Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Adagio as first time visitors. The views from the balcony were great! The grounds were kept clean and beautiful. My family enjoyed the spacious pool that had plenty of seating for everyone. We plan to be back!

Great Location

We have stayed at The Adagio many times before and always love this location. This unit is on the top floor and on the west end of the property. You can see for miles! Our weather was fantastic and the views and water was amazing.

Excellent vacation!

This property is perfect for a vacation. Clean. Beautiful. The jacuzzi does not work in the master bath, but other than that our stay was perfect.

We loved our time in this condo! The location can't be beat and the views were outstanding. We used both pools which were well-maintained and never too crowded. We spent a long time watching several groups of dolphins play not far from the beach on our last day, which was a treat! As far as mechanical items are concerns, the sliding glass door handle was falling off when we arrived, but this was promptly fixed when I communicated with the property manager. There was an issue with one metal bed frame in the room with two double beds which poked out a bit, which wasn't a huge deal for us, but could have been if we had a toddler. This wasn't able to be fixed while we were there. Overall, we would happily stay here again!

Great Family vacation

Great location and complex. Big perk having underground parking. Property felt very safe and well kept. Unit was very spacious and overall in good condition. The couch and rug, dining chairs stained, anything upholstered obviously used and should be replaced, carpets should get cleaned. The management company took great care to provide plenty of towels and bathrooms were very clean. We had an excellent vacation! The beach was fantastic. Pools were perfect!

Clean. Well stocked kitchen. The ice maker was A+. 1 of the showers had a slow drain that was completely blocked by day 5., otherwise it was very nice.

Very comfortable condo, with exceptional views of beach

Clean, roomy, comfortable cozy condo, with lovely decor and every convenience (except that the microwave was not great and the mattresses were fine, but not exceptional). The standout features of this corner condo are the large balcony and the amazing views from the balcony and also from the side windows of the living room and dining area. Fantastic!

May 2019 Stay

Great place. We really appreciated not just the easy beach access, but also the multiple swimming pools. The amenities were very nice. The outdoor grill was kept very clean and high quality. Very few negatives. The internet was a little slow and didn't quite reach the entire unit. Not a huge deal. Overall would definitely stay here again.

A gulf coast favorite

This was our second year in C-405 at Adagio. It did not disappoint! We love the views, water, and accommodations. The condo is very spacious and well appointed. Some of the dining room chairs are showing wear and one needed to be repaired but our group did not need all of them so it was not an inconvenience. We look forward to returning!

We’ve stayed at the Adagio several times. This corner unit has stunning views and lots of light. 4 stars because of some minor inconveniences. Cable TV was out for several days, broken kitchen chair, didn’t have use of fireplace, non functioning lamp. Management company was responsive.

June 2016 Stay

We absolutely loved the condo we stayed in - Adagio C-405 and the view was wonderful. Our only issue was that the beach service guys take up 2/3 of the beach, leaving only 1/3 for guests who choose to bring their own umbrellas and chairs. Most days, not even 1/2 of the rentals were taken, while the other 1/3 of the beach was packed. We loved the condo, but it's unlikely we will stay there again. However, 360 Blue was awesome as usual. We will certainly rent through you again!

My favorite spring trip to the beach!

Loved this property...top floor, end condo, facing south and facing west. Great views of the ocean and the sunset! Two private, covered parking spots close to the elevator were awesome. Probably the best thing about this condo is the kitchen. I love to cook, even on vaca, and it was well equipped with a Viking gas cook top and a Viking convection range. The stand alone icemaker saved a ton of time. The other amenities of the property - the location, the two pools, the outdoor high end gas grills and the access to close restaurants and grocery stores make this a place that we will visit again! My only complaint...a broom, but no dustpan. Not a real complaint, but as far as I could tell, that was the only thing lacking!

