Despierta a la salida del sol en este segundo piso, unidad de la esquina este. Esta unidad es limpia, fresca y cómoda, ¡sin mencionar las fabulosas vistas! Ubicada en el segundo piso, la unidad 201 es f��cilmente accesible desde el elevador o solo un tramo de escaleras. Disfrute de un café en el balcón mientras contempla la piscina con vistas directas a las playas de arena blanca y aguas turquesas del Golfo de México. ¡Incluso puedes atrapar un delfín o dos retozando en el agua!

Este excelente 3/2 se actualiza con electrodomésticos de granito y acero inoxidable, un televisor de pantalla plana grande y muchos asientos excelentes en la sala de estar con un sofá cama. El principal tiene una cómoda cama king y cada habitación de invitados como una cama queen. Cada habitación también tiene un televisor y reproductor de DVD. La unidad duerme 8 cómodamente. Ideal para una familia o grupo de amigos que buscan disfrutar de todo lo que Orange Beach tiene para ofrecer.

El edificio de baja densidad (solo 18 unidades) tiene una piscina con una cascada y está convenientemente ubicado en el corazón de Orange Beach con toneladas de tiendas, comida y vida nocturna en todas las direcciones.

The condo was lovely. It was right on the beach and the weather was perfect. Maintenance was being performed on the building, so every morning at 7:30 we were woken up to sounds of equipment being used right off of our balcony.

Location is perfect for a beach vacation. Size of Condo is great for a family or multiple couples. But the condo is listed as under construction but didn’t specify what kind. The work is very loud to the point unbareble to stay in the room during 9-5 work hours. The condo had a very loud musty and mildew odor all over the condo and mold in the bathroom shower curtain.

Would have appreciated a few coffee filters, salt/pepper, and extra garbage bag, and more than 1 kitchen towel. All the other condos I’ve stayed at in ft meyers, Naples, had those items all there.Construction was going on and when I booked it wasn’t listed, when I looked couple weeks before trip I saw it on there. So unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool area/chairs until Good Friday when they weren’t working. Otherwise we loved the condo and great location! Beds super comfortable and loved the other furniture. Also 2 chairs on deck broke so we had call to get them replaced. Many restaurants close by and grocery stores too. We would come stay in this unit again.

Exactly what you see in pictures but even bigger than we were expecting. Location is great lots around to eat, shop & so close to the beach. Second floor is perfect. The place was very clean and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Check in/out was easy, management is very responsive and communicates often. We will be back.

Great Location!

Property was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It had a beautiful ocean view and is very family friendly. We had a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The location with the oceanview and pool is great! We rented this room and another one. They were both nice, but we did not like check out time of this one being at 9 am. The other one was 10 am. We also didn’t like that all dishes needed to be washed and put away. I paid a cleaning fee and I’ve usually just had to load the dishwasher (which is what the other rental in that complex required). Neither is a huge deal and we would stay here again. We will probably try to book 2 units that have a later checkout than 9 am.

Family Beach stay

We stayed at this property twice this year. Once in April then again in October. It’s a perfect location, so close to the beach. We will definitely be staying here any chance we get!

We were very satisfied with our accommodations. This place was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, closeness of shopping options, attractions, etc. could not have asked for more. We will definitely consider this property for future visits to Orange Beach area.

Great family resort

Nice and peaceful unit , not overcrowded and packed in like some of the other properties in the area. Our overall experience was great, just had some very minor things which should have been addressed by the property management company, hopefully the property owner changes to a better management company.

Great oceanfront location

This property was in the best location. Close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. There are not too many large condo properties around, so there was always a great place to set up on the beach and being on the second floor made for the best views in the morning for sunrise and wildlife watching. Check in and check out were very simple. Would definitely recommend this property and likely to stay here again!

50th Shrimp Fest

The area is quiet. All units have beach view balconys. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores located close at hand. The unit had plenty of room for 8 people. Wouldn't feel cramped for space. We take our annual family vaction here and we all love it.
