Situado frente del Golfo, esta unidad tiene unas vistas espectaculares del Golfo y la playa desde el balcón, salas de estar y dormitorio principal. Al caminar por la puerta principal que son recibidos con los dormitorios de invitados a lo largo del pasillo. La cocina, comedor y salón están abiertos y ofrecen un gran espacio para entretener mientras se disfruta de vistas de las aguas color esmeralda, y deslumbrantes playas de arena blanca. Tanto la sala de estar y dormitorio principal han actualizado las cortinas y persianas. La habitación principal tiene acceso a la terraza y tiene un montón de espacio para sus pertenencias en el amplio walk-in closet. Le esperan infinitos días bajo el sol, ya sea que elija ir a la playa a través del acceso a la playa privada de Adagio, darse un chapuzón en el frente del Golfo, en la piscina de borde infinito o relajarse en la piscina de tres niveles en el centro del complejo. Esta unidad adagio viene con dos plazas de aparcamiento.

Family fun

This was a highly anticipated fall trip with family. Aged 3-70 our condo and the entire Adagio complex met all of our expectations. Fabulous fun beech or pool, it was great.

Love this condo. We have stayed here several times. Really liked the new living room furniture. Great location. Close to some great restaurants. The view is amazing. The weather was great.

Great condo!

The condo is great, and we have already booked it again for another stay! Only complaints, the oven didn’t have visible temperature numbers, and the shower curtains needed updating. Overall very happy with our stay.

Perfect condo for 8-12 people!

This condo was just right for us! 10 in our party and had beds to spare! Great view: 4th floor on the beach! Clean, upscale and lots of space! I highly recommend this condo! Hope to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay, even with the rain! Our view was magnificent and we always enjoy the pools. The bonus bunk room was a surprise and will be great for future grandchildren. Management was quick to address our needs.

Our favorite spot

We live 45 minutes north and staycation all along the Panhandle. Adagio is our favorite! 360° Blue is the most responsive company we’ve ever rented from and they provide little extras in the condo as well. Thank you for another wonderful staycation!

Our family of 9 had a great experience in a beautiful condo equipped with all the eminities. The ocean is beautiful. The pools are large and well maintained. Sad to say goodbye. Hope to return in the future.

Clean and easy

Place was very clean--very important. Coffee pots were very easy to use--2 kinds for the 2 generations of coffee drinkers-helpful. Furniture was very comfortable. And the kitchen was better stocked than most. The description of the property said the queen beds and the bunk room shared a bathroom, but that wasn't the case. The king bed and the bunk room shared a bath, which didn't work as well for us. The T.V. instructions were totally inadequate. The teenager finally figured it out. I wish the complex had a bin for recyclables.

November 2016 Stay

We had a wonderful time at your condo! The space is very spacious, beautifully decorated and very nicely maintained! The location is perfect for watching your family at the pool or beach. Being a corner unit, the extra windows and light was a very nice bonus! We would have liked the water at the kitchen sink to be set at a hotter temperature, but that's a preference, certainly not a complaint. Thank you for welcoming us into your condo! We have stayed many places over the years but this is definitely one of our favorites!

Beautiful property but the darn clear water was filled with nasty algae. We were very disappointed

When is the best time to visit this area. We’ve had the seaweed ruin the water and this time it was slimy green algae. You come for the beach and clear wAter and we only had 2 clear days out of 7. We were told by the chair attendants it had been around for a month. We may need to just stick to our SC beaches.

Our 2nd Time at the Property.. we'll be back!

Love this property for traveling with family! We cooked every night and the kitchen is well stocked. The oven works but the controls need to be replaced as you can no longer see the temp on the stove. Microwave is old too but works. The bed in the primary bedroom is VERY high so difficult for elderly people to sleep in unfortunately. With all of that said it is a lovely, comfortable unit and our favorite in the Adagio! Handicapped parking below provides quick access to the elevator which also meets our needs. Great property management. Thanks for a great stay and see you next year.

Great View

The view is the best ever!! Condo is spacious and comfortable ad well as the balcony furniture. Blue 360 is the most responsible management company I've ever experienced!! We called twice regarding the tv/sound system because it was confusing and were helped promptly. Great service by them!! We discovered a room not mentioned in the description of the condo that had a set of bunkbeds. It was quite a surprise! Overall it was a very enjoyable time!!

Beautiful Views, Fabulous Condo

The condo was exceptional. We did have to scramble slightly on arrival as the gate guard had already left for the evening and the gate code wasn’t in the arrival email. Once we were in it was fine. The views are unbeatable. I highly recommend renting chairs ahead of time from La Dolce Vida. Front row sells out quickly. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The condo below us experienced an issue with their AC, which led to a few late night visits from maintenance to deliver fans and ensure we did not experience any discomfort. We stayed cool and happy the entire time. We will definitely be returning next year!

October 2014 Stay

The condo was great. Loved the view. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and have some alone time if needed. Some little issues we were not expecting: internet access to sites like the apple store were blocked on the service. Had a few other sites that we were unable to access. Not sure if internet security was set too high or other problem. We were also expected more than basic cable on all the tvs. Only the master bedroom and living room had more than the very basic cable. Kids were disappointed since they like to watch tv while resting before bedtime.

You would be better off next door

In general anything along 30a has a reputation for being up scale, and as you would expect with that comes a premium price. This place has the premium price but in every respect fails to live up to the premium feel. Let’s start with the entrance into the facility, it smells like a rotten corpse is hidden away in the elevator shaft, very off putting odor. Second the facility must have been designed long before HVAC was common place because the placement of the outdoor units makes traveling from the elevator to the room feel as though you are passing by the gates of hell while they have the gate open to let some heat out. Now on the the beach, it is non existent. We visited in the off season and because of HOA rules there are apparently 100 umbrellas w/ chairs that MUST be setup to block any enjoyment of the ocean. And don’t be fooled into thinking that you can get away with the “optional beach chair rentals” we were told directly by the lady over the HOA that the only way to get shade while on the beach was to rent an umbrella. We brought our own chairs so I was at least relieved that they allowed us to sit in them and enjoy the view of the empty LDV chairs and umbrellas that were setup to block the the path to the ocean. Be prepared to rent chairs and an umbrella because it isn’t an option it is literally the only way to be close enough to the water to hear the waves…ridiculous. Now let’s talk about the trash…be prepared to get your steps in because there isn’t a trash chute on your floor, for that matter there isn’t a trash bin within a 100yds of the room..to throw out trash you need to get your walking shoes on because you will reach your step goal for the day just taking out the trash. Last but not least the staff & live In Residents this is great, because the one you want to see so that you can get help while on your visit you can’t find even if you are dropping 100$ bills from your pockets. And the residents forget that they are living in a place folks come with their families for vacation. There was one particular individual who is a resident at this place, let’s just call him Deputy Fife, we’ll when the guy who was supposed to be watching the gate dropped the ball…did I mention it took 2 days to locate him to get our parking pass…in the absence of an attendant Deputy Fife accused us of being “riff raff” because we couldn’t figure out the gate entry code. Deputy Fife, if you happen to read this get a hobby.

View is amazing.. condo well supplied w kitchen needs. Have been here several times before.. time for condo to be refreshed. Living room and some bedroom furniture really need to be updated and refreshed, otherwise everything was good.. would not prevent us from staying here again.. had 6adults and 4 children! Thank you
