400 Henlopen Station Rd unit 103- Looking for a quick getaway this season? Look no further than this tastefully remodeled 2-bed 2-bath first floor unit. This is the perfect escape from everyday life! BONUS there is a community pool, and owner is providing 2 bikes for guests to use! Community pool will remain open through September 29th!!!

Upgrades to the unit include:
** New bathroom tub and shower installed 2025!! Shower has a seat and handrails!
- New Flooring Recently Installed
- New Stainless-Steel Appliances Recently Installed
- Phone Charging Ports Installed in Multiple Spot Throughout Unit
- 3 Smart TV's Installed

This condo is located within biking and/or walking distance to everything Rehoboth - Restaurants, Shops, and of course the Beach and Boardwalk! There is two reserved parking spaces at the unit.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $127.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Overall, a decent place to stay for a long weekend. Centrally located between the beach, the shops and many restaurants. The pool is a little small but in a nice setting, it had a variety of floaty things that the kids enjoyed. The unit is itself was clean and had all the amenities. However, during our stay, the AC struggled to keep up on the hot days probably just needs a tuneup after a long summer. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay

Stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed our stay. Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen very nice and well-equipped. Decorated beautifully.

Great getaway

Enjoyed this property for beach/sports tournament stay. The bikes were an awesome feature to have. Easy to walk or bike to the beach just over a mile away. Felt very safe.

Good Spot

We stayed for 3 days over Fourth of July weekend. We appreciated the bikes and the pool. It was a bit of a walk to get to the boardwalk but not unmanageable. We enjoyed our stay it was perfect for what we wanted for a quick stay. Thanks for having us we had fun.

Would stay again

Relatively clean, 1 mile walk to the beach, nicely equipped, easy parking outside of the building. A few emails with conflicting instructions for check-in since it was managed through a property management company (just use the code given vs. come to management company for a key) and the advertised City of Rehoboth parking passes were missing on the day of check-in. We called (multiple times) and the passes were delivered by 10:30am the next day. Overall, pretty good for the price and willingness to rent for less than a week (we stayed Wednesday - Sunday). The parking passes were well used to avoid parking on the main stretch and avoid crowds at the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floors were dirty, however we came one day earlier than expected. Many drain flys in kitchen and bathroom.

Great location. Well stocked

If you've gone to Rehoboth, you know that getting to and from the beach can be challenging due to traffic. This location is pretty perfect. Generally well-stocked unit. One drawback - not enough bedding. Very thin bed spread, so we ended up buying one and leaving it in the unit for the next visitor. The whole place could use some lighter colors and furniture. But overall, we had a nice stay.
