Welcome to your mountain retreat, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. The first floor features an inviting open-concept design, complete with a cozy living room, kitchen, and dining area—perfect for gathering with friends and family to talk, laugh, drink, and enjoy delicious meals. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and plenty of closet space, alongside a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs, the second-floor bungalow offers two additional bedrooms—a King Room with air conditioning and another bedroom with both a full and twin bed. These rooms share a convenient quarter-bath and come equipped with floor fans for refreshing airflow and soothing white noise, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Situated on a generous quarter-acre lot in Downtown Buena Vista, this home offers ample outdoor space for playing lawn games like bags or bocce ball, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air with friends. Afterward, take a scenic half-mile stroll east to the Arkansas River, where you can explore hiking and biking trails, or visit the 'Lawn' amphitheater and Surf Park at the Surf Hotel for even more fun in South Main.

Parking? No problem! With plenty of space in the driveway, you can bring RVs, adventure toys, and more without worrying about space.

There is no dishwasher, so we ask guests to hand-wash dishes and place them in the drying rack before departure.

Beautifully Renovated Home

My husband and our 3 boys loved this home! Perfect space for all 5 of us, great location to town and food. Excellent layout of house rules and great accomodations. Would definitely recommend this cozy home!

Lovely Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described and in fact much cuter and more roomy than even the pictures. The location was also fantastic. This property is on our list now for future adventures based out of Buena Vista.

Comfy Quarters in BV

The four of us were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in BV. Our son and daughter in-law have a home two blocks from this address, so we were well located for visits to our new granddaughter and two year-old grandson. We thank you for your thoughtful preparation of the house and for your kind communication!

Nice inside

Outside is just OK but the inside is really nice. I didn't go up to the 2nd floor because the steps don't have a railing. My daughter said the 2nd floor was nice. Plenty of towels. Plenty of hot water.

Great stay in BV

This was the perfect house for our friend group! The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to town- 5 minute walk. It's 10 minutes from Cottonwood Hot Springs. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the living room was spacious and comfy. The only small issue was that there were ants in the downstairs bathroom.

Enjoyed our time visiting Buenavista Vista. We were 5 staying in Charming BV. The 2 chairs were not very comfortable so I would suggest another small Couch instead of chairs. Well stocked Kitchen and lots of shampoos and conditioners etc in Bathrooms.

Good Memories Made Here

We really enjoyed being a few blocks from Main Street BV. This home is charming indeed and was comfortable for our group of 5. Especially enjoyed the picture window views of the Collegiate range. AC in two bedrooms helped as weather was warmer than we anticipated. The outdoor pictures in description are accurate. The neighborhood is not picturesque, and there is a lumberyard across the street. However it was quiet and this didn’t detract from our stay. Location in proximity to downtown as well as being able to walk a few blocks to the grocery store/thrift store/Family Dollar really was a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The one time we had an issue (with Netflix) and contacted the property manager we received a quick and helpful response. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet stay

I needed a quiet place to recharge and this was the perfect place. The house is in a great location with pretty views of Mt. Princeton. It's within walking distance of downtown BV, a grocery store, and several restaurants. There is easy access to the main roads and it's a pretty central location. The house is cozy and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the dining room set up has a lovely front row view to Mt. Princeton. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and it was comfortable and quiet. There are two other rooms upstairs that would be nice if you are there with a larger group. The living room has a comfy couch and TV set up. I was able to use my Netflix and Youtube accounts easily. Everything was explained well in the welcome book and the hosts answered all of my questions before the stay. I will definitely book this place again for future trips either solo or with family. Thank you so much for letting me stay!

wonderful experience!

The property was welcoming, clean, and ideally located for our trip. We were just a couple blocks away from shopping and local restaurants so walking to check out the pubs wasn't a problem. The home was clean and comfortable for our extended family and had lots of room to play outside. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Buena Vista! Hosts were also really responsive when we had questions before our stay and when we discovered a personal item had been left behind.
