Thank you for your feedback. We try to deep clean our place regularly, but this is more difficult during the busy season when we typically have back-to-back reservations. We’ll certainly try to do better. Our great location across from the beach is one of the price factors, and our rates are competitive, if not less, than similar units. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and thanks for letting me know about the blow dryer. There used to be one under the bathroom sink, but it seems to have gone missing. We will replace at our earliest opportunity. Providing a regular brew coffeemaker vs. a Keurig has been an ongoing debate. We do provide an a small supply of coffee for the coffee maker, as well as other coffee supplies. The Keurig-type machines seem to break frequently, but we will certainly consider it. I apologize that you were disappointed. The unit was cleaned a couple of days prior to your arrival and I personally inspected the unit so I’m surprised you noted cleanliness issues. As for the furniture, there are two matching IKEA sofa beds that are brand new. The remaining furniture was selected to provide as much seating as possible in light of the small size of the unit. Tables similarly were chosen to fit the tight space, including a table with outlets to maximize the number of plugs available for guests to plug in their devices. Most guests find our space attractive and more than adequate for their needs.
