A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $127.00.

Stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed our stay. Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen very nice and well-equipped. Decorated beautifully.

The property was great... very clean, great location, loved the pool, great coffee maker. We've stayed at a number of vrbos over the years and this one was the cleanest. We'd definitely stay here again but I do have some feedback. First, the door code was not automatically sent to me. I had to follow up to obtain it. Second, I'd recommend providing clear instructions around the keyless entry lock. More specifically , I would clarify that the small pad only illuminates when you push it (however, its not evident that there are numbers on its). Fortunately the neighbor helped me because when I called the emergency phone # no one answered. The neighbor couldn't figure it out either, however, she called the cleaning service who was able to help. Lastly, while I appreciate that it was a holiday weekend, it was disappointing that I didn't get an email response to a request if we could check out late. I received an email AFTER the check out time of 10am to confirm we could stay until the afternoon.

Hi Amy, thanks for your feedback on the lock. We've never had any issues with guests checking in prior so we can only improve our guest services with your input. The door code was sent to you over 24 hour prior to your arrival - our system was previously set-up to send it 48 hours prior but we have adjusted it to 24 hours for this summer so guests had the code more readily available in their email accounts. Our after-hours number would have immediately put you in touch with a live agent so I am not sure which number you happened to call at that time. As far as your late check out, had you messaged prior to 4:58 the night before, I might have been able to get you an answer prior to your departure as we are ALWAYS willing and able to accommodate this when our calendar allows this. Overall, a decent place to stay for a long weekend. Centrally located between the beach, the shops and many restaurants. The pool is a little small but in a nice setting, it had a variety of floaty things that the kids enjoyed. The unit is itself was clean and had all the amenities. However, during our stay, the AC struggled to keep up on the hot days probably just needs a tuneup after a long summer. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed this property for beach/sports tournament stay. The bikes were an awesome feature to have. Easy to walk or bike to the beach just over a mile away. Felt very safe.

Good Spot

We stayed for 3 days over Fourth of July weekend. We appreciated the bikes and the pool. It was a bit of a walk to get to the boardwalk but not unmanageable. We enjoyed our stay it was perfect for what we wanted for a quick stay. Thanks for having us we had fun.

Great location. Well stocked

If you've gone to Rehoboth, you know that getting to and from the beach can be challenging due to traffic. This location is pretty perfect. Generally well-stocked unit. One drawback - not enough bedding. Very thin bed spread, so we ended up buying one and leaving it in the unit for the next visitor. The whole place could use some lighter colors and furniture. But overall, we had a nice stay.

Would stay again

Relatively clean, 1 mile walk to the beach, nicely equipped, easy parking outside of the building. A few emails with conflicting instructions for check-in since it was managed through a property management company (just use the code given vs. come to management company for a key) and the advertised City of Rehoboth parking passes were missing on the day of check-in. We called (multiple times) and the passes were delivered by 10:30am the next day. Overall, pretty good for the price and willingness to rent for less than a week (we stayed Wednesday - Sunday). The parking passes were well used to avoid parking on the main stretch and avoid crowds at the beach.

The property was exactly as described. It was convenient for most everything we wanted to do. My only complaints would be that the unit is dark inside and had a very strong unpleasant smell most of the week. Could have been the cleaning products used. Overall the property was fine for the week.
