El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, chimenea en la habitación y televisión, y un baño privado con ducha de pie y bañera grande. 2 dormitorios cuenta con una cama Queen con baño privado completo. El dormitorio 3 tiene una cama Queen y comparte un baño de Jack y Jill con el dormitorio 4 que tiene una cama Queen más una litera doble. Absolutely stunning views. The house is well-maintained, and in the best location imaginable. There is tons of privacy, but close enough to 550 hwy to access anything in the area. I could not recommend this house enough. Although it is pricey, it is worth every penny. Simply beautiful property.

Great house! The thing that really made it was the back deck with the amazing view. We sat out there every evening enjoying the nature & incredible views! Highly recommend :)

Amazing views!

This was a wonderful place for my family and I to stay for vacation on the 4th of July. There was plenty of room with plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking when we felt like staying in. However, the drive into Durango isn’t bad if you’d rather eat out. Overall, it’s very nice VRBO.

So beautiful

This property looks amazing in the photos but wait until you walk in the front door! We couldn't get enough of the lake view and stargazing from the patio. Plenty of room for a large family. We will definately stay again.

Relaxing Winter Stay..

No complaints. Listing is accurate. Read listing careful. The listing emphasizes "4x4 and or chains" driveway has a steep incline with ice and snow this time of year. Our 4x4s suited us well. House is beautiful, well maintained, awesome views. We had a great family vacation. Look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Epic Property with Lake & Mountain Views

The house & property were perfect for our visit to the Durango area. The views are spectacular any time of day from every room and the back deck was our coffee & cocktail spot for hours! The house felt like a home and has so much character. Super convenient location yet remote and very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again! Area hints: James Ranch burgers YUM, easy hikes at Haviland Lake or horse back rides, county road 250 through the river valley & of course the drive to Ouray & Ridgway (check out the Dennis Weaver Memorial Park in Ridgway) Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Great house for families

The house is spacious and comfortable. It’s close to skiing, which is a great plus. It is very very remote Far from stores, restaurants,etc. the road to the house is narrow,winding and dark. If it snows chains and a good 4 wheel drive needed. Very spacious for our family of 10. Beautiful lake and Mountain Views We had an issue with the water early in the morning, before office hours. I left a message and text and was contacted very quickly. Our interaction was so helpful and the situation was handled. Very impressed and appreciative.

Absolutely Stunning Location

Our family travels out west every summer and we pick new locations to explore and stay in VRBOs. This was easily one of the best places we have stayed! Just 20 miles north of Durango, we were close enough to grocery stores etc., but far enough to be a world away. Property was gorgeous, just like advertised. No complaints at all. Clean and roomy with everything we needed for a great stay. The house was great, but the deck was the focal point. Incredible views and cool, quiet breeze coming up off the lake. We wanted to stay longer. Close to some great hikes too! We had a fantastic time.

Our yearly trip to some interesting location with our family moves around from hot to cold climates and this year was the best due to the beautiful home with gran vistas of mountains, snow, lake, and seclusion. We were all extremely pleased with how well the property is maintained and cleaned, nothing is left untouched. All the amenities, and more, described with this property were readily available. The mountaintop views from this extremely beautiful home are beyond description. Our family would all love to return again in the fall to enjoy another peaceful and pleasant experience. Thank you to both the owners and property management for making this our best vacation rental yet.

The price is ok.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the check in process of having to use a manual key is not easy. Every time you leave you have to put it back in the lock box. If I’m paying this much for a place it needs to be updated technology wise to make it easier. Also we need more fans for during the day when it’s hotter. Other than that the place is great!

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our grown children and 4 grandchildren to this lovely house, and couldn't have been more pleased. The view was wonderful and the house worked very well for the 10 of us. The ride into Durango didn't seem as far as when we first arrived and we definitely felt the location was well worth it. We did horseback riding and a cave tour at the Rapp Corral, mountain biking at the Durango Resort, took a trip to Mesa Verde, and did the Alpine Loop in Silverton. So we found plenty to do within a convenient distance of this lovely home. Of course, you could easily just stay at the house and sit out on the deck and enjoy the view for a whole day. I would recommend some new pots and pans at the house. I realize people who rent aren't always careful with these items as I have found the same conditions in other locations. That is probably one of the hazards to be expected, but a periodic check and replacements would be good. I'd also supply more cooking utensils to use if buying non-stick pots. However, this would not stop me from highly recommending this property to anyone wanting to spend time in the mountains near Durango. We would definitely come back again.
