Este alquiler de vacaciones ha estado en el programa de alquiler durante varios años, hemos cambiado el nombre de la casa a Ocean Aria; Dos pisos, dos dormitorios, uno y medio baños y una bañera de hidromasaje en el patio trasero. La casa tiene vistas al Océano Pacífico desde el piso superior. El piso superior tiene la sala de estar / comedor / terraza y área de cocina. La planta baja tiene los dormitorios y baños. Patio privado en el patio con bañera de hidromasaje. La casa está ubicada a dos cuadras a pie de la entrada de Dillon Beach. La casa está decorada con un tema costero en todas partes. Estacionamiento fuera de la calle frente a la casa para dos vehículos medianos.

Cannot say enough about how kind Linda was regarding check-in. House was super clean with many games and TV’s to keep you entertained. View of the ocean slightly obstructed by other houses and wiring but sitting on either deck reading a book was great. Only problem we had was the fire alarm went off each time we cooked but remedied that by opening all the windows upstairs.

We were surprised by this review, as no concerns were communicated to us during your stay. Had any issues been brought to our attention, we would have addressed them immediately. Regarding the claim of dog hair on the bed, we complete a walkthrough prior to every guest arrival and did not observe dog hair on any of the beds before check-in. After your departure, dog hair was found on a bed, and since a pet accompanied your stay, it is reasonable to conclude that this occurred during your visit. We have never previously received a complaint regarding noise at this property and are unclear as to what noise is being referenced. We stand by our cleaning and inspection procedures and encourage guests to report any concerns during their stay so they can be promptly addressed.

This was our first stay at Dillon beach and we couldn’t have been happier staying at this beautiful location. The home is nice and cozy with all the amenities, and the host was kind enough to include disposable cookware for our use for thanksgiving. The village and store were wonderful, everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be back.

It was a short walk to the beach. The beach house was very clean & had all the comforts for a great stay. We experienced a beautiful sunset from the Balcony. Folks don’t hesitate to book. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at short walk to the beach. The property is well set up for family and furry friends alike. The property was clean and well equipped. It has a lovely view of the ocean and we enjoyed cocktails and watching the sunset from the balcony. It really is a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which is a bonus. Linda was great to communicate with and was very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again !

Very nice spot. Good location for walking the dog to the beach. Upstairs kitchen/dining/living room area was a pleasant place to relax. Downstairs bedrooms and bath were comfortable/functional. A great place to escape summer heat.

We had a lovely few days at Dillon Beach! The house is small but fit our party well (2 adults and 2 kids). It was also great to be able to bring our pup along. I appreciated having a washer/dryer and the hot tub was a nice bonus!It’s a pretty short walk down to the store and the beach (though a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues).The host was easy to get in touch with and even let us check in a little early. Thanks for a great stay!

Had such a nice time. Great ocean view! Love the open floor plan . The views of the hills were so nice. Got to see the deer every morning and evening.

Cozy Beach House

Very nice beach house with lots of wondows and natural light. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with eveything you would need with cookware and kitchen utensils. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. It was a short walk to the beach which was very convenient. We appreciated the 1/2 bathroom upstairs so as to not go downstairs to use the facilities every time. We also liked that the property had a designated parking space. My husband and I had a lovely time and would definitely go back.
