VILLA MANAE - NUEVA EN EL MERCADO DE LA ALQUILER. Casa comprada en mayo de 2018 y completamente renovada y amueblada con buen gusto en octubre de 2018.
Casa de 2300 pies cuadrados (220m2) con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV con conexión a internet y acceso directo a la terraza y la piscina. Junto a él hay un baño equipado con ducha y 2 lavabos separados y vestidor.

Los dormitorios 2 y 3 están equipados con camas tamaño queen y el dormitorio 4 con dos camas individuales.
Dormitorio 2 tiene acceso directo al exterior.

Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisores de pantalla plana con acceso a internet (ROKU TV).
Un baño es accesible desde la zona de la piscina.

Esta casa también ofrece una cocina amplia y totalmente equipada que es fácilmente accesible desde todas las habitaciones.
Está totalmente equipado con nevera americana grande, estufa, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones perfectas.

La piscina dispone de calefacción solar compuesta por 9 paneles en el techo.

This house is lovely, we were so comfortable and really enjoyed relaxing in the massive pool, fishing on the dock and visiting nearby beaches. It’s within easy reach of shops and I must recommend a trip to Top Golf for some family fun (we have never played before). Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The house was very spacious. The lanai was our favorite part of the home. We enjoyed being able to role the tv outside. We did that a lot. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. However the pool is not heated and there is no solar panels as advertised. We were unable to use the pool during our stay in December. The location was very convenient and close to grocery stories and Planet Fitness is close. You can walk there in 10 minutes or less.

For the heat pool , I don't understand , because there's 9 heat panels solar on the roof , some new one, just install after Ian the hurricane ...you can see the panel solar from de dock boat , 4 on the roof and 5 on the flat roof on the lanai , or with google photo ...Maybe the sun wasn't there ? bye bye. pascal.

Outstanding place to stay

Loved staying there everything was new, pool was outstanding location was great close to everything. Will definitely stay there again next year if available. Host are great! Quick to reply to any questions you might have!

Beautiful property

This is an amazing property. Beautiful, clean, well equipped. My family and grandchildren vacationed here. Loved the covered seating area next to the pool. Was great for a break from the sun or during rain. There was everything you could possibly need. There was a second refrigerator in the laundry room which was perfect for a large family. Great host. Sven did our check in. Very pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

This home is perfect! Close to everything you could need. Well stocked! The pool is wonderful, they had fishing gear, pool toys, beach stuff and bikes! Everything you could need! Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked!

This home was just a delight. The pool was great! The home is spacious and well laid out. Our only disappointment was the $292 electric bill. We were told if we did not overuse, we’d probably owe nothing. We kept doors and windows closed, set air at 75-76, never lower. Yet we’re surprised with such a big bill. Overall, loved your home. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Excellent all round

This place was perfect. It's a clean, spacious, well equipped house in a great setting. The pool and outside seating made for a very relaxing week, watching the sunrise over the canal with a morning coffee was particularly memorable. The kitchen had everything you could need, and we appreciated the extra supplies (salt, pepper, oil, condiments). So often places have nothing which you then have to go out and buy. Also appreciated the extra touches like hand soap in all the bathrooms. Communication and check-in was seamless, we had a great stay.

Glad to have stayed here

Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager.

Relaxing Stay

House was perfect for our stay with 3 generations of adults ranging from 27 - 90. Perfect for relaxing with pool & dock on canal. Iguana was spotted on dock a few times during our stay. Interesting watching the water in canal rise from Hurricane Helene, covering dock, but house is on incline from canal, and yard stayed dry. Variety of stores just down the road from the house. Both Pascal & Sven were great with communication, and A/C repair was completed same day as issue was reported. Hope to stay again in future!

House great/Neighborhood okay

The house is perfect inside. Porch, pool lovely albeit unusable due to cold weather much of the time. Neighborhood not nearly as nice as the house. Neighbors on either side had junk on their driveways and/or yard including a plethora of Trump flags/signs in various stages of disrepair.

We had some cooler nights in SouthWest Florida. However we have added 5 more solar panels to the roof to make the solar even more efficient. In regards to the neighborhood, those political signs should be gone after the election,

Unresponsive condescending, intrusive property managers

Property and owner were great for post IAN corporate stay. Neighborhood is working class; fine for business travel. Property managers were unresponsive on the day of check-in and insisted on early AM in-person check-in and check out did not respect privacy and were not professional. Husband and wife team treated you like you were 'their' employee, not a guest. "Strip beds, do laundry, you are renting not owning my husband will be there at 9 AM". Would definitely rent again from this owner who was great but not unless he hires new property managers.

Great home and location!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Manae very much. The home is located in a great location, close to Del Prado Blvd with both Publix and Walmart basically at the end of the street as well as many restaurants nearby. The Italian restaurant Ariani Ristorante Italiano was very good. As the home is almost at the end of SE 16th Terrace you won’t be bothered by the traffic noise from busy Del Prado Blvd. The home is very spacious and the layout with the Master bedroom on one side and the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house suited us well as we were 2 couples staying. The kitchen is large and very well equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking our own meals and we used the gas BBQ a few times. There is a nice area outside the house with a dining table and sitting area where we spent the evenings enjoying the weather and listening to music that we streamed to the outdoor speakers. With four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we could easily have been two more couples staying in the home. The screened in pool with southern exposure was nice and there is a great place to sit by the canal as well as a large dock. I caught catfish, stingrays and even a crab right off the dock. A neighbour caught a nice crevalle jack one morning about 100 yards from the house. I used frozen shrimp and fished on the bottom but I was told that if you use live shrimp and stay off the bottom you can avoid the catfish and catch other species. When the other guests could get me away from fishing on the dock we went on short trips to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and to Naples Pier and Beach. We also went down to the Yacht Club in south Cape Coral and had a nice lunch at the restaurant there. The owners answered our questions promptly as did the management company. I highly recommend staying at Villa Manae and only regret that we had to go home and aren’t there right now.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem sehr schönen Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt einen tollen Pool und das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen für Einkäufe. Es gibt auch viele Restaurantd in der Nähe. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Cape Coral.
