A great property in a great location. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The house is laid out very well for larger groups - we had 6 and were never in each others’ way. Pool area also well designed allowing for sun or shade depending on time of day. Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The layout was fantastic for our family. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Close to hiking trails. We would do the 5km loop to 32nd street then hike the Quartz Trail and back down 36nd street to the house. Great location! Thanks Dawn!

Beautiful home in great location with a trail right up the street. Great layout inside and out for three or four couples trip. Backyard pool and seating areas are perfect for the hang. Dawn is a great host, very responsive and has the place perfectly set up with everything you need. Thanks again!

Our stay was top notch!! We couldn't of asked for anything better. It felt like you were in your own resort. Dawn and Shawn were very warm and gracious hosts. I HIGHLY recommend this place and hope to have a family vacation there again soon!!!!!

Great location, Perfect Home for Family

We had a great stay. Contact with owner/manager was great. The location is close to lots of stuff in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale...easy to get wherever you're going. The home was clean. The owner provided everything you'd need for a family stay. We're likely to stay again.

We stayed here as part of a golf trip in Scottsdale. We were 4 adults. The property was excellent. Some words to describe it... High-End, Lots of room, Comfortable, Clean, Convenient location, Great pool.Communications with the host we very good. Our stay was great. No issues. No complaints. We would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic, fabulous, and heavenly relaxation!

The house is by far the best Vrbo we ever stayed bar none! The setup was perfect for my family of six and the pool area and the patio areas are amazing in the morning over coffee, evening times, or watching the sunrise! The location is central to everything in and around Scottsdale...We are looking forward to our next stay!

Relaxing Spring Break Stay

Beautiful, well-appointed property in an amazing location! We appreciated our time in the gorgeous yard & pool.The property was incredibly clean, had many comfortable seating areas throughout and very comfortable beds and linens. There were several "above and beyond" touches everywhere in the home that made our stay extra special. The location was perfection for our active family. A hiking trail is accessible a short walk from the property, many options for shopping, recreation and dining a short drive or Waymo away. Dawn was very responsive and accommodating from booking through our stay!Highly recommend!

Wonderful home and perfect location!! Close to Scottsdale and the Biltmore/Arcadia area where all the action is in the Phoenix area. Also, no nosey neighbors! Host was really great at staying in touch with us and we all had a great time! I would stay there again!

Desert Paradise

We rented Dawn’s place for my husband’s 40th birthday. Her home is absolutely stunning and she was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking and arrival process. Spacious rooms, an incredible yard with a pool, and unbelievable views of the mountains behind. We found that the house is roughly a 15 minute drive to whatever you would like to do in the area: including a round of golf, exploring Scottsdale or grabbing a nice dinner. If we find ourselves in Arizona again, we will not hesitate to rent Dawn’s place!

Christmas present

With adult children, we visited the desert. This house exceeded all our expectations - in an easy location and just as beautiful and well stocked as it looks. Dawn was wonderful to work with. If possible, we will return.

We are not new to VRBO this is our third home that we have marketed through VRBO and finally have our dream home in a prime location of Paradise Valley which is between Scottsdale & Phoenix. We have been retired for 9 years, love to travel and rent through VRBO always.
