3,100 square foot luxury home with ocean views – steps to the beach - 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. All you need to do is pack up the family!
Enjoy the beautiful and peaceful island of Brigantine in a million-dollar home steps to the beach.
Come back off of the beach, use the outdoor shower and relax at the numerous tables with family and friends while cooking on the gas grill (direct connect no tank needed) on the 2nd floor deck.
Great for two or three families to share and enjoy the luxurious accommodations
Uber or Lfyt to Atlantic City casinos or clubs – a quick 5 minute drive
First floor:
Spacious bedroom with a Queen size bed and attached bathroom with a large flat screen TV and sliding door to the porch for the morning coffee or afternoon siesta.
Kids bedroom with 2 - full over full sized upper and lower bunk bed.

Great beach vacation

We had a wonderful time and this was an amazing space to send time with our family. The house has a beautiful common area where everyone can be together and comfortable. We had great family meals and game nights. The host was very responsive and helpful. Brigantine is a great town and the beach is wonderful. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Friendsgiving Weekend

We had a wonderful stay in Brigantine! The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated our group of 4 families including children. The indoor and outdoor living areas were great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The entry to the beach was a few blocks away, but we ended up going twice given the nice weather. One of the bathrooms was not fully cleaned, but that honestly was very minor and did not impact the enjoyment of our trip. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach Home

If you are looking for a spacious summer rental that’s clean and a great location, this is the house for you.The house comes equipped with all your daily appliances and additional features such an outdoor shower and extra beach chairs. The property manager Jacob was attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this home to all our friends and family.

Family Vacation in Brigantine

Our family had a great stay at the Dolphin House in Brigantine - the 4 bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms) allowed for a perfect set up for families to have their own space, especially with small children, as well as being able to hang out in the living room, kitchen/dining and deck areas. The location is a short (about .25 mi) walk from beach access (we opted to drive since we had a lot to carry) and the deck offers a great spot to sit with a retractable awning and great nighttime views of the Atlantic City skyline - we caught a drone show, too! There were several beach amenities in the garage, including chairs, wagons and sunshades. The driveway and ample parking locations also made it convenient for our group to move around throughout the trip as needed. We had some minor issues during our stay, but Jacob, the host, was very responsive and quick to help us so that we could enjoy our getaway. This rental helped our family to have a great vacation and bonding experience close by to one of our favorite places - the beach! Thank you!

Beautiful House with Few Issues

Beautiful house with a few issues. The direct access to the beach has been blocked. The refrigerator and grill were not cleaned. The backyard needed landscaping. Not all the room televisions worked. The owner came to the house and tried to solve the problems. He also send us a breakfast treat. Scone were delicious! Thanks

Beautiful house, great amenities!

Highly recommend! This house is big, rooms are very spacious, and furnishings and décor are very nice quality (I would have liked to take the couch home with me). The street is extremely quiet and pretty. Beach access is very close for those who can walk. We enjoyed the living area so much, from movies and baseball games in the living room, to mornings and evenings on the deck, to meals at the big dining table. The biggest primary bedroom has the ensuite bathroom of your dreams. One of the best amenities was the included beach tags, high quality beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon. Try the Shibumi shade – it’s so easy to set up and accommodates more chairs than the other type. The kitchen is well stocked, and we cooked a little. They have plenty of dish washer and laundry tabs there to use. You need to bring sheets, but not having to bring chairs freed up enough space for them in our car. Great laundry room. The house was accessed and secured easily with digital lock. The host was very responsive to any issues. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Nice and relaxing

Beautiful layout of the house. We liked the setup of the first floor - large open area covering kitchen, dining and living area. Location was perfect, in a quiet community. About only a two minute drive to the beach. All the usual amenities were there. Each bedroom had a smart TV, the one in living room and master bedroom had a sound bar as well. You can see the Atlantic City casinos from the balcony. The house was generally clean and well organized except for a few hiccups - The microwave wasn’t working (although the owner made every attempt to get it replaced, but unfortunately couldn’t), one of the bathrooms could have been cleaned better, there was hair on one of the bed spreads. Nothing that can’t be improved upon. Overall a great place to stay if you’re looking for a place just on the outskirts of Atlantic City.

Met our expectations. Well situated, functional outlay, well equipped, clean, I just wish I knew how to turn on the TV! But thankfully we spent a whole week without it with no regrets. Highly recommend the place for families and friends.

week at brigantine

a lovely home and the owner was very accommodating. The walk to the beach was slightly longer than we thought(we had several toddlers/kids and we ended up driving to 16th where the parking was easy and the walk shorter. But the week was great - now we need a vacation after watching 3 grandkids! Again, owner was great!
