Gran palacio encantador en el centro de Venecia

El apartamento está idealmente ubicado cerca del puente de Rialto. Esta ubicación muy central está cerca de muchas paradas de vaporretto (autobús acuático) y puedes caminar casi a cualquier lugar.

La superficie es bastante grande (3200 pies² / 300m²), todo en el mismo piso.
El apartamento se compone de:
 - una sala
 - una sala de estar
 - Un comedor
 - cuatro baños
 - Cinco habitaciones.
- La habitación del siglo XVIII, cama doble, vista al canal, baño privado..
- La habitación Empire, cama doble, vista al canal, baño privado.
 - La habitación china, cama doble, vista a la cancha, muy tranquila, baño privado.
 - La habitación azul (habitación mucho más pequeña), dos camas individuales, baño compartido con la habitación turca.
 - La habitación turca (habitación pequeña), una cama individual, baño compartido con la habitación azul.
 - Una cocina totalmente equipada.
 - una lavandería

El baño XVIIIème y Empire son nuevos a partir de febrero. 2014
El sistema de calentamiento de agua de todos los baños es nuevo a partir del verano de 2018.

Por cierto, no busque un televisor, ¡no tenemos uno y no queremos! Pero he establecido una red inalámbrica para mí y puede usarla tanto como desee.

Es importante saber que a nuestros vecinos superiores no les gusta el ruido. En particular a la hora de la tarde. Confío en usted para que permanezca callado y consciente de nuestros vecinos superiores.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment location very much. Loved the decor and the antiques. Very Venetian as we hoped. Our host was communicative at first. The listing said the apartment was available after noon and we planned accordingly. The manager let us know she couldn’t be there until 2:30 at approximately noon. She arrived at 3:00 and said that was the normal time the apartment was available due to time to clean. While this makes sense it was not communicated to us. Our 3 families of 9 were stuck waiting outside for an hour. It was most frustrating and inconvenient after long travels to get there. Aside from all that we enjoyed our stay.

Venice summer vacation

Review Title: Beautiful Apartment, but Summer Stay Was UncomfortableThe apartment is in a fantastic location and is truly beautiful. We were excited for our two-day stay in Venice and had high expectations.Unfortunately, our visit was overshadowed by a series of issues related to comfort and climate control. The AC unit was leaking and not functioning on arrival, and wasn’t fixed until the following day. The second portable AC unit did not work at all, and there was only one fan available for a spacious 300 sq meters apartment. Because of this, no one in our party was able to sleep during our 48-hour stay due to the heat. We arrived to find the windows open, and left them open in hopes of cooling the apartment, but this resulted in a significant mosquito problem. Despite efforts from our local contact, Guilla, who kindly brought plug-in mosquito repellents, the issue persisted and we were all badly bitten both nights.Venice is a wonderful city, and the location of this apartment is ideal, but I would not recommend staying here during the summer months unless improvements are made to the air conditioning and mosquito prevention. It was a disappointing experience for our family, and we hope future guests will have a more comfortable stay.

Amazing host and stay!

Our host was amazing, she helped us with water taxis/transport to our apartment. Gave us a list of great restaurants and places to eat/see. Just amazing communication and a cool apartment with a great view!.

Venetian Royalty

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a family or friends. We were 7 people and were very comfortable there. The view outside the family room and the master bedroom overlooking the canal is beautiful! The apartment is well furnished and the kitchen contained more than enough dishes, pot and pans, utensiles, etc. The apartment is big enough that those who wanted to go to sleep early could do so without being bothered by those who wanted to stay up late and visit. Guiilia was magnificent! She was easily reachable and extremely helpful. We definitely would stay here again and give it the highest recommendations!

Gorgeous views, great location

The property owner was very responsive. Guila was a great help getting up transportation to and from the airport, as well as meeting us when we arrived to walk us to the property. She also gave us tons of suggestions for restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable. There were amazing views from every window. The location was perfect, away from the crowds, but close enough to eat and shop right around the corner. The only downside is that we couldnt stay longer!

Amazing property! Right in the middle of everything and easy access from airport on water taxi. Incredibly unique property and property manager was so easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Our family of nine stayed here. The three main bedrooms are huge. The smaller two were less comfortable. The common areas were a good size. The kitchen was very well equipped. The negative here was the very loud squeaky floors. Impossible to be quiet for the baby that was with us. The place was easy to find. There are a lot of stairs but they are not steep and were well lit.

