Here at Bella’s Paradise, you can enjoy the large lanai and heated pool all day and all night. You can also fish out of or just enjoy the view of the beautiful canal. If you wish you can bring your furry friends along with you, Bella’s Paradise is in fact pet friendly.

This home is in a nice and especially friendly neighborhood. You are very close to grocery stores and good restaurants, so there is no need to travel far to eat some good food. Everything is a 5-10 drive.
If you are looking for more fun the Sun Splash Family Waterpark is 15 minutes away, Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach -14 minutes, Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Beach -30 minutes.

Recently remodeled house is fully furnished in a lovely costal style. We worked very hard to make it look very nice for our guests. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.


The space:

The kitchen has all the appliances and cooking tools you might need so it is fully stocked if you would like to cook anything. Outside there is also a gas grill which you may use to prepare your meals.

We provide free Wi-Fi which you are given when you arrive at the house, sling tv is also available to your use.

If you choose to go to any beach during your stay, we provide all of the things that you might need including a beach wagon, beach tent, 4 chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels and boogie board.

We also offer 3 electric bikes and 1 electric scooter for you to use. You can take them around the neighborhood or even to a store if you wish. Just make sure to lock them up using the bike lock if you are going to be leaving them unattended anywhere but home. Also make sure to keep in mind they do need to be charged and all the charges are in the garage after use.

We would like to invite you to explore miles of freshwater canals using our kayaks.

Fenced area for pets in the backyard and a doggie door leading from the pool cage to the fenced area so you don't need to get up and let your dog out every time.

Bedroom information:

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, king sized bed with tv and private bathroom that has a door from the pool area, so you don't need to walk through the entire house soaking wet.
Bedroom 2: King-sized bed with storage and a good-sized closet.
Bedroom 3: Two twin-sized beds also with storage and a good-sized closet.

For the safety of our guests this property has outdoor surveillance, no indoor. All guests who book this property must be aware of this.

Pool heater costs about 5$/day. If you need to turn on the pool heater please let us know so we can provide you with the code for locker and instructions.
