Host were amazing to work with. they were very responsive and helpful in every way. The unit was very nice and comfortable. My favorite part was the shower - great hot water and pressure.

Loved the area, it was very comfortable, just as advertised! Please read the description because they do talk about what your experience could be like! Only thing that bothered me was the mattress was a bit too stiff for me but other than that I loved it!

*HONEST REVIEW*

PROS: Location, felt safe, on street parking next to the location, very clean, nice one bedroom/bathroom w/kitchen and living room, all amenities including a washer/dryer, owners were easy to get ahold of if they were needed, retail, restaurants, movie theatre just a few miles away, owners allowed us to check in a few hours early which was very much appreciated. CONS: No control of the thermostat (owners control the thermostat next door), bathroom light was on a motion sensor and every time we showered it would shut off on us in the middle of our showers, owners dog(s) bark early in the morning and throughout the day if you are at the VRBO, owners child(ren) seemed young and you could hear them running around right above the bedroom when the owners were home, we had late nights out during our stay for the Metallica concert (2 day passes) and wanted to sleep in but couldn’t with the early morning noise from the dog and child(ren). OVERALL: VRBO is very clean, nice location, a lot of amenities. If you are an early riser then this would be great for you. If you want to sleep in it may hard to do. The thermostat wasn’t really an issue for us, but if you want to change the temperature you have to contact the owners. The bathroom light is awkward when you shower, but if you are by the sink it never shut off. We would stay here again if we wanted to wake early. Just thought an honest review would be appreciated by both potential VRBO renters and the owners.

Perfect One Person Stay

Exactly what I needed for my stay. In walking distance to DSG park, only a short drive to the airport, and a perfect accommodation for one person. Listing was accurate with the sound.

Quiet Central Park Stay

Cozy room perfect for business traveler. More comfy than a hotel, easy check in and out. Bonus points for the refrigerator with water and ice built in!

Refreshing stay

Quick and easy … only one night stay - this was refreshing experience after traveling 8 hrs in vehicle. Headed to Estes park the next day.

DONT STAY HERE !!! The host was very hard to communicate with and very rude! They know they are false advertising! The moment I checked in I noticed a locked door that connected to the other side of the house. They claim the apartment is attached but it is not they are living there with you behind a locked door inside your apartment. Only locked on their side they can enter at any moment ! Not safe for young women ! Then the walls are so thin be ready to hear random men a woman kids and dogs all throughout the day ! Don’t be too quiet because you will hear everything the hosts are talking about to the point you are will not want to stay there. And more to proved it’s a shared house you need permission to changed the thermostat because the “apartment” doesn’t have one it’s on the side of the house you can’t access. If it was real apartment it wouldn’t have a door connecting to other side of house you can’t access with the family living there and would have it’s own thermostat. I booked for a week and checked in first night and was begging for refund for the nights I’m not going to stay. The host refused to said it’s my fault I booked it and nobody made me do it very immature way to respond to people paying your mortgage that you can’t afford because you feel the need to scam!!! I REPEAT DON’T STAY HERE

Disappointed! - Nice Location, but Not Clean (and is Noisy)

Nice neighborhood, close to freeways with easy access, shopping, etc. WiFi and shower water pressure great. Looked nice inside when we first entered, but we quickly noticed it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Bed, although comfortable, was messy and appeared recently slept in. Linens had not been washed, so we had to wash them. There was a fitted sheet, but no separate cover over the mattress. Bodily fluid stains visible on mattress. Two of the four bed pillows were old and brown (soiled) and should be thrown out. A sticky substance was on the kitchen floor (spill?) Drawer above that area had a sticky spill that looked old and crusty. We had to clean both areas. Refrigerator interior had not been cleaned (crumbs, etc.) Exterior door/handle not clean. Microwave not clean. Keurig coffee machine dirty, with coffee stains splashed on the exterior – we didn’t use it. Clothes washer did not look new (as claimed in property description.) We chose not to use it (except for the bed linens.) Area inside the washer door and opening was dirty (hair, dust, etc., built up over time.) The soap dispenser was caked and plugged with detergent residue. Lint screen dirty. Ball of hair on laundry room floor. The air vents/exhaust fan covers filthy (build up over long period.) Dog barked a lot. Child crying. Owners were constantly slamming a door, which shook the whole house. Owner claimed rental had been cleaned. We will send them photos to support our honest and objective review.