The real Venice experience

The apartment was really big. Everyone had good space. The location was excellent to see all the sites and eat the best food. Unfortunately, the host had an emergency and could not meet us at the apartment. We fumbled around with the building and apartment locks, but we finally got it! I have to recommend to the host that the mattresses all need to be replaced or add a high quality memory form mattress cover. This apartment is very eclectic style.

Un séjour transporté à l'époque de la Sérenissime.

Un beau palais avec de très grands espaces belle décoration et bon confort. Emplacement idéal. Accueil parfait. Attention 68 marches à gravir pour atteindre l'appartement. Seul petit bémol les chambres donnant sur les canaux sont bruyantes dès l'aube (trafic barges de livraisons, taxi, gondoles) mais c'est la vie Vénitienne avec tout son charme. Nous avons eu un petit problème d'eau chaude dans les salles de bain de deux chambres (manque de pression, temps d'attente très long, température tiède) Globalement nous avons passé chez Edouard un très agréable séjour

großzügiges Appartment im Herzen Venedigs

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotz einiger Treppen auch für ältere Reisende geeignet. Die Ausstattung an Handtüchern, Geschirr, Stühlen, allg. Platz ist großzügig bemessen, wir waren zu 9 Leuten und konnten bequem gemeinsam kochen und essen, aber uns auch mal aus dem Weg gehen, wenn gewünscht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch mit der Betreuerin der Wohnung Giulia war völlig unkompliziert. Bei Fragen (z.B. zur Heizung, die wir aufgrund kühler Temperaturen in Betrieb nehmen mussten) war sie jederzeit erreichbar. Knapp 5 min zu Fuß befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Bäckereien und natürlich der traumhafte Rialto-Markt, sodass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann. Rund um Rialto kann man sehr gut einkaufen, allerdings wird es hier zu "normalen Zeiten" sicher sehr touristisch sein. In Richtung Fondamente Nove (Cannaregio) findet man hingegen auch weniger touristische typisch venezianische Ecken mit vielen leckeren Osterien und Bars. Ein Vaporetto-Ticket erleichtert zwar die Erreichbarkeit einzelner Stadtviertel, aber letztlich sind auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleine Einschränkungen in der Wohnung gab es 1) bei Nutzung der Haustürschlüssel: 2 funktionieren ganz gut, 2 weitere nur mit viel Erfahrung und Zuspruch bei Erwachsenen --- auch andere Anwohner hatten da ihre Schwierigkeiten. 2) Spätnachmittags und am Abend war das Internet schnell ausgelastet: Wenn die Kinder einen Film streamten ging parallel dazu nicht mehr viel. Bei Vollbelegung musste man sich also entsprechend einigen! 3) Das noch nicht sanierte Bad bei den kleinen Einzelbettzimmern hat keine Steckdose und auch kein warmes Wasser --- zumindest gelang es uns nicht, welches zu ergattern. Bei allerdings 3 weiteren Bädern war ein Ausweichen kein Problem. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und auch weiter empfehlen. Probleme mit den Über- oder Untermietern (die uns als phasenweise schwierig angekündigt wurden) hatten wir trotz Übezeiten mit Cello, Klarinetten und Trompete überhaupt nicht, alle im Haus waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn mal der Haustürschlüssel nicht funktionieren wollte ;-)

Our Venice Vacation

Location: This property is located on two canals. The location was beautiful and picturesque. The neighborhood was convenient with shops, cafés and restaurants. The water taxi and bus stands were convient close the rialto bridge. Make sure your luggage has good wheels. A walk to St. Marks square was 10 minutes. Apartment: This apartment accommodated 3 couples and one single each with their own bedroom and bathroom. The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The unit was large and clean with fantastic view of the canals. You could even see the Grand Canal from the dining room. The kitchen was well equipped. We purchased coffee at a nearby store and made coffee in house. This unit lived up to the VRBO listing. Needless to say, we loved it and would rent this unit again. We would recommend it to anyone who would ask. (Please note that there are 67 stairs to this unit so be prepared). Anytime you rent a property sight unseen, there can be apprehension. We became comfortable when the owner would respond to all e-mails and just prior to our arrival we received e-mails about how to make contact when we arrived. When we arrived, our contact was there to meet us and lead us to the apartment. Note that you do need a guide as we could not find the front door of this unit on Google Maps. You can see the outside on Google from the canals. The unit does really exist.
