A perfect vacation spot for the whole family! Amazing location less than 2 blocks from the beach! Great for families of any size!

Enjoy your visit with a quick walk to the beach, great living area, open kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor shower. WiFi is included and covers the whole house.

This newly constructed home features five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loaded with board games for you and your family to play!

The first floor features a grand entry way, a second living space with inch tv, laundry room with washer and dryer, full bath, and three bedrooms. No garage access. One bedroom has a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds and a twin trundle. The last bedroom downstairs has a full bunk bed with a twin top bunk and full trundle.

The second floor features a great open living space including open kitchen, dining room table (leaf available), sectional couch with a 70” flat screen tv, and porch deck. The deck includes a table for 8 and an additional seating spot with view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Fantastic stay, as always!

This home is a true gem in Brigantine. We go every year for an annual family reunion with family of all ages. It’s a perfect location, perfect size, and perfectly stocked! Can’t recommend the place enough!

Beach Fun!

We had a great time at this rental with kids and friends. The location was very convenient to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. The Owner was easy to reach and extremely responsive when needed. Excellent week!

One of the best homes on the island!

We had a lovely time at Matthew’s home. The house is amazingly furnished with everything you could look for in a beach house. We particularly appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was for dining in. The beach is right down the street, as are several of the island’s main businesses. You really can’t get better on Brigantine!

Great Beach Vacation House

Very comfortable, spacious, modern, clean, well appointed and well maintained vacation house within walking distance to an awesome ocean-side beach. Great for a large group (5 bedrooms). Close walking distance to Ice-cream, Tacos, Deli etc. Owner and Property Management are very responsive. We would definitely recommend this house as a rental.

Absolutely beautiful!

My friends and I stayed here for a night out in Atlantic City for New Years. The home was gorgeous inside and out. We were blown away by the cleanliness and the space available. It was a quick uber ride to the casinos and restaurants. Check in process was very easy. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a larger group! We often visit AC, and will be back to this home. Thank you very much to the host!

Beautiful Week in Brigantine in a Beautiful House!

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous house for our first time staying in Brigantine. This house is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Our adult children had a few friends come and go and there was always plenty of space. We spent every night out on the front deck which has tons of seating and views of the ocean and bay. The kitchen was well stocked. Since we love to cook, we did bring some of our own pans and cutting boards and knives but not necessary if you dont plan to cook much. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach at 33rd St was really not very crowded like most other jersey shore town beaches. There are lots of places within walking distance to grab some delicious food, like Aversa's bakery, or amazing ice cream at Jersey Cow. We loved this house and the very chill quiet vibe of Brigantine and would certainly return!

Clean, lovely, well-appointed beach vacation home!

We loved the quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beautiful beach, the nearby shops, and the super comfortable, nicely furnished home! Matthew was very accommodating and great to communicate with! The second floor in particular is lovely for family gatherings in the spacious living room/dining area, and the absolutely wonderful wraparound deck! We appreciated the fenced in backyard as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this property. Great beach access as well as access to simple amenities like the grocery store and pharmacy. Beach is amazing! Kids ages 5-18 all had a great time. Owners were super responsive anytime we had a question. We will be back!

Perfect weekend getaway with friends

The house was exactly as advertised. Matthew was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions that I had. Perfect location for a weekend with friends and less than 10 minutes from Atlantic City, but in a very quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Perfect house for our family vacation!

We had the best time; this house was a great match for our family. Beautiful and clean space in an open layout for kitchen, living room, and dining room. Our whole family could be together while prepping meals, watching babies/toddlers, or just hanging out. Plenty of space and great accommodations for us, our adult kids, and grandchildren. Close proximity to the beach and within walking distance to ice cream, and a great deli. Owner provided linens, beach tags, beach chairs, and a beach wagon to cart everything to the beach. He was so attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

July Beach Vacation

Can't say enough about this beautiful house, location, and beach. The house is beautiful, very clean and relaxing! It is stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. Just park and walk to the beach, ice cream shop, sandwich shop, taco hut, CVS, cafe, etc. Access to the beach is so close and the beach is relaxing and has a ton of space to spread out. A big thank you to Matthew for accommodating our family and our needs especially with two infants. We needed some help upon arrival and Matthew immediately got us situated and we enjoyed our entire week. We have a big family and the two family room areas in the house allowed us to be together but also take some time alone throughout the week. Thank you so much for allowing our family to vacation in your beautiful home!
