La villa no está descuidada, jardines muy privados y seguros para familias y grupos que desean pasar un momento de relax. Lejos alcanzando hermosas vistas de los valles de Foz do Lizandro y también vistas de la playa en la distancia.

Seascape Villa está equipado para garantizar que disfrute de una estadía maravillosa:
Wi-Fi, TV conectada a Netflix, así como una gran cocina Miele para aquellos a quienes les encanta cocinar mientras están lejos con armarios bien equipados llenos de utensilios, utensilios de cocina. Ropa de mesa, cafetera y batidora / licuadora eléctrica.

El diseño de la villa es de tres pisos, al ingresar a la villa en el piso superior tiene tres habitaciones grandes que consisten en una cama king size, una cama super king y la tercera habitación que puede ser dos camas individuales o una cama doble / Habitación cuna. Todas las habitaciones pueden adaptarse a una cuna de viaje también para familias que se alojen en la villa.

La habitación super king tiene su propio baño, mientras que las otras dos habitaciones tienen sus propios baños al lado, una con ducha y la otra con bañera. Todas las habitaciones en el piso superior tienen armarios empotrados y vistas a las colinas de Foz do Lizandro y al jardín de la villa.

Las otras dos habitaciones se dividen en los dos pisos inferiores a los que se accede a través de la cocina y la sala de estar. Estas dos habitaciones están fuera de la propiedad, la habitación doble está al lado de la cocina con su propia puerta desde la puerta de la cocina y el área de la terraza que da a la gran terraza y al jardín superior con el olivo.

La quinta habitación es un gran anexo debajo de la villa, que está en el mismo nivel que la piscina y el nivel inferior del jardín al que se accede a través de los escalones del jardín a la piscina (esto no es adecuado para personas con discapacidad). Esta habitación tiene una cama king size y baño privado con ducha grande, así como una mini cocina. La habitación también cuenta con dos sofás dobles pequeños y lo suficientemente grandes como para acomodar dos camas de cuna, así como una cama plegable para niños un poco mayores si es necesario.

Nuestra sala principal tiene algunas de las vistas más espectaculares de los valles y es perfecta para relajarse y ver pasar el mundo. Para aquellos que salen de temporada, la sala de estar tiene una gran chimenea que es muy acogedora en una noche de invierno frente al televisor con una buena botella de vino portugués.

La playa de St Juliao está a poca distancia a pie de la villa y tiene algunos cafés encantadores, mientras que la playa de Foz do Lizandro se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche y cuenta con una escuela de surf y una mezcla de bares y cafeterías. En ciertos días, uno de los bares tiene un fantástico menú de sushi. Dentro de 10 minutos estará en la ciudad de Ericeira, que cuenta con fantásticos bares, tiendas y cafeterías. Tenemos un tablón de anuncios en la villa que tiene una lista de números de contacto, tarjetas y folletos de nuestros lugares favoritos para visitar.

La piscina tiene 8 metros de largo y tiene hermosas vistas (no está climatizada).

La villa es nuestro segundo hogar cuando viajamos y a nuestros dos hijos les encanta venir a la Villa. Queremos que todos nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en casa.

** La villa también está equipada con una cuna de viaje, trona, bañera para bebés y para esas pequeñas personas un asiento de inodoro más pequeño. Se deberán solicitar cunas y camas adicionales. **

Great stay

Great stay for our group of 8 friends. Plenty of space, clean, easy to get to and simple house instructions. Location close to the beach and town. We had dinner at Jangada and Balagan, both delicious. Surfing at Ribeira d’ilhas is great.

Beautiful property

Had a lovely time at the villa, weather was great and the local beach was beautiful and perfect for our kids. Ericiera town was also very nice, has some great local restaurants amd bars to enjoy in the evening. Look forward to returning again next year !

