Nuestro apartamento está perfectamente situado en la 5ª planta con vistas a las piscinas al aire libre directamente en Phoenix West. Evitar los ascensores y aparcar directamente en esta planta. También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave por lo que no tiene que mantenerse al día con las teclas durante su estancia! Se puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón oa través de las ventanas de piso a techo en la unidad. Con más de 1.950 pies cuadrados de la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblado y nuevo en el mercado de alquiler !!



Las comodidades son abundantes en este piso Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, bar con máquina de hielo, 55 "HDTV de pantalla plana en salón y una pantalla plana de 42" televisores de alta definición en el maestro y el segundo dormitorio y un 39 " HDTV en el dormitorio 3, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Hay una cama de rey en el Master, dos camas tamaño queen segundo dormitorio y dos camas de matrimonio en el dormitorio 3. Estas camas se instalaron de nuevo en el verano de 2016! También hemos puesto en un nuevo sofá seccional en la sala de estar que puede hacer a una cama de matrimonio en caso de necesitar la cama supletoria.



Hay un río lento, tobogán de agua, piscina al aire libre con un vallado en-piscina para niños, piscina climatizada en la puerta, de dos jacuzzi, centro de fitness de última generación, 4 saunas y azoteas pistas de tenis.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se ejecutará sin reembolso de violación.



Sus vacaciones será completa en Phoenix West con todas las comodidades, la playa y un alojamiento de lujo. Ven y disfruta de todo lo que esta nueva Phoenix tiene que ofrecer, envíe un correo electrónico a reservar unas vacaciones para recordar.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The condo is great for all ages, whether you’re traveling with young kids, teens, or adults. The check-in and check-out process was quick, easy, and hassle-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The only downside was having to pay for parking, which would have been nice to have included. Other than that, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation

The condo was so beautiful, nice and clean the pool and beach was so easy to get to. When you have kids it is greatly appreciated to be able to go to the pool and beach hassle free. We definitely look forward to vacationing here again

Furniture is very dated. There were only 12 forks and a few spoons (this unit sleeps 12). Need more eating utensils. Need more drinking glasses too. There were some stains on some of the bed sheets. Loose light fixture in laundry area which caused it to flicker. The pots and pans need to be replaced. The frying pans are very scratched up and nonstick surface was coming off. It would be nice to have a large frying pan as well instead of all medium sized ones. Two of the hair dryers didn't work.

Excellent property

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times. The properties are fabulous! The only thing I can “complain” about is the balcony tile evidently needs to be cleaned. We had black crud on our feet each time we came back inside.

Very aggravating to try to complete this review. Have to continue to answer this and over and over

Condo was excellent for our family. Great time and great stay. Only downside is trying to use the elevator. We used the stairs most often and stayed ahead of those trying to use the elevator. Also, since we didn’t book through Brett-Robinson we were not eligible to purchase an overflow parking pass. People that booked through Phoenix weren’t able to get one.

There were huge dips in the beds, so much so that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds. Also the floors were not very clean as our feet were black from just walking around in the condo. Other than that everything was nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very good. The owners may want to upgrade the mattress in the master bed room. It is worn, lumpy and uncomfortable. The complex needs to step up and replace and increase the number of chairs by the pool and lazy river. There are way too few for the number of guests. We first stayed at rhis resort in 2011 and we can say that over allit has been well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the condo location and the Phoenix West. Overall it is a great place to stay but needs several updates in the unit. The mattresses on all the beds and the two living room chairs are in dire need to be replaced. They are in really bad shape. The condos appearance when arriving was it was very clean but after walking on the floors barefoot for about 10 minutes your feet were black. Other than the floor being dirty the rest of it was great. This was our second year staying in this unit and we love it. Hoping there will be updates made so we can book the same unit next year for our girls trip.

Spring Break 2025

Both of our children had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was a huge plus for us. The master bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and comfortable. We did have a couple of items that needed repaired. We told the front desk but unfortunately, they were not fixed during our stay. We needed a new bulb for the master bath toilet area and the microwave did not have the glass plate so we were not able to use the microwave. It would have been nice to have had those items fixed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The balcony was so nice to enjoy our breakfast and to view the sunsets.
