Este hermoso condominio de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños en el último piso es nuevo en nuestro programa de alquiler para 2020. ¡Sé el primero en hospedarte y revisa esta maravillosa unidad! La vista espectacular del Golfo de México se puede disfrutar desde la suite principal, así como desde el área abierta de sala, comedor y cocina. La cocina gourmet tiene encimeras de granito, estufa de gas y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis con espacio para cuatro más en el bar. El balcón tiene 2 sillones, una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas y 2 sillas individuales para relajarse y disfrutar de la increíble vista.



Adagio es una comunidad exclusiva en el Golfo de México en Blue Mountain Beach, cerca de la Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio disfruta de 600 'de frente a la playa virgen, y es un complejo privado y cerrado que ofrece un ambiente seguro y confortable. También cuenta con dos piscinas espectaculares: la piscina del lado del golfo está climatizada y tiene un borde infinito con vistas a las aguas azul verdosas de la Costa Esmeralda. La piscina principal tiene tres niveles con fuentes y cascadas. Un gran spa con hidromasaje da a la piscina. El gimnasio está ubicado cerca de la piscina. El área de césped frente al golfo es un lugar fantástico para disfrutar de la puesta de sol del golfo o para disfrutar de una reunión con familiares y amigos.


La conveniente ubicación de Adagio permite un acceso rápido a los vecinos Grayton, Seaside y WaterColor, donde encontrará algunos de los mejores lugares de compras y restaurantes. El área también ofrece una espectacular ruta de ciclismo / senderismo de 17 millas a lo largo de la histórica carretera de la playa 30A. Destin está a solo 12 millas de distancia. A-204 could be updated with hard floors (i.e. bedroom carpets) and replacing the living room rug. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the onsite gym, heated pool and unwinding in the deck furniture. We already look forward to relaxing in 2024!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the Adagio property as a whole is a clean, well-maintained property with a friendly and helpful staff. It's also very nicely located. However, the only beautiful part of staying in this unit is the balcony and it's front seat to the gulf. The pictures shown are quite misleading. The unit needs some TLC and is in need of major, professional, updating. The overall decoris a hodge-podge of mismatched furniture and accessories that look as if they came from a flea market or clearance section of a low-end thrift store. The porcelain sink in one of the bathrooms is crackled. The baseboards throughout needing painting and proper caulking. Cabinetry throughout is showing signs of wear and tear. The cabinet in one bath had the front crushed in. There were also personal family pics on the wall which I found creepy. The bottom freezer drawer was bent and didn't close properly resulting in ruined food. Difficult to get the drawer to close at all. Not sure what the $350 cleaning fee covered because upon arrival, there were crumbs under the table, on the chairs and around the sofa and loveseat. Dishes and silverware were put away dirty. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the bedroom carpet and front area rug. The living room furniture was in poor condition. The picture quality on TV in the main living room was terrible. We will not return to this unit.

As it’s a beach location, you will likely shower more frequently. With only one small bath towel per person, you will be washing towels every night. Of the 8 people that stayed, 6 were girls. Other than that, great location. Clean and close to lots of restaurants.

Cabinet doors were literally hanging off hinges. They gave us 10 towels for ten people, but in years past we’ve had enough towels to not have to do laundry everyday. I’m sure we’ll stay again, but hoping for better condo, seeing what we pay to stay

Very basic/bland 4 bedroom beach rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was hoping for more than what we got! This rental was anything but “Beachy”. It had the oldest, cheapest furnishings I’ve ever seen in a condo that cost an arm and a leg for 1 week. Bamboo pieces throughout that were all messed up. ( drawers not closing properly etc, . dark nasty sofa and rug. If you are looking for basic - this would be below that standard. The kitchen - all appliances of different brands and a horrible refrigerator. We had to keep our cooler in room just to handle the over flow of refrigerator items. Ice in freezer- joke. The cabinets had no organization to them at all. I actually took the time to put certain items together to make it easier for next guest staying. No dishcloths we’re left to help w cleaning. The trash can was in the pantry which stunk! I actually took it out and washed it out and didn’t put back till the end. Paint- was all over floors in master bath. Base boards in hallways looked like a child had put them up. I could go on and on- view was good but getting to the beach with 2 littles was a complete nightmare climbing 40+ steps!!! Pool was nice. Location was good. Just totally disappointed on the room as a whole. Looked like grandmas attic exploded in the nice 4 bedroom layout. Needs updating!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week long stay at Adagio, the location can’t be beat and the property is beautiful. The unit we stayed it had a large ocean front balcony and was very spacious inside and laid out well. It worked well for our two families. We stayed in the master and the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable unfortunately. The unit wasn’t as updated as some of the other units our friends stayed in and theres some minor TLC that could be done to the place but overall it was very nice, the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and had Viking appliances and a separate wine fridge. The only frustration we had was the tiny block of beach everyone who didn’t want to rent chairs/umbrellas had to cram into. It’s unfortunate but we made the best of it. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book here again in the future.

Review for week of March 28th

Our unit, A204, was very spacious with a wonderful view. All the appliances and amenities were in working order. The view on the balcony was wonderful. The unit does need a deep clean though. There was mold along the bottom of the master shower and quite a bit of dust on the walls and the bathroom exhaust vents. The one issue that needs immediate attention is the dishwasher. The dry cycle doesn’t work and I think that’s what’s caused a significant mold problem inside the machine. I cleaned out quite a bit of mold at the bottom and the silverware basket was unusable due to the amount of mold. Aside from this and a few cleaning issues, we were very satisfied with our stay at Adagio.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our reservations were changed about a month before our trip due to the unit we had reserved was no longer available to rent. We were changed to this unit and told it was exactly like the other unit. It was not. This unit needs alot of updates. Furniture is not comfortable, kitchen is not stocked with much at all, linens are very cheap and uncomfortable. Outdoor lounge chair is rusted and very dangerous and needs to be replaced.The complex is in a great location. Just disappointed in this unit.

Reviewer Comments: This beautiful top floor four bedroom, three bath condo, the rental description is wrong...” This beautiful top floor four bedroom, three bath condo....” It is NOT on the top is located on the 2nd floor of dome floors. Disappointing. The dishwasher didn’t work properly...(cold water and dry cycle did not work. We called to have the drapery rod fixed as the drapery was coming down and would not close. It is a very drab condo and many things were missing from the kitchen. It was hard to be a gourmet cook with missing utensils and decent cookware, and NONE of the knives were sharp enough to even slice a tomato. The interior is dreary and not at all “luxury beach” as advertised.

The workout room is the same as it was 6 years ago. Really needs some updating. The unit is showing a little age. Base boards in some of the rooms are falling apart. Looked like some paint renovations were started but not completed. Carpet was showing wear.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location and condo. Condo did lack some basics. Not enough hand towels, kitchen towels, silverware, sauce pans, wine just seemed for the price and location that some of the items provided were shoddy. Soap for showers would have been nice. Also the condo was beautiful but lacked a cozy feel. Overall we would sill stay again. However, my BIGGEST complaint was the way management did not inform guests of the beach closure and pool situation because of the virus. An email should have been sent to all guests on Thursday. I feel this was done to stop guests from leaving early and demanding money back for one night. I looked it up and found it on the website. We left Friday morning. They should have dealt with this in a better way. Oh and the rooms next to the main hallways should have black out curtains! The lights from the outside were so bright we had a hard time sleeping at night.