Beautiful tranquil villa

Stunning property with beautiful views of the valleys stunning at sunset and at sunrise. The property was easy to find and when we arrived the property was very clean. The gentleman who manages the property was very friendly and helpful and showed us around the property. The beds are comfy, fresh linen, the kitchen was great for me and my family as opened planned so I was able to have a bottle of red on the go whilst cooking and talking to our family and keep an eye on our baby. In the mornings we relaxed by the pool whilst my husband surfed which he enjoyed. He has surfed all over the world and enjoyed his morning sessions which were "pumping" before he came back for lunch and then we all went to the beach for afternoon sun and a walk. The beach is a beautiful sandy beach and the local town was very friendly with a great selection of restaurants and bars. We are booked to return in 2016

Vacaciones perfectas

La semana en la casa ha sido estupenda, éramos 12 personas (con 3 niños) y hemos estado muy a gusto en todas las estancias, además cuenta con todo lo necesario en la cocina. La casa es preciosa, muy cómoda y cuenta con unas visas espectaculares, la única pena es que el agua de la piscina está muy fría para poder disfrutarla bien. La ubicación estupenda para ir a la playa andando. Eduardo, el anfitrión ha sido muy amable y nos ha ayudado en todo, dándonos unas indicaciones perfectas para disfrutar de la zona. Unas vacaciones ideales 💙

Très bon séjour

Avec 2 familles, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la Villa près d'Ericeira, très belle vue, la villa est spacieuse et confortable. Le temps un peu frais pour le mois d'Août. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades à pieds près de l'Océan avec une vue magnifique. Un grand merci à Edouardo pour sa gentillesse, son accueil, il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour, courses, restaurants, visites aux alentours.

A superb villa with an amazing living room and views

This is a beautiful house with the most amazing living room with the utmost beautiful views over the river across the valley. The weather was not very nice but that wasn’t a problem: the heated pool is a must, also on grey days, and the fog that seems to surround the villa gives it an even more mysterious and romantic feeling. Last but not least, Eduardo was a great host, with a lot of friendly recommendations, some of them regarding the absolutely best restaurants on Ericeira. Overall, a beautiful place, reflecting the excellent taste of the owners, and a great stay. Highly recommended! Abel

Warm welcome to a lovely house

We had a warm and friendly welcome from Edu. He showed us around the house and the shortcut to the beach. He was available for advice / recommendations throughout our stay. The walk to the local beach is amazing with great views along the way. The house is at the end of a road in a very quiet town. A car is a must to access shops and visiting local towns. The house is lovely and big. The main floor with the sitting area and kitchen is such a nice space to hang out with family and friends. The kitchen is very well kitted out; you won’t want for anything. The outside patio area is beautiful and well kitted out. There are loads of lounge chairs and a nice pool. There are 3 lovely bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom which is great when there are a few families staying in the house. We were a little disappointed with the main level bedroom as we didn’t realize it could only be accessed by outside the house and we had to go into the house for the bathroom and shower. The separate apartment was also accessed by a separate entrance. It has lots of space. It would be great if there were more windows or a sliding door as it can get very stuffy. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Enjoyable break away

Beautiful villa in an amazing location

We have just had two incredible weeks at this villa. There were eight of us in our party ages from 3 to 73 and this property was ideal for everyone of us. There were a few little things inside the villa that need a bit of tlc but nothing that had a negative impact on our stay. The villa is very well equipped, was clean on our arrival and was maintained dure in our stay. Both the villa and the pool were cleaned while we were there. The villa manager, Eduardo, met us on arrival. He was incredibly helpful on our first evening even helping us get a few essentials and left us some beautiful local wine to try. He stayed in contact dure in our stay recommending restaurants and places to visit which we wouldn’t have found ourselves. He even came to say goodbye when we left a genuine lovely guy. The local town is very pretty and has something for everyone. Good selection of restaurants but would definitely book as they can get quite busy. Also a hire car is an essential I feel for getting around the local area. Eduardo did put us in contact with a great taxi company which we used on several occasions. The local beaches are stunning, lots of surfers and families. Good amenities at the beaches too. The overall theme of our stay was total relaxation in a beautiful property and incredible location. We hope to return one day. Finally the villa owner Craig was so helpful right from the day of my booking and even emailed dure in our stay which meant a lot. Thank you for an amazing holiday memories which will last for a life time xxx

