Property as described. Great price, never really stayed at Phoenix properties because of the size, but this one is just right. Parking is super convenient. Plus the major factor is sitting right next door. Flora-Bama!

Loved the location. Close to restaurants and beach Lovely view. Bathtub in master broken and a bit of mold. Balcony had mold as well. Kitchen was tidy.

Quick Spring Break

Had a great last minute trip for Spring Break. Everything was very clean and updated. The condo was the perfect location for our family to be close to our friends down there. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Great stay!

This location was excellent! Perfect location for all both kids and adults. The outside pool was great and the inside pool and hot tubs were clean and stayed open until 11 pm which was perfect for the kids. The unit itself was a bit dated although that does not really matter, and was clean but some places needed a little extra care. Overall, great place!

Family memories are priceless!

We had a wonderful time at the beach! We laughed and got to relax with our children and grandchildren. Time is precious and it’s hard to get everyone together but this trip checked off all the to dos of everyone.
