Recientemente renovado con el interior de la Costa preciosa que puede alojar cómodamente hasta 6 personas, con sofá-cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Relajarse, descansar, pescar, tomar un baño en la piscina, caminar por la playa o simplemente relajarse con su bebida favorita. Cerca de todo ... Las tiendas y restaurantes están al otro lado de la calle o un corto de 5 minutos en coche de San Armands., Owntown vibrante centro de Sarasota está a sólo 15 minutos de distancia y Anna Maria unos 20 minutos más o menos. Disfrutar de la cocina, ver las aves marinas y escuchar las olas mientras se prepara una comida suntuosa. abundancia de privacidad ... el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, baño personal y walk-in closet. The place is gorgeous and exactly as described. The beach is literally right out the door and the views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom can’t be beat! The condo is well stocked and has everything you’d need, beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of towels and a washer and dryer. It’s time to replace the mattress and the sofa. The layout of the condo is also really great and it’s quite spacious! We’ll definitely stay again!

One suggestion: install ceiling fan in Master bedroom. Excellent location. Well furnished. Very well maintained.

Literally steps to the beach!

Step out the door and you are on the white sandy beach. Quiet location! The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Close to restaurants, grocery, and liquor stores. Ver nice location. The beach has a lot of wildlife to enjoy and shells.

Loved it!

I come to visit family every year and this condo is by far my favorite. You can't beat walking out your door and being right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets, lots of wildlife, (dolphins, manatees, marsh rabbits, herons and egrets). The listing and pictures are accurate, (lounges and patio chairs) but be aware there are no sand chairs, beach toys, water floats, etc. One other suggestion is to have insect repellent, those Florida no see ums can be ruthless.

Beautiful!

I’m 30 years old, and probably visited 22 of those years. This is the MOST beautiful place ever stayed at. Convenient with two kids because it’s beach level. Sunsets and sunrises beautiful. Already planning next trip at this spot!

Great getaway location

The rental staff was very personable and ensured that our stay exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the ease of access to the beach and wildlife. The location was well supplied with what our family would need during our stay and the proximity to food and entertainment was excellent too.

Another wonderful holiday with family at LBK!

Ours was a return for my family and we simply love this property. The condo being on the ground floor where you walk out the back door and find yourself in the sand is my favorite aspect. It's perfect for taking a morning walk, enjoying the beach all day long and then, each evening just stepping out onto the beach to take in the gorgeous sunsets without ever putting on your shoes! There's a Publix (the best grocery store) across the street, the neighboring condo shares its swimming pool and toys for the kiddos, and nearby restaurants and ice cream shops are wonderful. This property on Longboat Key is the quiet, relaxing, gulf beach location that I crave all year. With the big windows we get the perfect beach view, we even love watching rain storms. Oh, and the wildlife! Turtles were nesting and the scientific volunteers that keep data on the activities are a wealth of knowledge and we find it all fascinating. Manatees, porpoises, and little fish and crabs always make us smile. And the native egrets and coastal herons were a delight to watch in the landscape [hopefully people know not to feed them as they are wild animals and should be left alone so they will remain healthy and not become problematic]. And finally, the customer care given by Diann's host service, Gulf Coast Rental Homes & Condos, was positively excellent. This year, upon arrival we had a snafu, but it was handled with professionalism and we were able to get on with our holiday. Diann followed up with a very considerate note with generous well wishes and that level of customer service made my day. Many thanks to Ralph & Joy for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful spot on LBK and a sincere thank you to Diann and the entire group of professionals for the fantastic customer care. We'll be back just as soon as we can! Until next time... Cheers!

This is the jackpot!

We had a terrific time while staying at this condo. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area but we only left a few times for grocery shopping and occasional dinners out. The space inside and outside the property was wonderful for the kids to play and everyone to spread out and lounge. Mom & Dad loved walking on the sidewalks and beaches and the kids made fast friends with the kids staying next door (also vacationing for the week). The pool next door was nice because the noise and traffic that a pool attracts was at a distance. For us, walking out to the beach could not have been better, it beats climbing stairs or musty elevators any day. Every night we'd all simply walk out for the sunset and watch until dark. And nature was spectacular, we watched a magnificent storm, we saw dolphins playing, and even saw baby turtles making their run to the water. There was a consensus, "we want to go again next summer!!"

NO LANAI OR POOL. OLD MUSTY FURNITURE. NO FLORIDA FEAL. RIGHT ON BEACH WITH FIREANTS. NO PATIO. HAD

No lanai. No pool. No patio. Musty furniture and smell. No flirida feel. Right on beach with fire ants when you step out side. Neighbors were not happy if we used their pool. For the money i was shocked at the facility. Left after 3 days.

Breathtaking beauty and views

This is truly beachfront living. Amazing views all day and night, including breathtaking sunsets. Lots of wildlife to be spotted, from the variety of birds and fish to crabs, manatee, bonnethead sharks, rays and more. Turtle nests covered the beach in our area, but we were not fortunate enough to see the turtles. Beware the noseeums...I suffered from over 50 bites the first night, but that can be prevented with repellent and clothing. We rented a kayak and paddleboard for the week, which made the trip even more enjoyable. With Publix and CVS right across the street, we hardly left the condo. We did venture north to AnnaMaria Island for ice cream and mini-golf. Mote Aquarium in Sarasota another excellent day trip. Memorable family vacation, and we would definitely return.

Our dream vacation in a perfect setting !!!

Absolutely amazing condo. All the comfortable amenities of home in a perfect paradise setting. Amazing view of the ocean in every room in the condo. Perfect location Publix Super Markets, CVS across Gulf of Mexico drive no traffic to fight. Decor tastefully decorated. Location is everything. Fabulous restaurants, great shopping Saint Armand Circle; add to that exciting night life Sarasota Bay . But it's best quality wasn't the breathtaking sunsets and the tranquil sound of the ocean. Instead a brief moment you almost believe this is just for you "so private so beautiful" . So very hard to leave. So happy to have had our dream vacation here !!!

Amazing stay

Exceeded our expectations! Beach literally out the back door. Pool right next door. Was nice that the pool wasn't behind the condo, would have distracted from the view. Very comfortable beds, full size well-stocked kitchen and washer-dryer. So convenient, grocery, pharmacy, shops and restaurant just across the street. Just wonderful! We will be back. Our new favorite stay on Longboat.

A TRUE BEACH HOUSE....A WALK OUT DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH

WHEN WE WALKED INTO THE CONDO BUILDING YOU DONT REALIZE YOU ARE ON THE BEACH....THEN YOU OPEN THE CONDO DOOR AND..... WOW...WHAT A VIEW OF THE OCEAN!!!!!!! A DIRECT WALKOUT...NO STAIRS OR ELEVATORS. VERY COMFORTABLE CONDO...LOTS OF ROOM...UPDATED KITCHEN AND WASHROOMS. MASTER BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED THAT FACES THE OCEAN...WONDERFUL TO WAKE UP TO SUCH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. THE POOL IS NEXT DOOR RIGHT ON THE BEACH. LOCATION IS PERFECT..ACROSS FROM PUBLIXS AND CVS. DEFINITELY WOULD RETURN!!!!!