Awesome Villa in beautiful location

Awesome Villa in beautiful location This was our second trip to Portugal and this time we decided to stay on the west coast as opposed to the Algarve, it was a great decision as we had a really great time in Ericeira and the surrounding areas. The Villa was perfect for my family, it has loads of space internal and external and the views are amazing, we particularly enjoyed eating dinner looking out over the valleys. The house was very nice and clean and was equipped with everything we needed to make for a very comfortable stay. The local beach St Juliao was fantastic and myself and kids enjoyed some great surfing lessons here, we can’t wait to get back in the green waves again soon. We will be back again next year . Ungepflegte Villa mit schönem Ausblick!

Wir waren 15 Tage in dem Haus und haben in den verschieden Schlafzimmern geschlafen. Die Fotos vom Haus im Internet sind wohl mehrere Jahre alt und geben nicht den aktuellen Zustand des Hauses wieder. Das Panorama-Fenster im Wohnzimmer war zersprungen und stark verschmutzt, sodass man nicht nach draußen schauen konnte. Auch waren die Außenanlagen mit Pool und BBQ nicht gepflegt. Zwei Schlafzimmer liegen nicht im Haupthaus und man muss ins Freie, um das Haupthaus und die Toiletten zu erreich. WIR WUERDEN NICHT WIEDER BUCHEN.

Stunning Villa but In Need of a Little TLC

We looked at the review from the previous guests and were concerned by their comments and general poor review. We contacted Craig (the owner) who put our minds at rest regarding the quality of the villa and safety aspects. One part of the review mentions a crack in the large glass window in the lounge, Craig told us this was a small crack when in reality it is a very large crack. Eduardo the property manager assured us that this was safe and actually banged on the glass to confirm it, we accepted what he said but still remained concerned over our stay as we has our 2 year old granddaughter with us. The villa has been beautiful and is in an amazing spot but it needs some money spending on it to bring it back up to luxury status. The hand held part of most of the showers poured water everywhere and all of the shower cubicles leaked onto the floor every time they were used....not a major issue but it got a bit tiresome wiping the floors. The wifi signal was very strong early morning and very late evening but in the day it was down to 0.02 mbs. Please don't take this as a bad review it is still well worth visiting. The local town of Ericeira is lovely and the beaches in the surrounding area are all spotlessly clean and safe....the whole area is spectacularly beautiful.

Excellent 2nd visit :)

2nd visit to the villa & this time family trip. As always owner easy to deal with & his local contact could not do enough for us in making sure we settled in & got us a basic shop due to late arrival. Perfect villa for family groups or surfing groups of any level with sand beach breaks to reef breaks along the coast.

Badly maintained in fact it's dangerous there are electrical points in very poor condition

