We booked both units for our 5 night stay. 8 adults and 6 children 5 of which were under 4.The both units (interconnected) were perfect.Location was great. Could not fault communication 10/10

Great VRBO

Our second trip to Venice and we thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO on the canal. The host was exceptionally accommodating and made water taxi reservations and dinner reservations for us. Bakery and coffee shop just around the corner. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family Stay in Venice

This was a great location for our family of 13 to stay! We loved having a balcony on the water which allowed us to use water taxi's. It is also a short walk to many things including the ferry station to Burano, Murano, etc. The home was clean and very nice. Communication with the host was perfect! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

We were only in Venice for 2 days - Enrico was PHENOMENAL! Incredibly kind, extremely helpful and very responsive. The place is beautiful, clean, exactly what we needed. The AC worked great. I HIGHLY recommend this VRBO. Cannot say enough good things about Enrico

Excellent time in Venice - our host arranged a private water taxi straight from the airport. Close to attractions yet got to see some Venice away from the tourist hub. Excellent time! Would definitively stay here again if we retournes to venice

Venice loft right on the water

This was the perfect space for our family travels to Venice. The loft was very clean and welcoming. Enrico was very good at responding to emails and super helpful with setting up transportation and providing access to the space. I highly recommend this booking!

The total package

A spectscular home walking distance from all points of interest including our tour pickups. Enrico was extremely helpful arranging transportation. The neighborhood has everything you would want: produce stand, several bakeries, and cafés. After a day in the mix of Venice, the location was a welcomed break.

Very very nice place!

We really enjoyed our arrival at the apartments by taxi boat, kindly organized by Enrico. The location was perfect. Everything in the Appartment was fonctional, clean and we really enjoyed the air conditioning during the night. Enrico was really responsive to our questions. Thanks for everything Enrico!

Quiet neighborhood in lovely Venice

Our group of ten were very comfortable in Enrico's beautiful apartments. Enrico was very helpful with everything from restaurant (and wine) recommendations to ordering water taxis. His apartments are very clean and modern with easy access via water taxi. It's a quiet neighborhood with gelato, food, and a supermarket nearby.

Fantastic Home Away From Home!!!

Our Family of 13 rented the 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment on a canal with spectacular views. It was exceptionally modern and clean, stocked with all essentials, and had 2 washing machines that we used. Our Host Enrico was kind and gracious, helping us book water taxis from the Marco Polo Airport, other transportation, and restaurants. He was simply fabulous!!! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Enrico!!!

Wonderful Family Trip to Venice

This property was the perfect spot for my family vacation. There were 13 of us total - ranging from age 11-75. It was a beautiful location on the canal - a little off the beaten path so the area was not overly crowded and there were a lot of nice local restaurants and markets nearby. The apartment had all the amenities you need and was very clean. Enrico, the host, was so helpful and very responsive if there was anything we needed. He set up our water taxi's to and from the airport/train station. I would definitely stay there next time I visit Venice.

Wonderful Apartment for a large group

Great location. Close to all attractions. Spacious enough for a large family. We were 7 adults and two children, never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space. Big bonus was the ability to sit outside on the dock and watch the boats go by. Also, it was really nice not to have to haul luggage around….we were able to take water taxis right to the apartment from the train station. Our host was quick to respond to our queries…he even made arrangements for transportation upon request. Enrico was a delight to deal with….great host. You can’t go wrong booking this apartment.

Three nights in beautiful Venice

There were 10 of us: 6 adults and 4 kids ages 10-13, so we had both apartments which connect to make one great place for a big group. This beautiful property was perfectly situated for our short stay. It is just as pictured, on a lovely canal. With Enrico’s help we arrived from the airport by water taxi. Walking from the apartment, we were about 12 minutes from the old city and the tourist area. It was lovely to be in a neighborhood, and eat in local places and meet local people. There were little farmers markets and cute shops along the way. It’s a short walk to grocery store. it was hot and humid as expected in late July, but great air conditioning made it a perfect place for us.

Wonderful property and host

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious and perfectly located apartment with truely the best host possible. Definitely a splurge but well worth it. Our host was wonderful !! He responded to all of my questions (and there were a multitude) within minutes. From the best leather shop to the best pizza place based on my then location. Wine and cheese shop recommendations as well. The apartment was off the beaten path but still convenient to restaurants, the grocery and all major sites. And on a canal! He arranged transportation from the train station and to the ferry, and accommodated our early arrival and stored our luggage for our late departure. Highly recommend and will definitely stay at his property again!

Watch Life Float by in Venice!

This was the unanimous choice among our group of 8 people as the best place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Italy. This clean, modern and spacious apartment was exactly as described. It was right on a main canal so water taxis, water ambulances, water police, private boaters etc. went by during the day. There was a high school across the canal providing an additional slice of everyday life. It was close to quite a few nice restaurants and about 1 mile from St. Mark's Square: close enough to walk to but far enough away to be well beyond the tourist snarl. Enrico and Pietro were very helpful and flexible, arranging water taxi pickup for us at the airport and water taxi drop off at the train station on our departure. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Venice with a large group!

A Slice of Venetian Life

Our family and friends (8 in total) spent two incredible days in Venice. The loft is set on a canal, Rio di San Guistina, which cuts through one side of Venice to the other. The moment you arrive you sense the vibrancy of the city. Life happens on the water in Venice…it’s a joy to sit on the dock with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and watch life unfold. Every imaginable water craft passes you by from the venerable water taxi (vaporetto), to water ambulances, hearses, police boats, kayaks and construction boats etc. We enjoyed the location as it was not in the center, but was an easy walk to restaurants, St. Marks Square, the Doges’s Palace, the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge. Enrico, our host, was incredibly helpful in scheduling water taxis for our pickup and departure and responded quickly to any of our questions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the unit is comprised of two smaller apartments, each with its own kitchen. The local supermarket, COOP Querini Castello is a short 5-8 minute walk from the apartment. A small piazza with a coffee shop and restaurant is also a few minutes walk from the apartment. We would happily stay here again on any future visit to Venice.

Perfect for family

We traveled as a group of 11 and had a great stay. This is one apt or if a big group two Apts that open into each other. You can take a private taxi directly from airport to the dock of apt. Nice area, very easy to navigate for walking and close to water taxi stop. Grocery store only a few minutes walk but we ate local the whole time.

Great location and excellent response from our host!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect, with plenty of room for our large group of 8 adults! And our host, Enrique was prompt and accommodating when we needed assistance. We do think the kitchens need to be a little better stocked with basics (glasses, silverware, plates) but also know the owner is aware and is still in the process of setting up the property.
