The Condo was exactly as described! The location is amazing!! The communication with the host was excellent!!!! I would highly recommend renting this unit and we hope to again someday!! Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Beach house is lovely and has a great setup. We really enjoyed relaxing on the large ocean front deck to watch the sunrise and sunset. Literally steps from the beach. Nice pool and covered space for two cars. We appreciated the assortment of beach items (tent, rafts, etc). Host responsive and left a binder with info about local restaurants and activities which was helpful. We had a great week and will definitely return.

Our property is absolutely Beach Front. This is a Legal Real Estate ruling in accordance with Carteret County. We are only a couple hundred feet from the Atlantic Ocean. Thank God we have a beautiful dune to protect us in bad weather! There is a beautiful view of the beach from the Master Bedroom balcony and Boardwalk Overlook. Our Coach and Sofas are only a couple years old and the rest of the furniture is in very good shape! Our appliances are not new but are in perfectly good working order! Our Condo complex was completely refurbished over the past 2 years. We are Absolutely competitively priced, Especially for the 4th of July Week!.

Perfect Location

This is a wonderful location and beautiful area. The beach was amazing, an easy walk from the condo, and not crowded. The pool was shaded and a wonderful place to cool off at the end of a beach day.

Property was exactly as described. Sleeping was comfortable, and the location cannot be beat. Our host, Jeff, was responsive and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

As we walked into the place things were clean, in order, and the lay out fit my family. My wife was surprised that there were 3 floors so that definitely gave us a little room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great property and great location!

We absolutely loved this place! The location was great and because it was a smaller set of condos rather than a huge complex, the beach wasn’t crowded nor was the pool. The owner was super friendly and answered my questions quickly.

Great house for what you pay

We were very pleased with the house for the price we paid. The location was great as it was basically right on the beach and was not crowded AT ALL. That was the biggest plus for us. Would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.The property was spotless when we arrived and looked just like the photos. It's a multi-level townhouse with a great layout. The garage level includes a washer and dryer, then the main living room has comfortable, modern furniture and a good TV setup. Upstairs is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a small balcony where you can enjoy a view of the ocean. The upper floors include a spacious master bedroom, an additional guest room, and clean, well-maintained bathrooms, making it a great setup for families or groups.One thing worth mentioning is the ocean view. If you're looking for a place where you can sit inside and stare out at the water, this isn't quite that. You do need to step out onto the balcony and look to the side to see the ocean. That said, the beach access more than makes up for it. It's just a short walk out the door, down the boardwalk, and you're on the sand in a matter of minutes. The beach itself was pleasantly uncrowded during our stay, especially compared with the much busier stretch near the hotel about a mile away.The location is excellent. It's close to mini golf and go-karts for families, an easy drive to Emerald Isle in one direction and Morehead City in the other, so it's a great base for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the community pool, which was larger and deeper than we expected and turned out to be a fun place to relax and meet other guests.

Check in was easy. The place was very close to the beach and the pool was private and nice. The furniture and the appliances are very dated, the dryer is very loud but it got the job done. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price only because there are property near the same area that are fully renovated that are cheaper. I did have a nice stay overall.

We appreciate feedback and strive to keep our property in top shape for our Guests. Maintenance was performed on the Dryer while this Guest was there. Our Living Room and Sitting Room Furniture are less than two years old and in great shape, and our 80" Smart TV is less than a year old. Our entire Condominium Building was completely refurbished in the last 6 months! We assess all our furnishings annually and ensure any issues are addressed immediately. We market price and are absolutely in line with comparable rental properties (this is reviewed weekly). We want our Guests to return again and again. We respect those that choose not to but would compare our offering with any other Beachfront properties in the area.

Quick beach weekend away

We had a quick weekend to get away to the beach, sand, waves, & sun, and this condo had all we needed and was perfect for us! On the ocean side, quiet, plenty of space, and clean. Beautiful beach. Would come again! Thank you!

Very nice stay at the beach

The property was amazing. Was perfect for me an my crew. Everything was neat an clean. Very simple process. The owner was always available if needed. Nice pool area an only an extremely short walk to the beach. Will definitely book here again.
