Nuestro apartamento está perfectamente situado en la 5ª planta con vistas a las piscinas al aire libre directamente en Phoenix West. Evitar los ascensores y aparcar directamente en esta planta. También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave por lo que no tiene que mantenerse al día con las teclas durante su estancia! Se puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón oa través de las ventanas de piso a techo en la unidad. Con más de 1.950 pies cuadrados de la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblado y nuevo en el mercado de alquiler !!



Las comodidades son abundantes en este piso Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, bar con máquina de hielo, 55 "HDTV de pantalla plana en salón y una pantalla plana de 42" televisores de alta definición en el maestro y el segundo dormitorio y un 39 " HDTV en el dormitorio 3, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Hay una cama de rey en el Master, dos camas tamaño queen segundo dormitorio y dos camas de matrimonio en el dormitorio 3. Estas camas se instalaron de nuevo en el verano de 2016! También hemos puesto en un nuevo sofá seccional en la sala de estar que puede hacer a una cama de matrimonio en caso de necesitar la cama supletoria.



Hay un río lento, tobogán de agua, piscina al aire libre con un vallado en-piscina para niños, piscina climatizada en la puerta, de dos jacuzzi, centro de fitness de última generación, 4 saunas y azoteas pistas de tenis.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se ejecutará sin reembolso de violación.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was so beautiful, nice and clean the pool and beach was so easy to get to. When you have kids it is greatly appreciated to be able to go to the pool and beach hassle free. We definitely look forward to vacationing here again

Very aggravating to try to complete this review. Have to continue to answer this and over and over

Condo was excellent for our family. Great time and great stay. Only downside is trying to use the elevator. We used the stairs most often and stayed ahead of those trying to use the elevator. Also, since we didn’t book through Brett-Robinson we were not eligible to purchase an overflow parking pass. People that booked through Phoenix weren’t able to get one.

Both of our children had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was a huge plus for us. The master bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and comfortable. We did have a couple of items that needed repaired. We told the front desk but unfortunately, they were not fixed during our stay. We needed a new bulb for the master bath toilet area and the microwave did not have the glass plate so we were not able to use the microwave. It would have been nice to have had those items fixed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The balcony was so nice to enjoy our breakfast and to view the sunsets.

There were huge dips in the beds, so much so that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds. Also the floors were not very clean as our feet were black from just walking around in the condo. Other than that everything was nice!

The mattresses on all the beds and the two living room chairs are in dire need to be replaced. They are in really bad shape. The condos appearance when arriving was it was very clean but after walking on the floors barefoot for about 10 minutes your feet were black. Other than the floor being dirty the rest of it was great. This was our second year staying in this unit and we love it. Hoping there will be updates made so we can book the same unit next year for our girls trip.

In the Master Bath, there was a horrible high-pitched humming sound in the ceiling. We believe it was coming from the condo above, maybe their HVAC system because it would be mostly on, but sometimes quiet. We had to keep the bathroom fan running & door shut to try to drown it out. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our family. Management didn’t check wristbands all week, then on Friday morning as I was going to put chairs out, a very rude older man would not let me enter the pool area w/o my band. I said it’s one thing to say no, but there’s no need to be rude & he smarted off to me again. Ironically when I came back down with my wristband, no one was monitoring the gate for the remainder of the day. 😂 They decided to maintenance elevators during the peak use time (4 elevators for 27 floors) which created long wait times. Without those 2 negatives, all would have been 5 stars.

Excellent property

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times. The properties are fabulous! The only thing I can “complain” about is the balcony tile evidently needs to be cleaned. We had black crud on our feet each time we came back inside.
