Coastal Blue es una escapada a una casa de playa privada ubicada en el tranquilo y seguro vecindario de Winton-Eastern RD. Great Stay!

Location was great, close to a couple of grocery stores, beach across was like a pool, perfect for our 7 year old and our mothers. Eddie was so helpful, the house was perfect for our needs. Would totally stay here again.

Beautiful place right near the shore

Had a wonderful stay. Eddie was so helpful and accommodating helping us arrange taxis. The pool is nice and also have a great little beach super short walk away. Thank you!!

Family Vacation

Beachfront Bliss is a clean, modern, homey property. Eddie our host was kind, helpful, and patient. He went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. We hope to book again soon.

Fantastic stay!

Eddie was a fantastic host!! He helped us organize taxis, beach passes, grocery trips and more. The house was great for our girls getaway and we loved waking up to the ocean and taking walks along the beach. Would definitely recommend - some of the girls from the trip are already trying to go back!

Wonderful location!

My 6 siblings and I stayed here and absolutely loved every minute! The place is in a safe, quiet location, right on the water. We enjoyed daily walks and a swim at the beach right across the street. Eddie gave great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. He was very responsive and took great care of us! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything You Need and More!

This was an amazing stay. My husband is from Nassau and we were here to reconnect with family. We were able to do so very comfortably in this amazing space. This will definitely be our go to space whenever we are in Nassau! You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful place, wonderful host!

We had a fantastic time, the place was beautiful and he had thought of everything. We took his great recommendation to spend a day with Captain Jaime out on a boat, and it was the highlight of the trip. The location is a drive from downtown, we enjoyed the quiet but there wasn't anything to do nearby without hopping in the car (which was fine for us!). Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was lovely. The unit is clean and had everything we needed it. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time, since arranging an airport pick up to make sure we had what we needed it the next morning for breakfast as we arrived late. Highly recommended.

The house is lovely and supplied with everything you could possibly need. Our host, Eddie, was fantastic! He was so nice, very helpful with all of our questions and always available. We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable in the house. We highly recommend this property for your stay.

Great home for family vacation

Eddie was a perfect host - very communicative and willing to do whatever was necessary to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The home is as described with many extras to make beach trips enjoyable (towels, chairs, noodles and even a cooler!) For those days when rain hampered our beach trips, there were plenty of games to be enjoyed. We would highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

Perfect location for a dream vacation

We spent a week in this home soaking up the sun, sea, and time together. The pool is not big, but the kids loved every minute splashing around in it, plus it was just outside the house, and there was a hammock for relaxing reading/supervising. The beach was beautiful and fun at high and low tide. We were on the eastern side of the island, which was quiet, close to grocery stores, and the kids made local friends. Eddie checked in with us right away to make sure we were comfortable - and we were the whole time! We hope to come again!

This property was in a beautiful and quiet part of the island. Not touristy and loud or overrun with people. This allowed for the exact type of quiet, relaxing experience hoped for. The property owner (Eddie) was very hands-on and helpful, including assistance in scheduling rides, activities, and more. He was unbelievably wonderful-can't wait to come back and spend more time at his terrific property.

Will stay here again

Property could use a bit of cosmetic updating, pots and pans need to be replaced as i did not want to use them (old and on cheap side). So much room for us four to roam, steps from beach, and not a tourist playground. Being away from tourists and downtown was also a plus. Host was kind, accomodating. If we come back, we will stay here again.

Great getaway

The property was just as expected - clean and easy to access. Eddie was super responsive. The location was great for us. It was out of the city and right on the water which kept the breeze up and cooler temps. We used the pool every evening and had it all to ourselves. Would recommend this property, if you like to be out of the hustle of town.

10/10 would stay again!

Our family of four really enjoyed the beach across the street between other excursions. We felt safe staying in the home and driving around the neighborhood for groceries and carryout. The location is convenient if you're planning to take excursions on or departing from Paradise Island. Eddie was a great host! He was very responsive to our questions and arranged transportation to and from the airport. His driver was also friendly and professional.

Beautiful Stay

Eddie was wonderful he really took care of us especially my parents who were little older. The house is in a beautiful location but some items in the house needs repairs like door knobs don’t lock properly and the fan in the master bedroom and one other rooms make too much noise like going to fall on you if the speed on high but overall it was great experience

Perfect Location!

Eddie was an incredible host, and his house was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time in Nassau and we would absolutely stay at the property again. Direct views of the ocean and sunrise, and convenience to grocery stores. The neighborhood feels safe and was quiet throughout the week, but still only a short car drive to busier Bay Street area. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed for a week on the island. Thanks again, Eddie!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and friendliest host

We had a wonderful time and stay on this side of the island with a beautiful beach just across the road, friendly locals, and a stocked kitchen. Eddie made our stay perfect. The villa had really nice airflow, was clean, modern, and comfortable. We enjoyed pina coladas daily and enjoyed road trips around the island in the van that Eddie rented to us. Eddie helped us charter a boat for a snorkeling tour which was great. Our guides were knowledgeable and fun to be with. We would definitely visit again. Make sure to visit Jaws beach - it was beautiful.

Excellent House and a Fantastic Host

Eddie, the host, was wonderful. He was always attentive to our needs. He came by anytime we needed him. He went beyond the call of duty when he agreed to pick up groceries since our ride was not available. A wonderful environment and a safe place. We loved it.

Amazing Stay

Our stay at Eddie’s property was more than amazing. If we could give him 10 stars we would. He was very easy to communicate with and provided many options of things for us to do! Our trip to the Bahamas was very last minute due to delayed and cancelled flights to a different country. Eddie made our visit completely worthwhile. I would absolutely recommend this location. The sunrise was stunning and we felt very safe in the gated property. We can’t wait to come back and visit the Bahamas and Eddie!

Best Host ever

Our family has stayed in well over 50 properties throughout the years and Eddie by far was the best host we've ever had. The communication with him was excellent. He went above and beyond and left a birthday surprise for our 7-year-old as a surprise. The house is great. That part of the island is quite and beautiful. If we were to go back to Nassau we would definitely try to book the same spot.
