NUEVO RESORT BEACH FRONT HOME 2 acres con piscina, tenis, voleibol, más

Kahieluana significa un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de la compañía de sus seres queridos. Es por eso que diseñamos esta nueva casa a medida para que tenga 5 amos, para que nadie tenga que conseguir la mala habitación. Y si su versión de relajación significa leer en una hamaca junto a la playa, jugar al tenis, bucear con tortugas, preparar una comida increíble con ingredientes locales, todas estas actividades y más están en el lugar para que pueda relajarse todo lo que necesita sin tener que irse La propiedad de dos acres.

La casa cuenta con una piscina climatizada y una terraza diseñada para que todos se reúnan para ver la puesta de sol. La bahía directamente en frente de la casa es poco profunda y sin olas, ideal para que nuestro hijo pequeño aprenda a nadar, pasar las tardes jugando en la arena negra y observar una variedad de tortugas, peces juveniles y animales marinos. Incumplimiento de ballenas de diciembre a marzo.

Si decide abandonar la propiedad, encontrará que Puako es encantador y auténtico, cosas que no puede obtener en un complejo comercial. This house is super spacious, plenty of room for our group of 14, and it felt like a luxury resort with all the upgrades. The pool definitely got a lot of use and how glorious to watch the sunrise while paddle boarding. There is so much to do on this property from tennis to volleyball to snorkeling etc. You name it, they have provided it. As with any vacation rental, a couple of little things popped up during our stay. A tripped breaker on the electrical panel and a plumbing hiccup; but Andy was super easy to get in touch with. He was on it faster than a Jimmy John’s sandwich delivery. All in all, this house made for a fun, relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend this place for the location, amenities and the owner. Thank you Andy for answering all our questions leading up to this trip and your recommendations of places to eat and things to see were on point. Absolutely loved your app detailing all the features of the home.

Serene and Beautiful

We will never forget this beautiful family vacation in such a gorgeous setting. This area in Puako is one we hope to return to very soon. The owners were very, very responsive and kind with any issues or questions we had. This gorgeous home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures portray. It was perfect - especially the kids' toy room - for our family. Plenty of room for all nine of us. And the information booklet with such great details about the area was so, so helpful. Thank you, Andy and Kim, for making us feel very welcome in your lovely home.

The Best !!!!!

Kahieluana is simply amazing - spacious, well furnished, and so many fun things to do - the swimming pool, volleyball, tennis, pool, paddle-boarding. And the most spectacular sunsets. We loved every minute of our time there!!!

Amazing!

From the start of the booking process to checking out Andy, Kim and Leah were amazing. They were so attentive and payed attention to every single detail. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties and have never had a home that was this well appointed from dishes to “toys” for the house, beds and linens were perfect, everything you could ever want in the kitchen was there. Definitely a 5 star plus home and 5 star plus experience working with them. Totally an amazing experience and would recommend their beautiful home!

Little piece of paradise

We needed a house with five bedrooms and with their Ohana mini house on the side we got all the bedrooms we needed. The property is beautiful. The house is just like it is in the pictures. The sunsets were magical. The property owners are very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.we went with their recommendation and had a private chef on the property one of the evenings which was a wonderful experience as well. We had rental cars and could go many places with ease. You’re not in a resort, but you have access to resorts in 10 to 15 minutes. We explored different golf courses and restaurants in every direction. The house is very close to the main highway, but distant enough, you don’t hear anything and have privacy.

Wow! An incredible house in an amazing location!

Everything about this property is amazing! The view is incredible, walking to the beach in a few steps is wonderful, the home is one of one in the world! The pool and the kitchen are large and have everything we could want. The host is very nice and we preordered groceries and they were there when we arrived. Even the coffee table books and coffee maker were really nice. Everything worked and we felt like we were in paradise. Riding the bikes to the little store or paddle boarding right out front was so nice. You can arrive in your car have a wonderful time and never need to leave. My four kids and their spouse s and my grandkids had the best trip ever! If you can visit this home, you should! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for the super experience! Unbelievable! John

Beautiful home

As advertised, this home is quite beautiful and very well stocked! The home is immaculate, and the services they recommended were very much on point-please use Sue the chef and get to know Leah! We were just one couple, and did not really use all the amenities the home had to offer, but they were sure fun to have on property. One big problem was this. There is active construction going on directly next door to the property. I felt taken advantage of, as that was not mentioned at all in any of the details or correspondence with the owners. It is a great effort to get here, and to have the drill, the porta potty and the music blasting next door greatly diminished our experience here.

