The Space:
This spacious, ground floor two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is centrally located on the beachside of West Bay Road. The primary bedroom has comfortable queen size bed and a small private toilet room with sink. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is also a full size sofa bed in the Living room for additional guests if needed. The apartment has a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances for cooking delicious meals and dining in. Enjoy the convenience of central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. Fresh linens and beach towels are provided for your comfort.

Guest Access:
Parking is free on site and also in the shared common parking lot next door. The property is accessible through a gate at the front of complex closest to the main road, and also from a gate at the side of complex nearest to the shared parking lot.
The beach access is a foot path off of the pool area at the rear of the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the sought-after Seven Mile Beach, this property provides immediate access to a wide array of dining options, catering to all tastes and preferences, from casual eateries to gourmet restaurants. You're also within easy reach of essential amenities, including supermarkets, vibrant bars, and a variety of shopping destinations. A short walk will bring you to Camana Bay Town Centre, a perfect spot for evening family entertainment, where you can dine al fresco, enjoy cocktails, or catch a movie. During the day, the splash fountains provide a fun way to cool off. For water sports enthusiasts, there are several rental shops nearby for snorkeling, diving, paddleboarding, and many more!

Getting Around:
To get around locally, conveniently hop on a local bus (minivan numbered 1 or 2) that will kindly stop for you when standing at the roadside. Most trips are just US$2 anywhere along West Bay Road. Taxis are easily available for more specific destinations. For longer excursions and independent exploration, renting a car is a great option. If booked on a tour, most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

**NOTICE: The swimming pool and deck will be closed for maintenance from Monday, August 4th until potentially Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Beach access will remain available for swimming.**

Please note that there has been significant beach erosion in the area recently with the passing of last season's hurricanes. However, the beach in front of the property is still accessible for lounging and swimming. Additional beachfront is just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