Cute Suburban Condo

My husband and I came to Denver to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. This condo is settled in a beatiful, quiet neighborhood outside of the city, but close enough driving distance for downtown venues and Red Rocks. Also only an hour and a half from Rocky Mtn NP. House was clean, decorated cute and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Host also had great communication and allowed us to check in a little early while we killed te after our flight came in, which we appreciated.

Read Your Listing!

While it is a nice up-to-date condo apt., for us, it was not conducive to a relaxing or stress-free stay. You soon realize it comes with unusual circumstance. Noise. Full on family noise. Dogs literally barking at your door and a lot of shushing. It's as if you are within the host families daily living space, only separated by a door and a common wall. The night proved no different. At 3am, a car alarm went off with the dogs barking, and again at 6am. Lol! This was probably an unusual circumstance, but we were done. We confronted the host with our complaint. And in fairness, she informed us that it is noted in their listing, "that you will likely hear us or our dogs on the other side of the wall at times". She was right, I had failed to see that and with fairness, even if I had read this, those words would not have prepared me for the reality of the noise level, at the times that we experienced it. We booked three nights and stayed one. We appreciated and thanked our host, who listened, showed understanding and kindly refunded our remaining two nights. Given the positive 9.4/10 ratings, were clearly the minority.

Fantastic Stay

We were in town for a family funeral, and this was our first time using a rental. From the beginning, the communication with the host was great. Upon arrival, we were provided the code to the unit and had contactless check in. The unit itself is attached to the main house. It’s a “mother in law” suite to the main house. It’s is extremely comfortable and the host provided everything you might need. The kitchen area is a kitchenette with no stove, but full size fridge and microwave. The bedroom and bathroom were also very nice and spacious. There is a washer/dryer combo and detergent provided. The location is in a newer neighborhood close to highways, stores and restaurants. The parking is street parking right in front of the unit. The location/neighborhood has several walking trails and parks. It is approximately 20 mins from downtown Denver without traffic. We very much enjoyed our stay and our first rental in Denver. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

The rental was perfect! Highly recommend. Newer construction with all of the necessary amenities. Owner was super responsive. Perfect area for shopping, food, walks, etc. If I was forced to give constructive feedback it would be to upgrade the bed. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just could be better + more towels & wash clothes.

Very nice property but no stove

We had a great stay at this property. Great location with walking trails and parks galore! Beautiful views of the majestic Rocky Mountains as well. My only wish is that I would have read the property description more thoroughly before booking. I didn't realize that the unit did not have a stove for cooking until we arrived (there is a microwave). We stayed 16 days and had to eat most of our meals at restaurants which got expensive. This is not the fault of the property; I just didn't do my homework.

Just not right for our needs.

We picked this property for its proximity to some music shows we attend every year in Denver. The apartment was clean and the host kindly let us checking in a few hours early. The kitchen was inadequate for our needs. The owner did provide a Keurig machine and pods. There was a toaster oven that didn't heat anything and we were concerned that it might set off the fire alarm. One cheap knife. Two cracked tumblers. No way to scramble an egg or access to a BBQ. Plan on eating out or Uber eats. The first 2 mornings were were awakened to a mechanical dirt packer and landscaping outside our window accompanied by techno music on a boom box when the owners left for a few hours. The third morning was a leaf blower. The owners also have a large dog that barks. I'm sure that this property would be wonderful for someone traveling for work in the area or looking to be out all day. But it was the wrong choice for looking for quiet between show.
