We arrived on Friday when Isaias was making her way in! Host was very helpful with keeping us updated on our way in as we were coming from 10 hours away for a wedding! Would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo and host were great! The only thing that was aggravating was the parking. One 1 designated spot that was difficult to find. It would take longer to park and exit than any other facility I have ever stayed in. We came in right after Isaias so I was so glad to have a nice place to stay and a host that was willing to answer any questions,

We had a great stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and fit our needs perfectly. We loved the resort pool and easy access to the beach. The host was excellent and made the check-in process simple and stress free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The bathrooms cabinetry is outdated and falling apart in areas. The coffee machine had mold in it along with the washer seal having mold on it. Host did send a cleaner out while we were there but that didn’t solve the issue. Other than that it was exactly as shown. Room was clean. Great room for the price. Pool is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property! The location was fantastic, and being right on the beach made it so convenient to switch between the pools and beach throughout the day. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The property itself is showing some wear and tear and could use a little TLC. There were some things that could have been cleaner, particularly the couch, and we noticed a few cracked or worn drawers and other signs of age throughout the unit. None of these things prevented us from enjoying our stay, but that sort of thing may bother some so thought it was worth mentioning.Overall, we had a great vacation and loved the location. The host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Hot tub was broken during our stay.Facility was under construction which is understandable.Renting beach chairs wasn't allowed just lounge chairs prior to Memorial Day. This is ridiculous due to some HOA rule.

The host Tracy was very easy to reach, gave excellent details about the check in process, had a few small issues when we got tbere and he was readily available to take care of it. The amenities at the condo its self were nice. Loved the indoor heated pool. It was actually heated and the week we were there the weather was chilly, so it was greatly appreciated. The workout rooms were great. Plenty equipment for any need.

For the amount of money we spent on this condo, required damage protection and parking/wristband fees, we expected the property to be clean, well-maintained, and accurately represented. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.There were several maintenance and quality issues that really took away from our stay. The paint on the master bathroom drawers was peeling, the mirror was also peeling and looked poorly maintained, and thin curtains in the master bedroom window that allowed a significant amount of light to shine through, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Another major disappointment was the beds. The listing indicated that there would be 2 double beds, and a futon. But the beds provided were twins and a pullout couch. This was not what we expected or what we had planned for when booking the condo. I understand twin beds are the only size that fits as that "bedroom" is a very small, barely large enough for 2 people to move comfortably and not at all if they brought luggage. **The issues were not cleaning crew related, I could tell they had been visited and the bed corners were military grade tight**Overall, the condition of the condo did not match what we expected for the price we paid. These are relatively simple things that should have been addressed before guests arrived. We understand that properties can have occasional issues, but there were enough problems here that we felt the condo was overpriced for the condition and accommodations provided.
