Lollipop, la perfecta casa de vacaciones Captiva. Céntrica para visitar este Captiva tres dormitorios tres y media de la piscina baños ofrece el escape perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes. Hay tantos grandes características a esta casa, techos altos, proyectado en el porche, cocina moderna actualizada, piscina y spa, piscina jaula de dos pisos y varias cubiertas. Un corto de tres minutos paseando por arena Laika Lane y que estará en las playas de renombre mundial de Captiva. La suite principal cuenta con una cómoda cama de matrimonio y una ducha grande en el baño principal. La primera gran sala de invitados cuenta con un amplio espacio de una cómoda cama de matrimonio y su propio cuarto de baño. La segunda habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio y su propio baño privado. Una cama de día fuera de la sala de estar con una cama nido es un espacio cómodo para sus huéspedes. Relajarse en la piscina, a pie de la playa, a pie de restaurantes y marinas. El lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones perfectas.

Lollipop stay

Love the colorful decor. Location is great. Expect our next stay will find more of the Captiva restaurants and shops have reopened.

Great location

The home was comfortable and in a great location. The only thing I would have liked is if the kitchen were stocked a little better. There were a lot of simple things they did not have that would have been handy (like a can opener, colander, Tupperware, basic spices, etc). All-in-all it was a beautiful property and I would recommend and/or stay there again myself.

GREAT location on beautiful Captiva, Nice house, management company is lacking

This is an awesome location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice spacious house with pool! Kingfisher was not the best. (1) We reached out that the hot tub wouldn't heat and it took 2 days for anything to be done about it. (2) after a storm, there was roughly 8 inches of water surrounding the house and we couldnt exit without waking through it, we thought was just stormwater but the fire dept which is just across the street informed us that we were walking through was because of a septic tank back up and we were walking through toilet waste. I reached out to Kingfisher about this and they didnt even respond

Nice House, Not Well Maintained

The Lollipop House is a nice house, however; it was not well maintained. The pool was dirty the whole time we occupied it. Upon arrival, the pool deck and patio furniture were covered in dirt. The pool still had green mold around the coping when we left. I had to fill the pool/ hot tub up with the hose so the waterfall actually worked. The entire house needed to be pressure washed and the landscape cut back. The front entry was filthy and because of the overgrown landscape, we were constantly attacked by mosquitos upon entry and exit. The grill was a rust bucket. The patio door was laying on the ground off its hinges. The back deck was covered in green slime. There were dead cockroaches in the house...and live ones throughout the week. The lights in the master bath were dim and needed to be replaced. The management company (Kingfisher) was attentive and replaced the grill, pressure washed the deck, sent the cleaners to the house again (the cleaners still didn't wipe the kitchen table). Then they replaced the lights in the master bath. But we shouldn't have to arrive at a property in this shape and ask for it to be corrected.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. It is spacious and well-equipped. It is centrally located on Captiva--close to several restaurants.

Perfect location and home

We enjoyed our week stay on Captiva Island. The home is in a great location, clean and larger than we expected. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We highly recommend this home!

Christmas in March

We have stayed on Captiva for years. Spring break 2021 was extremely busy for CI. The house was clean and up kept like most properties on the island. The only issue we had was the pool was cleaned & pool chemicals were added on Tuesday morning, and Tuesday afternoon after we swam, we realized it had bleached out our swimwear. House had basic items for a realtor rented house vs a home owner doing it themselves.

Everything was perfect

We had a blast at the lollipop house! Everything was perfect, super close to the beach, the pool was crystal clean, grill worked perfectly, the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and they had tons of pool toys/floats, beach toys and even a very nice stroller we utilized while there. The tv had a ton of channels and WiFi was provided. I’ll be honest I saw the review just before ours saying how dirty the home was, with bugs, and gross patio and pool. None of that was our experience. We never saw any bugs (which is unusual as we are from Florida, but our week long stay not one bug). The home home, pool and patio were clean. I highly recommend this rental. Oh and we walked to the Bubble Room several times and ate dinner, don’t miss out on such a fun experience!

