I’m really happy to hear the guest enjoyed their stay, and we truly appreciate the feedback. To clarify the note about the hot tub not heating: the heater was, and still is, working properly. As we explained to the guest, there was a temporary issue with the automatic activation, which required a quick manual adjustment at the heater. This has since been resolved, and the system is now running fully automatically again. The washing machine is also functioning as it should, and we weren’t informed of any other minor concerns during the stay. We always appreciate being notified right away so we can resolve anything as quickly as possible. We’re sorry to hear these small issues left the guest unsure about returning. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and we always encourage guests to choose accommodations that best match their preferences. Sorry Kimberly felt this way. It is true, that the heater did not work, but there is still solar heating. The Pool was 88 degrees. We got the pool heater repaired after Kimberly and her family left, we did not know that before. The drip edge from the spa was broken from the previous guests and also got repaired. This is nothing what prevents the water from overflowing. The battery in the remote was replaced right away. There where 2 tiny spots on the sheets, which the cleaning lady did obviously not see. I reminded her to look closer. Also the food under the chaise lounge was very hard to see, but of course that should not happen. I apologize again and hope that she and her family still enjoyed the weekend. We take care of repairs always right away, as soon as we know and our cleaning crew does a very good job.