We booked this property on the pretence of a big family with kids from the outset which we explained!!The property I would imagine at one stage was superb but this is now not the case! Some electrical points are loose, exposed or just not covered! Huge window overlooking pool badly cracked! First floor air conditioning does not work,after complaining brought in mobile unit! helps, but with the amount of glass it's still stifling! Has a hoover outlet system that doesn't work! A regular occurrence for this property! Complained so brought a big old industrial Hoover with no handle, still at least that helped! Shutters kept going wrong! Again fixed temporarily only for the unit to fail again! So only half opened it there after! Tumble dryer not there! The external bedroom!! has no toilet so at night they have to unlock their door then unlock property back door then viseversa not ideal at three in the morning!! This was not explained! The studio downstairs apart from a lack of curtains and a unpleasant odour which we sorted by buying several air fresheners wasn't too bad, sorry forgot to say external bedroom took 3 air fresheners just to make bearable! Externally!! we asked for a minimum of 10 sunloungers which were promised we arrived on Thursday only 7 here remainder arrived on Monday eve with the 8 cushions after again asking! Gardener turned up on the sat morn to cut the overgrown grass,clean pool etc didn't see him again and we stayed for three weeks!! So as you can imagine garden areas quite unkempt! Pool not heated was told motor had been stolen!! But we should of checked really our fault on that one!! Decking round pool poorly done where lengths meet there's no noggins in places so unstable! Pool edge facing house at least 4 metal spikes protruding at least 150 mm ! Top garden external wall huge crack unsafe!! All patio areas covered in paint droppings, I could actually go on and on but you get my drift I think!! This place has wonderful views and I would imagine at one stage was excellent but they have let it deteriorate to such an extent, it is definitely not the same property that they show you on the pictures!! I would guesstimate they are between 5 and 7 years old!! We aimed to chill here with barbecues most days with the family but ended up going out most days as it really is unsafe for kids, a real disappointment in fact it feels liked we've been had !! Will take advice on this one when I return to England!

Stunning villa in a stunning location

I stayed at the villa for a surf trip with some friends and we were all so happy with the property. It was very clean/tidy and well equipped for what we needed. The villa is located in a stunning quiet area with breath taking views of the surrounding area. It took around 3-5 minutes to get to the closest beach break by car and we even walked it one day which wasn't too much of a challenge. The drive into the town isn't a back breaking distance either, this is a lovely town with many bars/restaurants and whatever else you need. For surfing, there are so many breaks within the area so you have many options for whatever level of surfer you are. A big thank you guys and I can't wait to return

Fantastic location and property

Fantastic week here with my husband and children. Easy to find from the airport, beautiful views at night over looking the town and also in the close distance the ocean can be seen in the day. Villa was equipped with high chair, cot and bath seat which is fantastic and saved me a lot of bending over and security knowing my one year old was safe in the bath. Beds were comfy and fresh linen and a well equipped kitchen. The local beaches are beautiful and Fozdolizandra beach was perfect for the children with a number of cafes serving great food from Sushi, wraps and pizzas. A local surf school on the beach which my eldest loved. The town is beautiful and some lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Tourist Information is very modern and really help full. Went to Lisbon for a couple of days and visited the aquarium a must for young families and also went to Cascias to the Farrol Design hotel which was amazing service and food with beautiful views of the ocean and the waves crashing. We had a great time as a family and look forward to coming back soon.

Amazing location for a surf trip to portugal

We stayed here as we wanted to be near ericiera and all the beaches and this is 3 mins drive from Sao juliao which is a really good beach break. The villa is in such a nice area, quiet and has the best view over the valley. I've stayed in a few villas over your years in Portugal and this by far is the best value for money. Modern villa which has a gated entrance which is good as we intend to bring the kids next time.

Great Villa for Perfect Holiday in Ericeira

We had a great time and the house was perfect! We felt like home and Eduardo was always there to help us for booking a restaurant for us or just to let us know the best places in town or anything!

Perfect holiday

The design of the villa is stunning, from the building down to the decor. It had everything that you would need for a memorable holiday. We had a great time in this villa; is fully equipped and made us feel like at home. The house and the garden are amazing. For hot days the swimming pool is a great place to be. The property was very clean and well maintained.I just can't praise it enough, we stayed a week and wished we had booked longer. I will have no reservations on recommending this villa to anyone who would like to see the beautiful Ericiera. We loved the place and we will definitely come back next year.

Stunning location with so much to offer for anyone wanting time out with friends or family or for those who wish to have a great space to entertain. The villa has everything to offer to fulfil everyones needs. The fact St Juliao beach is a 5 minute walk every morning is a great excuse to surf every morning before breakfast is served for any surf fans with families.
