampadaires de rue éclairent beaucoup a l’intérieur la nuit tombée. Je recommande fortement et espère y revenir.

A week in paris

We loved the 2 firm comfortable beds. We cooked for a week, the fridge and oven were excelent. They did have most of what one would want for cooking. The area was amazing, lots of character, lots of shops and restaurants and activity in the evening, Very close to grocery stores, 2 metro stops and buses. 72 bus is your friend, straight to louvre, eifflel tour, while above ground watching things. Stop is minutes from the unit. We were left very much alone, lots of privacy. I would have liked more written instructions on how things worked. When I asked I did get answers, but they are very busy. It is a quiet street, but the bedroom windows overlook the street, The odd pedestrian talking loud at night, and garbage trucks in the early morning can be heard. We are very light sleepers.

Appartement idéalement situé, quartier calme mais très agréable et parfait pour profiter de la ville. Nous étions 5 avec des ados, c’est très petit mais convenait parfaitement à nos besoins puisque nous y étions essentiellement que pour dormir. Lits confortables, Merci beaucoup!

Short stay

It was great! The neighborhood was charming. The response time was amazing! It was small for four people but that wasn’t their fault. We had two teenagers so we had to use all the beds. It would work for a family with one or 2 small children or a couple. Grocery store was around the corner along with a palace where families hung out. It was amazing! Book it!!

Disappointed

First, the location is good, comfortable beds and communication with manager was great. I rated this stay lower for 1 reason: there was a very strong mildew odor which pervaded the apartment. Open window, AC..nothing helped. So yes, was very disappointing to smell that for our stay. Likely would not book again for this reason.

Great place to stay in Marais

This is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of 3 different metro stations along with numerous cafes and bakeries plus a grocery store. The unit was clean and in good condition. As a couple of other reviewers have noted, this room does face the street and is on the ground floor so there will be street noise. Fortunately this is a residential area so the street traffic at night is low so for us this was just a minor annoyance. Having a washer/dryer is a bonus. It is a combo unit but for this one the drying worked much better than others we have used in the past. So it didn't take hours and hours to dry a load. Of the local eating establishments, I really liked Le Temps des Cerises.

Paris apartment

The host was very communicative. We had no problems checking in. I wish there had been directions posted on the appliances, that there were more towels and that it was a little cleaner. Seemed like the place just needed a good scrub down. Great location. Very small apartment and teeny tiny bathroom.

3 day stay in Paris

We had a fabulous time in Paris and loved the location of our apartment. Great neighbourhood with lovely cafes, shops and two Metro stations nearby. Apartment is small, but well set out and clean. A little noisy at night with bedroom windows right on the street, but that is hard to avoid so not really a problem.

Fantastic location. Smaller than pictures suggest

Couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. Clean, nice amenities. Only minor complaint was that it smelled just a little musty (we were there in January). The mattresses are nice and firm which was a blessing for someone with a bad back. Highly recommend!

Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood

Very walkable area and close to Metro. Beds were comfortable. We admittedly were there basically for sleeping as we packed as much as we could I to our 3 days. The shower pressure was great. Kitchen was equipped with the basics. Neighborhood was safe, quiet and had plenty of amenities nearby. The host was responsive and helpful! Chez Mademoiselle and Vins des Pyrénées had excellent food and service. We would stay again and recommend it.

Drei Nächte Paris

Sehr zu empfehlen und als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der Stadt geeignet. Die Wohnung (EG) hat ansonsten nicht viel Tageslicht und Platz, um sich länger darin aufzuhalten (zumal zu fünft).

Parfait en tous points

Très joli logement, bien équipé. Emplacement idéal, nous avons adoré le quartier. A proximité de tout, y compris station Batobus pour visiter différents monuments de Paris. Propriétaire adorable (nous avons dû le déranger dimanche soir à 22h pour un problème de clé, de notre faute : il s'est déplacé en restant très gentil). Un seul point d'amélioration que je formulerai : il serait appréciable d'installer un rideau à la fenêtre du séjour car mon fils qui dormait dans le convertible était gêné par la lumière de la rue. Prévoir aussi les draps pour le lit convertible ainsi que les serviettes de toilette si vous êtes plus de 4 personnes.
