VISTAS, VISTAS VISTAS. Impresionante 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños Casa adosada con poco menos de 3000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Esta unidad lo tiene todo desde las vistas al mar desde 3 de las 6 cubiertas hasta el diseño espacioso de esta casa. Entra por la puerta de entrada al primer piso y encontrarás 1 dormitorio de invitados, 1 baño completo y una sala de estar de fácil acceso al garaje y al patio trasero. ¿No quieres subir las escaleras? Use el ascensor hasta el segundo piso donde encontrará una sala de estar con acceso a la terraza exterior con vista al mar, 1/2 baño y una cocina abierta con acceso a la cubierta trasera. Retírese al tercer piso para encontrar 2 dormitorios (1 con su propio acceso a una terraza) y baño completo. Por último, la gran suite principal con vista al mar desde la cubierta termina en este piso.

Terrific location , wonderful property and kind friendly owner. Love this spot. We do Brigantine every year and it’s hard to name a better stay.

The property was very well maintained and clean. It had all of the amenities to make our vacation very enjoyable and carefree. We had our grandchildren with us for vacation and they loved all of the beach toys and we loved the bikes and beach chairs. Very close and convenient to the beach. Dan and Erica were very responsive and provided good communication.

Beautiful home and location

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and a minute walk to the beach access (which was handicap accessible) we loved the location. Everything about the house was awesome- we especially enjoyed the bikes and decks! The owner was easy to communicate with and everything was clean and ready for us. We can’t wait to go back.

Great Stay!

Loved our week in Brigantine. House was very lovely and great proximity to the beach. The elevator came in very handy with all of the stuff we brought. Loved the basket that the owners left for us and the shampoo and body wash in the shower was a nice touch as well. Great house to rent!!

Great north end stay!

Really enjoyed the home and quiet location. It was all of everything listed with quick replies. Hope to stay again when the weather is better. But a great stay even with rain!

Quiet and Relaxing

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked including beach essentials and bikes. See sunrise a few blocks away and sunset from the porch. A nice place for a relaxing getaway.

Brigantine Beach NJ ... fun, fun, fun!

I highly recommend this beautiful home located in Brigantine NJ for any family looking for Summer fun at the beach. We spent our entire week either in this wonderful home, or either on the beach which is only about 1 block away from the shoreline. And, the owner Dan provided us with all the beach accessories you could ever need. The home itself is wonderful with many decks outside for scenic views of the ocean. Thanks Dan for a wonderful vacation!

Great location and amenities

We had a great stay at this house. It's exactly as described in the pictures and a stones throw to the beach. The house had a ton of bonus amenities like tons of beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys for the kids, tons of board games, a wii, and much more. The grill was extremely large and powerful and the kitchen was well equipped for making meals. As others mentioned, the owner Dan was easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond on leaving a nice goody basket when checking in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful beach house!

Our stay was excellent in this home —upon arrival check in was easy, a gift basket was provided, and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach! Not to mention the large wraparound deck has a great beachfront view. The house was clean, very spacious, and easy access ( 10mins) to Atlantic City. It’s a great home for a large family/group, and there are nice local restaurants/bakeries (Go to Aversa’s!) walkable from the home. We’d definitely stay here again, winter or summer it’s a sure bet for a nice relaxing Brigantine getaway or nice home base if you’re traveling in for an AC event-

House looked like it was not cleaned between rentals. There was food left in the refrigerator.

Other than the house not being clean, it was a beautiful home and it was close to the beach.

Our Brigantine Stay

We just completed our week stay at this wonderful home in Brigantine and it was all that we expected. The house was just as described and I can’t say enough good things about it. I’m especially grateful for the use of the elevator, as my mother has mobility issues and having an elevator along with walk in shower made the stay doable for her. Our communication with the owner was always timely with all of our questions answered. Recommendations made were spot on and we tried every eatery suggested. Proximity to the beach and the promenade was also a plus. All in all I would highly recommend this location to anyone asking me for a great place to stay in Brigantine and I will surely look to stay here again in the future.

Back to Brigantine

It’s been many years since I’ve been to Brigantine; it was my go-to “down the shore” destination when I lived in suburban Philadelphia. This trip was a “meet half way” journey for our kids and grandkids who live in VT. The property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for all. The kitchen was well equipped, there’s a great Weber on the deck for grilling and two coffee makers, a drip and a Keurig. The views from the decks were beautiful, ocean and bay can be seen from the upper deck. The beach is a short block walk and the owner provides beach tags and chairs. We lucked into a gorgeous weather week; only one overcast day. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had and even left a great welcome gift box with wine, coffee and snacks for us. I highly recommend this property and if we ever plan another family getaway in Brigantine we would absolutely rent this property from Dan again. As a side note, we found surfing lessons for the kids and grandkids. Check out Primal Surf; everyone loved it!

Great Beach Views

This house is in a great location on a quiet street, 1 block from the Brigantine sea wall. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, bikes, beach toys/games and an extra fridge. The main floor has a small, but sufficient family from for 6 people, a powder room and a sitting area, the kitchen and table that seats 8 and a narrow but sufficient deck with beach views. The 3rd floor has the main bedroom with beach views from the inside and private deck, large closet and bright bedroom. It also has a small room with a bunk bed (1 double, 1 single), and a 2nd bedroom (double bed) with a small private balcony overlooking the backyard and finally a sitting area at the top of the steps. The first floor houses utility closests, the laundry, a small seating area, deck to the back yard, and bedroom (queen) and bathroom. The house outside is clean and new. The inside is worn and a tired. The kitchen could use a total makeover as well. I would recommend this house to families who will be spending time on the beach but need to come back and forth throughout the day. It's really close and easily accessible.

The house is beautiful and so well equipped/supplied. It was warm and inviting with lovely little corners and spaces for privacy or gathering. Loved it!

Beautiful Ocean Views

The house had everything you could imagine from a beautiful welcome gift inclusive of coffee, red wine and treats. The bikes were fantastic and we used them everyday. The kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of room for my family of 8. Sitting on the porch outside the living area and the master suite you could not ask for a better view of the ocean. You can hear the waves at night! We had a fantastic vacation ..
