Newly furnished third floor walk-up apartment with beautiful views of the mountains where Monticello and Carters Mountain reside. It is in an ideal location on the fringe of Belmont neighborhood -- minutes drive to bars and restaurants on the downtown mall (25 min walk) and downtown Belmont (15 minute walk) along with quick access to highway 64 just down the road. All basic amenities are included along with a parking pass and plenty of off-street parking. Great for weekend getaway or home base while in Cville. This top level 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch, can sleep 6 people and is perfect for a small family or friend group looking to explore all Charlottesville has to offer! Please note this apartment is on the top floor with no elevator access - 3 flights of stairs required to access.

**1 dog considered, please inform us whether you plan on bringing a dog as there is an additional $75 fee.

This place was clean and beautiful. If you are noise sensitive then this place isn’t for you! The road noise is so so loud and the walls are so thin. We could hear the neighbors conversation was clear and loud while we when are trying to sleep. Leaving not well rested. Otherwise good place.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful views that photos don't justify. It was clean and the kitchen electrics and stove well equipped. Itt is very close to the center of town with really world class cuisine. It is close to grocery stores and anything else you might need and quiet neighbors and safe parking.

Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The mountain view was beautiful. Apartment was well equipped with all the essentials. Parking was easily accessible. We couldn’t ask for a more central location for local attractions and wineries.

Winery trip

Great location and beautiful view. Came with a friend to visit wineries, but this was also super convenient to historic Charlottesville and campus with easy access to 64. Appreciated the covered parking. Not somewhere I’d recommend to anyone who has trouble with multiple flights of stairs. But a very clean and comfortable stay!

The description of the property didn’t state that it was a walk up/no elevator and from the parking it is 4 flights. Also; I had to wait 24 hours after I followed up again for the WiFi password.

Charlottesville family getaway

We were visiting family iver the Holiday and needed our own place. This apartment wss heaven. It was close to everything, had free parking, was in a great neighborhood with exceptional views, lots of space, very clean and modern and had all the essentials. We were five people and had beds for all with space to seoerate. Also two full bathrooms was a great plus. The trails behind the building were also a great treat. Know its in the third level with no elevator. That was fine for us thoygh. Would definately stay again and I am referring for other family who visit.

Football weekend with family

Pictures are accurate. Beautiful view from huge windows. This unit is on the top floor so be ready for some stairs. Great location, easy uber ride to mall and easy ride to UVA.

Cute Spot!

Had a really great stay here with my husband and our best friends for a wedding! The apartment was super comfy and was the perfect place to hang out. Really quick and cheap Ubers to basically anywhere we wanted to go! Definitely would recommend!

UVA Orientation

Great location and suitable for what we needed. Ie quick in and out of town and very little time to spend in room. The place is spacious for a quick turn trip and very comfortable. Stairs are as described. My mother in law is a healthy 78 and made the climb fine, but not good for someone not comfortable with several stairs.

3rd Floor Walk-Up Not Disclosed.

The apartment was ok. A little worn but functional. Didn't use kitchen but it looked well stocked. What made the stay undesirable was the 2 stair steps to get to the third floor (3 from the garage below the bluilding.). This fact was not disclosed in the listing. I only found out about it when I received the address, unit #, etc. a couple of days before our reservation. One of the guest had a hip replacement a couple of months ago and the 2 sets of stairs were problematic for her. If I had known it was a walk-up, I would not have rented the place.

Monticello Trip

Our family of five spent a few days in Charlottesville to see Shenandoah, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Monticello. Great location, clean, and a very modern vide. 100% would recommend!
