Excelente ubicación y lujo !!!! Disfrute de espectaculares puestas de sol y de increíbles vistas al agua del Golfo de México en este exclusivo condominio de lujo frente al mar directo. Esta unidad final tiene increíbles vistas sin obstáculos del golfo ---- vistas directas desde la sala de estar y las dos habitaciones. Nuestro condominio cuenta con una terraza con mosquitero frontal de golfo con puertas correderas desde el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. El segundo dormitorio tiene su propio lanai proyectado frente al golfo con puertas correderas.

Este condominio ha sido renovado con una cocina de vanguardia: electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Los baños cuentan con duchas de gran tamaño y azulejos personalizados. Un sofá cama en el estudio tiene capacidad para invitados adicionales. Televisores LCD de pantalla plana se encuentran en la sala de estar y en los dos dormitorios. Internet de alta velocidad, aire acondicionado, acceso para discapacitados. En la unidad de lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia.

Ubicado en un complejo de condominios bien mantenido, las comodidades incluyen una hermosa playa privada, piscina climatizada, cancha de tenis, estacionamiento asignado y casa club. Even better in person!

From the pictures and the write-up, I felt confident this was the place for us to enjoy a month-long retreat. Trust me, it is even more spectacular in person! The accommodations were perfect so that you can enjoy the amazing Gulf view from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. The split-plan bedrooms allowed for privacy for our guests, and the second bedroom has its own balcony. We found ourselves on the main balcony most nights toasting the sunset (it is screened so no worry of bugs). Tania was an incredible host. I recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful condo

I stayed in this beautiful condo the month of July and had a great time. Everything was clean and I did not have to purchase any supplies. Staying on the beach was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

A little slice of paradise

The hardest part of vacationing here is that you won't want to leave. You are literally steps away from the ocean and the soothing sounds of the surf. You can also enjoy the view from the balcony while relaxing on a lounge chair. My husband made it his afternoon reading and cat nap spot. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities so you can feel right at home. Nice open floor plan in kitchen/living room area. Spacious master bedroom. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The grounds of the property were also well kept. We did sneak in a dip in the pool and a walk along the bayside dock looking for sea life. The property is also conveniently located close to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and tourist attractions. While we did our fair share of beaching, we also got out to the Mote Marine Lab, Selby Gardens and Ringling Museum. No shortage of things to do close by. This is truly a great place to unwind. Can't wait to come back!!

Look no further!

Beach front view, clean comfortable amenities, parking spot, and a tennis court, Protobello exceeded all of our expectations. The beach front porch is my new favorite reading spot, with the ocean breeze. White sand beach steps away from the condo makes for an amazing and relaxing stay. All accommodations were taken care of, the beds were very comfortable, and house spotless. Located right on the beach and close to the shops this condo offers the best of both worlds. If it's luxury and comfort you're looking for, look no further. Highly recommend to vacationers of all ages.

Portobello by the Gulf

Excellent location, unit was beautiful, clean and wonderfully furnished. Assigned parking space a real plus as is the in unit washer and dryer. Longboat Key offers many great places to eat with various price points available. Would recommend Portobello, and this unit for renters seeking a relaxing vacation.

Great in Many Ways

We have stayed on LBK for 40 years and this was the best stay ever. The proximity to the Gulf and the constant sound of waves was the best and the updated bathrooms and kitchen were great additions. The Master bed and linens were excellent. The listing description is accurate, the property is clean and excellently maintained. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and the owner provided excellent service.

How lucky we were

Two years ago, my wife and I found that magnificent condo on the "Home Away" website. Since that moment we stayed there twice (5 weeks each year) and as long as our health condition will allow us to do so we intend to return each year for a similar stay. Moreover as soon as a second 5 weeks period will become available in the spring we would love to rent it. We are in total agreement with the description given by the owners of their property as well as with all the appropriate comments written by the four previous reviewers. May we just add that ``Shopping lovers`` will enjoy a day at the Ellenton Premium Factory outlets!! The floor plan of the condo is very good: -the two bedrooms are located at the opposite ends of the condo. It is then possible to watch TV in a bedroom at night without disturbing the occupants of the other one. -each bedroom has his private balcony overlooking the beach and the sea. Finally do not forget that a trolley stops in front of the condo each twenty minutes. For seniors the cost of a ride is $0.35. For that price you will be transported north to Anna Maria Island or south to Sarasota. The trolley stops at every point of interest on the route to let you disembark and pick up other customers. You will never regret your stay in this beautiful condo.

Gulf Front Luxury

What a great place, we loved it and worth every penny! For us there was nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves; nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico. The place is spotless and everything is new, from the furniture to the TV’s. We’ve been staying on Longboat for years and have never had such a high end place. Fantastic location. Every day we’d take long walks on the beach and then zip into St. Armand’s Circle for dinner. Constant variety, but always tasty. We’d love to stay again if it were only available!

Incredible view!!

This place had a wonderful view, walk right out to the beach. I would definitely recommend to anyone!! Beautiful sand, nice breezes, blue water. Just swam, read books, walked and relaxed. The condo is well decorated and maintained extremely well, has to be new. Nice amenities such as tennis, pool and access to the bay side for fishing. Kids had a blast catching catfish. Good restaurants close by, gotta try Crab and Fin and Tommy Bahamas for fine dining, Rod n' Reel if you want to get the local flavor. Great place, we'll be back........

Wonderful in every way!

We can't say enough wonderful things about our vacation in this gorgeous condo overlooking the ocean on Longboat Key. Beautifully renovated, elegantly decorated, and immaculately clean! We relaxed and got into 'vacation mode' the moment we arrived. We especially loved the private balcony with front row seats to spectacular sunsets every night! The building was also very well maintained and had a nice pool for the kids, plus fishing off a private dock on the bay side. It was also very close to everything (Publix, restaurants, golf, the Mote Aquarium, etc) yet also very quiet and serene. The owners were great too - recommending restaurants in nearby St. Armands (we loved Columbia and Tommy Bahamas), providing beach chairs and sand toys for the kids, and making us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Longboat Key for a relaxing low key, yet luxurious, Florida vacation, and could not think of a better place to stay! We'll definitely be back!!!