October 2016 Stay

Adagio is one of the nicest small property complexes on the gulf. Safe, secure, and quiet. We continue to evaluate this location for ownership, so staying here is part of the plan. 405c is one of 6 top floor (4) gulf facing corner units. Fact that it is on the western end make it the best for views, sunsets and sitting and relaxing. The condo is huge by condo standards, plenty of space, and will handle 10 comfortably. It is very clean and well maintained. Furniture while a bit dated is none the less clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are all super. Kitchen is also great. Beach access is crazy convenient, and the pools are large, well maintained and great for families with kids of all ages, Workout facility is also super. Bottom line, outstanding on every front. 360Blue experience was phenomenal start to finish. Thank y'all.

Horrible Management!

Toilet issues Kitchen chairs worn out-very uncomfortable Closet door off hinges Couch worn out ***and the management company 360 Blue is the worst company to deal with! Spouse had to have emergency surgery-needed a date change -not refund-would not work with us at all! This company doesn’t care about people just profit! Such a sad day we live in with companies like this.

Thank you for your feedback. We've shared this information with our team and will use it to improve the property. We are very transparent in our contract and communication that anything beyond that 60-day mark has no flexibility, so all of our guests are fully prepared. Unfortunately, this is not a change that we can approve for our guests. Just as you have a binding contract with us, we also have a binding contract with the owners of each home that does not allow us to make changes beyond that 60-day mark. Our team will always go above and beyond where we are permitted, but the existing contracts tie our hands for cancellations and changes. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience.

Location Is Amazing…Unit Isn’t

If you want convenience and beach front access on 30a with 4 bedrooms for couples, this is your place. However, this unit is run down and outdated and needs some repairs. It needs fresh paint (lots of dings and scratches on walls throughout the unit), the master shower had mold in many places (i.e. ceiling and shower tile), the oven was broken, and the gas stove top had a clicking issue too that made us nervous to use it. Thankfully we are the eating out type so it didn’t significantly impact our trip other than cooking breakfast meals. If you do like to cook at the beach, this isn’t the unit for you unless the oven is fixed- it prob took 2 hrs to cook biscuits! The mgmt. company was great to respond to our concern over the oven not working but still they didn’t get it to work during our stay. They were also kind in that a guest left something behind and they helped get it back to us. I would definitely recommend the Adagio condo community though! The pools were great and 10 mins from everything.

November 2021 Stay

My husband & I stayed in this unit while traveling for business. I’ve stayed in another unit in Adagio once before & we love the complex. This unit was very clean & much larger than we needed just for the 2 of us, but we’d love to come back & bring our family. We loved being directly on the water. The views were gorgeous. We loved watching the sunrise & sunsets! The kitchen had great appliances. My only complaints are: the toilet in the master bath flushes slowly, the water pressure in the master shower is minimal, & there was not a Keurig, only regular coffee maker with very good local coffee but no filters provided. Minimal complaints for a lovely unit! We look forward to coming back!

The room was nicely furnished, spacious, and clean. There is a very nice and roomy balcony overlooking the beach. All pools and the hot tub were clean. The resort property is well maintained. I felt very safe there. Our dryer didn’t work which caused a small issue since we had our grandchildren with us and they require several changes of bathing suits a day because they don’t like sand in them. I was also surprised to see one bathroom toilet had a message on it that said to hold down the handle until the flush was complete. I expect a fully functioning toilet in a unit like this. That toilet should have been replaced. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay and loved the room. The two little issues we had can easily be fixed.

August stay

Trash was still in one bedrooms trash can from last tenant. Toilet in 1st bedroom on the left flushes poorly

Summary

We would have preferred more comfortable furniture on the balcony also there was some sort of flying bugs in the master bathroom. Overall very nice place.

“The BEST Condo here!”

We had the greatest week!!!! When we arrived a security, an owner of another unit was talking to the officer on duty and when he found out what unit we were in, he shouted, “you are in the BEST unit here!” When we parked the car and walked in—we knew he was correct! Everything was lovely and perfect!!! The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and perfect for sunset viewing when the wind was too much outside. I hesitate to post this review because I don’t want to share how much we loved it! We will DEFINITELY be back!! We had two adults and 3-4 teenagers for 6 nights. We all loved it. The kitchen was very well stocked, TV worked perfectly and the views were amazing. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous slice of heaven on earth! It was just what we needed!