House Review

We rented the house for a week for a family trip of eight persons. First off, the house is gorgeous and rivals any of the five star resorts on the island. With a beautiful view of the cove, the outdoor spaces are thoughtful with shade and sun, and the pool is divine. The kitchen is roomy and very well equipped with top of the line appliances and it easily accommodated our group. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed and all feature outdoor showers. Secondly, the location is terrific with Beach 69 being a 15 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) away and pretty snorkeling just off the dock next door to the property. The shops at Mauna Lani and Waikoloa are less than 10 and 15 minutes away respectively. And fresh Hawaiian malasadas (donuts) are just at the top of the road. Finally, what stands apart is the service. Andy was responsive to our questions about the high tech in the kitchen (could a dishwasher really clean dishes in 15 minutes, could we really make our own espresso by touching a button) and his team does a marvelous job looking after the place. For a group or family you can spend $1000 per room per night, share resort amenities with a bunch of strangers, and spend a fortune on drinks and food. Or you can come here—to easy luxury on your terms.

Better than the listing says!

You can't find a better place for a large family with all ages. The pool is fantastic. The snorkeling in the bay is good. and accessible, The house couldn't be better. The separate apartment was perfect for the older girls. The sound system is peerless. The grill and kitchen make feeding a large family so easy. The secret room was a hit with the younger boys. And the intro tour is beyond helpful with excellent suggestions about which activities are fun. You can't do better.

Great two week birthday celebration

We rented this property to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had friends and their kids join us. The house was perfect for us. We were able to comfortably host and entertain our closest friends and their kids. The house is well appointed and set up for adults and kids. Everything was just great and we will happily recommend this rental property to our friends and family.

Great stay for our extended family of 9

The house was wonderful. The location was great and placed extremely close to Beach 69 and Puako beach as well as halfway between the Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea for dinners. The owners had tons of toys for the pool and standup paddle boards for the kids. Great stay.

Amazing home in Puako Bay

What can I say? This place was spectacular and worth every penny. Our family of 11 (adult kids and their significant others) plus our 14 month granddaughter had the most memorable stay at Kim and Andy's home. The house was awesome and everyone spent at least the first 2 days oohing and ahhing over every detail. The location was so beautiful, with sunsets each evening and spectacularly gorgeous mornings. We were lucky enough to have late moon rises and sets during our stay so the abundance of sparkling water right out our windows day and night was beyond. We loved being close to awesome beaches (Hapuna state park is just up the road and a amazing swim beach), not to mention golf and shopping/restaurants at Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea...but between the volleyball and tennis courts, pool, SUP's and lawn games....we didn't want to leave. We also had sea turtles in the cove each day! What more could you ask for? Thank you for helping us create a lifelong memory for our family. We'll be back!

Modern beachfront oasis in Puako

This Big Island beachfront getaway was perfect for my 50th birthday "Hawaii 5-0" destination celebration. Your home is truly a modern design marvel complete with indoor/outdoor living spaces, super functional kitchen and spacious master suites. The kids loved the bunk room with secret playroom complete with toys. Amenities abound with all the outdoor sporting equipment. It was an adult playground with pool, tennis court, beach volleyball and of course paddle-boarding from our own private ocean cove. Sunsets were spectacular from the infinity pool and we even used the fire pit. It was hard to leave to explore the rest of the island since everything you needed to relax & enjoy was provided at the house. The Puako location is perfect near other local white sand beaches and top notch golf courses. I really appreciated the personal touch of the property owner, Andy, who was always accessible and prompt with responses both before our arrival and during our stay. Beautiful Property and Great Place for Family Vacation!

This was a perfect home for our family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kids had things to do like swim, play volleyball and tennis, and hangout. The kitchen was amazing with everything you could ever need. The beds were very comfy and bathrooms well equipped. We loved cooking dinner and watching the sunset over the water each night. This was the best family vacation we have had! Don't look any further and book today. AMAZING PROPERTY WITH THE BEST PROPERTY OWNERS! CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!

Amazing House and Property

The house has everything you could ever want or need. We especially loved the outside spaces with the pool, lawn, tennis courts and loved paddle boarding and kayaking most mornings in the beautiful bay. Phenomenal!

Fantastic property with everything you might want to do right outside your door from snorkeling, swimming, paddleboards, tennis, volleyball, biking or just enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Everything about this place is stunning and we had a wonderful time. Could not have asked for more and feel privileged to have had the experience of a week at Kahieluana!

Amazing Vacation

If you want a fantastic "splurge" house rental in Hawaii this is the place! It's not only a gorgeous home but also very well equipped with two sets of washers and dryers, quality mattresses and linens and all types of great water toys (SUP boards, kayaks). The view of the Pacific is dreamy and the house is modern and architecturally stunning. We had a couple issues the first day with limited hot water and the dishwasher not functioning properly but all was fixed immediately.