The house was walking distance to all the main restaurants and bars as well the beach.

The property is well kept. However, the beds are due for an upgrade. The private pool is ideal for guests with families.

Captive Gem

Pictures didn't do this beautiful home justice.The location is perfect for leaving the car at the house. The pool and hot tub was a hit with our whole group. House is very roomy good for 8 people and has plenty towels,blankets and beach towels. Stop at the stores in Fort Myers for food and such before hitting the island I read this in a review and didn't listen it was good advice. I was sort of worried about the ride tide thing however Captiva beaches very clean unlike Sanibel's beaches.I would definitely book the Lollipop house again.

Loved the house, the pool, and location

We had a perfect visit and completely enjoyed Lollipop house. It was all we hoped for - three bedrooms, TVs is two of the rooms. Great kitchen. Plenty of space for us all. The pool and hot tub were great. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect location next to shops and restaurants. We could walk anywhere on the island. Walk to the beach was easy.

Recent stay at “The Lollipop 🍭 House”

We loved our stay here! My biggest concern going into this house (particularly for families with small children) was the pool. It was one of the very first things I checked out as soon as I arrived and it was perfect. I have a three year old and toddling 1 year old along with a 7 and 9 year old (both can swim). It is our smaller children we were most concerned with. There is a heavy sliding door (too heavy for children to open which is great) as well as a very loud chime you can switch on and off if the door is opened. Again, another great feature! Then, if you walk outside, there is another gate that goes in front of the stairs. The back part of the house is secured so getting into the pool area is very difficult for small children which is safe and recommended! I’m not sure if the bathrooms were all just remodeled but they seemed very new and were very nice. The only thing we couldn’t quite figure out was the hot tub. It never would get warm (which for us was ok since small children shouldn’t be in them anyway). We loved the house and the location! Beach walk is definitely a 7-10 minute walk but it’s a straight shot and not far at all. We would definitely return to this property! (Kingfisher very responsive and helpful)

Disappointing, dirty, worn, not like the pictures

When we arrived the house was not properly cleaned. Floors were unswept and not vacuumed, sand on the countertops, old food/drink stains on tables and counters, makeup stains on bathroom counter, hair in the bathrooms, old tooth floss picks on the floor. The outside of the house and pool area were in need of a power wash. There was green mold and dirt. The slider to the pool area from the house would not shut properly or lock, which is unsafe when we have a 2 yr old and an open pool. The house was not furnished like it was in the pictures (different bedroom furniture, different carpet even, so clearly these are very old pics). There is a red ant problem mainly in the upstairs bathroom but even found them in our bed. And the kicker was a couple of roaches in the master shower. That was on the third night and after back and forth emails to get things remedied for the first three days, nothing had been done yet. We spent the first day and a half of our vacation, cleaning the house. We decided to leave after the roach encounter. We found place on the island to stay, changing places mid vacation. The management company Kingfisher did the right thing in ensuring the days we didn’t stay were refunded. We requested a refund also for the difference between the cost of the equal value place that we found and what we had paid for this property. The owner chose not to do that, so we ended up spending more to move and have a clean, bug free place. While the location is good, and we appreciated Kingfisher (the management company working with us), we were disappointed in the property and the ultimate decision of the owner not to make it fully right. As such we would not recommend this property as is.

Comfortable house; excellent in-town location

We had an awesome stay at Lollipop. The house is well appointed and the property managers (Kingfisher) are very responsive and helpful if there are any issues. The screened in pool/hot tub off the kitchen was great for our kids and it was easy to keep an eye on them while preparing meals. House is less than a minute walk from some of historic captiva’s favorite dining spots but still offers excellent privacy. A golf cart was helpful to shuttle people and beach gear to and from the house, which is 1 block from the beach. We would happily stay here again and would recommend renting ant property through Kingfisher.
