Downtown BV - Main St Home - 315

'Downtown BV - Main Street - 315' está ubicado en el corazón de Buena Vista, CO. Construido en 2019, comparte un callejón rústico con las comodidades, restaurantes y música de Main Street. Una caminata de media milla hacia el este lo lleva al río Arkansas, donde puede caminar / andar en bicicleta a ambos lados. O bien, puede descansar en el anfiteatro 'Beach' y el parque de surf en South Main, y disfrutar de grandes eventos / reuniones que tiene South Main durante todo el año.

El espacio

Diseñado con acabados rústicos y modernos, el primer piso cuenta con una 'Gran Sala' de concepto abierto que incluye una sala de estar, cocina y comedor, junto con un tocador. La "Gran Sala" se presta a los artistas del mundo como un lugar para hablar, reír, beber y saborear.

El segundo piso tiene tres habitaciones (1 habitación King, 1 habitación Queen y 1 litera con 4 camas matrimoniales) junto con dos baños completos. Cada habitación está equipada con un ventilador de piso y / o ventilador de techo (a veces ambos) para flujo de aire y ruido blanco. Conscientemente utilizamos aislamiento insonorizado entre las paredes para darles a nuestros huéspedes la tranquilidad de un buen descanso nocturno.

Estacionamiento: amplio estacionamiento para todos los huéspedes en la calle en frente o en la entrada trasera del aliado.

Great House for a Mountain Getaway

Very nice updated home

Great having a backyard, unfortunate views were of the alley way, but very walkable to Main Street. Bunk room says “ two twin bunks AND 4 double beds” ..it’s actually two double bed bunks. All in all, nice stay, good vacation

WOW!!

This property accommodated a group of upper twenties friends in town for a wedding. It was well appointed with thoughtful touches. Very clean and clearly well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Perfect location in proximity to Main Street. We were a little nervous about whether the bunk room would be suitable to adults, and it exceeded our expectations! The host was also very communicative and responded right away to any of our questions.

We stayed here with another family for out of town wedding. Everything was just lovely! Super clean and lots of room. The backyard is adorable and communication with owners was superb. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LISTING!

Stylish and well appointed

This property was amazing. Only a block away from the main street in town, grabbing morning coffee was just steps away. The house was gorgeous and comfortable. The beds we soft and the sheets were high-end and very comfy. We came for a work trip and it was an amazing place to come home to at the end of a long day. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Great house for BV'ing

Excellent location for everything BV has to offer. Most places are within a short walk. The house is on the new side and very well appointed. We enjoyed the back deck every day. Be sure to go to the bakery located in a tiny house that shares the alley just a couple of doors down. It's only open Friday and Saturday from 7-1 or thereabouts and has unique, excellent pastries and burritos. One thing to note: the house is located across the street from a tire service garage. The first morning we woke to the high-pitched "zippp!" sound of the pneumatic nut-loosening wrench, which we heard most weekdays during our 25-day stay. Note that this was during the summer and the shop doors were kept open, so it probably wouldn't be noticeable when it's colder and the house windows and garage door are closed. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond and is up there with the best hosts I've ever had.

Amazing BV getaway

You couldn't ask for a better place to call home base when you visit Buena Vista. The property is in a great location - within walking distance of everything you will want to do/see in BV. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed (and more) throughout the course of our stay and Dan was very accommodating and responsive. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Best VRBO yet

My husband and I frequently stay in VRBOs and I honestly think this was my favorite property yet. The home looks brand new - modern layout and appointments, lovely decor, lots of light and a well stocked kitchen. The work spaces in the kitchen were ideal if you get stuck having to check in with the office. The very private back yard is a great place to hang out with a nice patio set up. And the master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms upstairs so you have a bit of privacy if you have kids, or rent with another couple. It's also only a few blocks from some really great restaurants. The owners were very nice and the home is very clean. Note to High Lonesome 100 or Collegiate Peak runners - this is the ideal place for you and your crews to stay for the races. I look forward to coming back!

Excellent all around!

This is an amazing property, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. The home is spacious, equipped with anything/everything you can think of, decorated so beautifully, and very comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating and privacy of the backyard. The location is perfect, in the middle of all BV has to offer. The host was extremely responsive as we had questions.
